Fairytale challenge 176 - Only men

Goodmorning, this is day 12 from the 30-day colouring challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin.

Vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het Fairytale challenge blog. Deze keer is de challenge Only men, we willen dus graag een project voor een man of jongen zien. Ik heb een verjaardagskaartje gemaakt voor een kleine jongen. Ik heb hiervoor de digitale stempel James pirate van Lili of the valley gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 42 van Crealies. Ik heb uit zwart karton een grotere vierkant uitgestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 50 van Crealies en daarna heb ik de afbeelding op het zwarte vierkant geplakt. Op een strip wit karton heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Crazy talk van Stampers anonymous gestempeld. Ik heb de strip vervolgens op zwart karton geplakt en daarna heb ik de strips schuin afgeknipt. Uit streepjespapier van het Red devil paperpack van Bazzil basics heb ik een rechthoek gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 52 van Crealies en die heb ik op een witte kaart geplakt. Uit wit karton heb ik 3 kleine cirkels geponst en deze heb ik op de kaart geplakt. Op de cirkels heb ik 3 grotere zwarte hotfix sterretjes geplakt. Daarna heb ik de kaart nog verder versierd met kleine zwarte hotfix sterretjes.

Today a new challenge starts on the Fairytale challenge blog. This time our challenge is only men, so we want to see cards or other projects for a men or a boy. I made a birthday card for a little boy. I have used the digital stamp James pirate from Lili of the valley. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I have die-cut the image with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 42 from Crealies. I have die-cut a larger square from black cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 50 from Crealies. I have adhered the image on the black square. On a strip of white cardstock I stamped a sentiment from the stampset Crazy talk from Stampers anonymous. I have adhered the strips on black cardstock. From striped design paper from the Red devil paperpack from Bazzil basics I have cut a rectangle with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 52 from Crealies and ahdered it on a white card. I also punched 3 little circles from white cardstock and adhered it on the card. I have adhered larger blck hotfix stars on the circles. Then I decorated the card with tiny black hotfix stars.

Goodmorning, this is day 10 from the 30-day colouring challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin.

Vandaag post ik alweer een kaartje met een digitale stempel van Di's digi stamps op mijn blog. Toen ik deze schattige Broomstick mice van Dis digi stamps zag in haar shop, moest ik er gewoon een kaartje mee maken. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Op een witte kaart heb ik met het Mini cloud edges stencil van My favorite things en Wilted violet distress inkt een achtergrond gemaakt. Ik heb een strip zwart design papier van de set Tiny vintage stars design paper van The lovely studio onder op de kaart geplakt. Hieronder heb ik een strip geplakt die ik heb gestanst met de Scalloped edge die van My favorite things (retired) die ik heb gekleurd met Wilted violet distress inkt. Ik heb hier wit lint omheen gebonden. De tekst komt uit de stempelset Sweet little sentiments van Clearly besotted stamps. Ik heb de kaart daarna nog versierd met klein zwarte rub-on sterretjes. 

Today I am posting again a card with a digital stamp from Di's digi stamps on my blog. I just had to colour this cute image Broomstick mice from Dis digi stamps when I saw it in the shop. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen and then I have fussy cut the image. On a white card I made a cloudy background with the Mini cloud edges stencil from My favorite things and Wilted violet distress ink. I have cut a strip of black design paper from the set Tiny vintage stars design paper from The lovely studio and adhered it on the card after I added a strip of white cardstock that I have die-cut with the Scalloped edge die from My favorite things (retired) and then I coloured it with Wilted violet distress ink. I tied white ribbon around it. The sentiment is from the stampset Sweet little sentiments from Clearly besotted stamps. I decorated the card with tiny black star rub-ons.

Hello, this is day 9 from the 30-day colouring challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin.

Het is al laat maar hier is mijn project voor de nieuwste challenge op het Di's digi designs challenge blog. Deze keer is de challenge om op je kaartje of project lint, kant, twine of touw te gebruiken. Ik heb voor de challenge 2 projecten gemaakt. Ik heb een kerstkaartje gemaakt en daarna ook nog een tag die ik straks aan een cadeautje kan hangen.
Op mijn kaartje heb ik de afbeelding Animal holiday cheer van Di's digi stamps gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op een rode kaart geplakt. Ik heb met versamark inkt een tekst van de stempelset Winter woodland wonders van Avery elle gestempeld en daarna heb ik deze geëmbost met witte embossingspoeder. Ik heb de kaart daarna versierd met sneeuwster stickers. Ik heb een wit borduurlintje om de kaart gebonden.

It is already late in the evening, but here is my project for the newest challenge on the Di's digi designs challenge blog. This time we want you to use ribbon, lace, twine and/or cord on your card or project. For this challenge I made a christmas card and a matching tag that I can attach on a present in december.
On my card I have used the image Animal holiday cheer from Di's digi stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and then I fussy cut the image. I have adhered the image with foamtape on a red card. On the card I stamped a sentiment from the stampset Winter woodland wonders from Avery elle with versamark ink and then I embossed it with white embossingpowder. I decorated the card with snowflake stickers. I tied white embroideryfloss around the card and tied it into a bow.

Bij mijn kaart heb ik een bijpassende tag gemaakt. Die kan ik straks mooi op een cadeautje plakken. Voor de tag heb ik dezelfde afbeelding als op mijn kaart Animal holiday cheer van Di's digi stamps gebruikt. Ook deze keer heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt nadat ik deze heb ik ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden. Ik heb uit rood karton een grote tag gestanst met de Craftables CR1353 van Marianne design. Ik heb dezelfde die ook gebruikt om de onderkant van mijn afbeelding te stansen zodat deze dezelde vorm kreeg als de tag. Op de tag heb ik ook weer een tekst van de stempelset Winter woodland wonders van Avery elle gestempeld met versamark inkt en daarna is ook deze geëmbost met witte embossingspoeder. Door het gaatje in de tag heb ik 2 witte lintje gebonden en die heb ik bij elkaar gebonden met wit borduurgaren. Ik heb de tag versierd met witte sneeuwster stickers.

Together with my card I have made a matching tag. I can attach it on a christmas present in december. On this tag I have used the same image as on my card Animal holiday cheer from Di's digi stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and then I fussy cut the image. From red cardstock I have die-cut a lrge tag with the Craftables CR1353 from Marianne design. I have cut the bottom part of the image with the same die. to give it the same shape as the tag. On the tag I again stamped a sentiment from the stampset Winter woodland wonders from Avery elle with versamark ink and then I embossed it with white embossingpowder. I threaded 2 white ribbon throught the little hole in the tag and I tied them together with white embroideryfloss. . I decorated the tag with snowflake stickers.

Goodmorning, this is day 7 from the 30-day colouring challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin.

Vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer is de challenge Flora or fauna en je moet vertellen waarom je voor flora of fauna kiest. Ik vind het leuk om met zowel flora en fauna afbeeldingen te werken, maar meestal zie je op mijn kaartjes toch wel schattige diertjes zoals dit muisje van Gerda Steiner designs. Ik ben nog gekker op stempel van lieve diertjes met een bloem erbij, maar omdat ik voor de challenge één van beide moest kiezen, heb ik toch maar voor fauna gekozen. ;)

De stempel die ik heb gebruikt is de afbeelding die je deze maand moet gebruiken voor de progressieve challenge van Gerda Steiner designs. Als je een kaartje maakt met deze stempel en je doet mee aan de maandelijkse challenge, dan ontvang je de afbeelding voor de volgende maand gratis in je email. Deze maand is de afbeelding Sweet tooth mouse van Gerda Steiner designs. Ik heb het schattige muisje ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden. Met een witte gelpen heb ik stipjes op de afbeelding gezet en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Op een witte kaart heb ik rood stipjes papier van het Red devil paperpack van Bazzil basics geplakt nadat ik daar eerst een wit lintje omheen heb gebonden. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb nog tekst van de stempelset Circle flowers van Woodware boven de afbeelding gestempeld.

Today a new challenge starts on the As you like it challenge blog and this time our challenge is Flora or fauna and you have to tell us why you have picked flora or fauna. I love working with both flora and fauna images, but most of the times you will find cute critters like this cute little mouse from Gerda Steiner designs  I love images from a cute little critter with a flower even more, but since I had to pick one of both, so I decided to go for fauna this challenge. ;)

The stamp I have used is the image for this months progressive challenge from Gerda Steiner designs. If you make a card with that image and you participate in the monthly challenge, you will get next months image for free in your email. This month the image is Sweet tooth mouse from Gerda Steiner designs. I have coloured the cute mouse image with my Polychromos pencils. I used a white gelpen to draw dots on the image and then I fussy cut the image. On a white card I adhered a strip red dotted design paper from the Red devil paperpack from Bazzil basics after I tied white ribbon around it. I adhered the image with foamtape on the card. I stamped a sentiment from the stamp set Circle flowers from Woodware above the image.

Oeps een beetje laat vandaag, maar hier is dan toch mijn kaartje dat ik vandaag heb gemaakt. Deze keer heb ik een kaartje gemaakt met de afbeelding Little mouse van Di's digi stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgestanst met de Stitched mini scallop rectangle stax van My favorite things. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset Sweet little sentiments van Clearly besotted boven de afbeelding gestempeld. Uit roze stipjespapier van de Action heb ik een vierkant gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 34 van Crealies. Ik heb hier een wit lintje omheen gebonden en daarna heb ik het op een witte kaart geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding vervolgens met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de kaart daarna nog versierd met kristallen hotfix steentjes.

Oops I am a bit late today with posting the card that I made today. This time I made a card with the image Little mouse from Di's digi stamps. From pink dotted design paper from the Action (a dutch store) I have die-cut a square with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 34 from Crealies. I tied white ribbon around it and then I adhered it on a white card. I adhered the image with foamtape on the card. I have decorated the image with crystal hotfix gems.

Vandaag post ik een halloween kaartje met een grappige kat van de Cute halloween set 2 van Bugaboo stamps. Ik heb de kat ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Op een stuk wit karton heb ik de Background blocks horizontal stripe van Uniko gestempeld met Carved pumpkin distress inkt. Ik heb deze strepen uitgesneden met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 52 van Crealies en daarna heb ik dit stuk karton op zwart karton geplakt. Ik heb dit vervolgens met foamtape op een witte kaart geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset Boo - Big bear and bird van Waffle flower op de bovenste streep gestempeld. Daarna heb ik de sterretjes van de stempelset Fab-BOO-lous friends van My favorite things rondom de afbeelding gestempeld.

Today I am posting a halloween card with a funny cat from the Cute halloween set 2 from Bugaboo stamps. I have coloured the cat with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen and then I fussy cut the image. On a piece of white cardstock I stamped the Background blocks horizontal stripe from Uniko with Carved pumpkin distress ink. I have cut that piece of white cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 52 from Crealies and then I adhered that piece of white cardstock on black cardstock. I have adhered the striped panel with foamtape on a white card. I stamped a sentiment from the set Boo - Big bear and bird from Waffle flower on the upper stripe. Then I stamped the stars from the stamp set Fab-BOO-lous friends from My favorite things around the image.

Goedemorgen, dit is dag 4 van de 30-day colouring challenge van Kathy Racoosin.

Goodmorning, this is day 4 from the 30-day colouring challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin.

Vandaag post ik een verjaardagskaartje gemaakt met een stempel van Woodware. De grappige varkens van de stempelset Party pigs van Woodware zijn hier namelijk perfect voor. Ze kijken zo lekker chagrijnig...hihi. Ik heb de stempel ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik de stempel uitgeknipt. De stempel is erg groot dus ik heb voor een aparte maat gekozen voor mijn kaart. De voorkant van mijn kaart is namelijk 21 bij 9 cm. Ik heb een strip roze design papier op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb uit kraft karton een stuk van 21 bij 8 cm gesneden en hierop heb ik met een witte gelpen stiklijntjes getekend. Ik heb dit stuk karton met foamtape op de kraft kaart geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding vervolgens met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de tekst op wit karton gestempeld. Ik heb ze uitgeknipt en daarna heb ik ze op de kaart geplakt.

Today I am posting a birthday card with a stamp from Woodware. These funny pigs from the stampset Party pigs from Woodware are perfect for a birthdcard with their moody looks....hihi. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen and then I fussy cut the image. The stamp is pretty large, so I needed a special size of card. The front of my card is 21 by 9 cm. I adhered a strip of pink design paper on the bottom of the front of my card. On a piece of kraft cradstock that is 21 by 8 cm I added faux stitching with a white gelpen. I adhered that piece of kraft cardstock with foamtape on the card and then I adhered the image with foamtape on the card. I stamped the two sentiments on white cardstock, cut them out and adhered them on the card.

Christmas cards with Woodware penguins

Goodmorning, this is day 3 from the 30-day colouring challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin.

Vandaag post ik weer wat nieuwe kerstkaarten. Ik ben in januari alweer begonnen met het maken van kerstkaarten, maar de afgelopen 3 maanden heb ik ze nauwelijks nog gemaakt. Om toch een leuke voorraad te hebben in december, heb ik maar meteen twee kerstkaartjes gemaakt voor vandaag. Ze zijn lekker simpel en waren dan ook snel klaar.

Today I am posting some new christmas cards. Back in january I started making christmast cards, but the last 3 months I hardly made any christmas card. But because I want to have a good stash in december I decided to make 2 christmas cards today. They are really simple and took almost no time to make.

Voor het eerste kaartje heb ik de Penguin gift FRS046 van Woodware midden op een witte vierkante kaart gestempeld. Daarna heb ik nog een tekst bij de afbeelding gestempeld. Ik heb de afbeelding vervolgens ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Omdat ik de kaart nog een beetje kaal vond heb ik met een zwarte fineliner een kader op de kaart getekend.

For the first card I stamped the Penguin gift FRS046 from Woodware on a square white card. Then I stamped a sentiment next to the image. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I have added a frame with a black pen on the card.

Voor het tweede kaartje heb ik de stempel Wrapped penguin FRS045 van Woodware op een rechthoekige witte kaart gestempeld. Ook deze afbeelding is ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Net zoals op de eerste kaart heb ik ook hier een frame getekend op de kaart met een zwarte fineliner.

For the second card I stamped the Wrapped penguin FRS045 from Woodware on a rectabgle shaped card. This image is also coloured with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. Again I added a frame with a black pen.

Goodmorning, this is day 2 from the 30-day colouring challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin.

Vandaag post ik een kaartje gemaakt met een digitale stempel van Di's digi stamps. Ik heb voor de stempel Tails together mice van Di's digi stamps gekozen. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 50 van Crealies heb ik een vierkant uit roze stipjespapier gestanst en daarna heb ik uit wit karton met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 54 van Crealies een scalloped vierkant uitgestanst. Ik heb beide vierkanten op elkaar geplakt en daarna heb ik ze met foamtape op een witte kaart geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding vervolgens met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Uit zwart karton heb ik met het Phoebe alfabet van Quickutz het woord hugs uitgestanst en dat heb ik naast de afbeelding geplakt. Daarna heb ik de kaart nog versierd met witte hotfix steentjes.

Today I am posting a card with a digital stamp from Di's digi stamps. I decided to use the stamp Tails together mice from Di's digi stamps on my card today. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and then I have fussy cut the image. With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 50 from Crealies I have die-cut a square from pink dotted design paper. I cut a scalloped sqaure from white cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 54 from Crealies. I adhered them on top of each other and then I used foamtape to adhere them on a white card. I have adhered the image with foamtape on the card. From black cardstock I have die-cut the word hugs with the Phoebe alpahbet from Quickutz and I adhered it next to the image. I have decorated the card with white hotfix gems.

Goedemorgen, dit is dag 1 van de 30-day colouring challenge van Kathy Racoosin. De challenge waarbij het de bedoeling is om iedere dag minimaal 10 minuten te kleuren, gewoon omdat het leuk is en ontspannend werkt. Iedereen kan en mag meedoen. Klik op de link voor meer informatie. :)

Mijn eerste project voor de 30-day colouring challenge is weer een pagina voor mijn blogschrift. In deze blogpost van vorig jaar heb ik mijn blogschrift al laten zien. Omdat ik in meerdere design teams zit, soms ook nog guest designer ben op blogs en ook nog kaarten maak voor het Hobbyjournaal, was ik af en toe een beetje de weg kwijt wat nou wanneer af moest zijn. In mijn blogschrift staat er een maandoverzicht op 1 pagina en daarop heb ik dan ingevuld op welke dagen ik bepaalde blogposts moet plaatsen. Ik houd daar ook meteen bij of ik de kaart al heb gemaakt, foto's heb genomen en de blogpost heb geschreven. Zo heb ik veel meer overzicht en zou ik dus nooit meer iets kunnen vergeten. ;) Bovendien heb ik ook nog ruimte voor ideetjes en schrijf ik verjaardagen en bijzondere dagen op, zodat ik weet dat ik daar een kaartje voor moet maken. Erg handig dus. In mijnn schrift is ruimte voor meerdere jaren en ik dan ook een leuke versierde pagina gemaakt voor elk nieuw jaar. Vorig jaar was ik in augustus klaar met mijn pagina voor 2016 (oeps...) en nu is het september en is mijn pagina voor 2017 klaar. Hahah lekker op tijd hé. Ik wil volgend jaar toch proberen om iets sneller te zijn, dus ik heb mijn pagina voor 2018 al klaar liggen, ik moet hem alleen nog inkleuren, maar dat komt vast wel goed. ;)

My first project for the 30-day colouring challenge is another page for my bloggin planner. In this blogpost from last year I already showed you my blogging planner. Because I am in a couple of design teams and I am also guest designing sometimes for bogs and I make cards for a Dutch magazine, so sometimes I was a bit lost because I didn't know what I had to post on a certain date. In my blogging planner I have a page with the whole month on it and I write down all the posts I have to make that month. I also keep track for every post if I have made the card, took pictures of it and wrote my blogpost. This way I have a nice overview and I can hardly forget to make a card or post. ;) I also have room to write down ideas and birthdays, so I can always think about those. My diary has room for a couple of years and I always make a nice decorated page to seperate the years. In 2016 I posted my page for that year in August (oops) and my page for 2017 is posted today in september. Hahaha almost on time ;). Next year I am going to try to be more on time, so my 2018 page is already printed and the only thing I need to do is colour it.

Mijn pagina van dit jaar is gemaakt met stempels van Purple onion designs en dan van de collectie van Stacey Yacula studio. Zij maakt gewoon de liefste afbeeldingen en ik zou ze eigenlijk vaker moeten gebruiken. Ik ben begonnen met het printen van de naam van mijn blog en het jaar op een wit vel karton en daarna heb ik een heleboel stempels gebruikt om mijn scene te stempelen. Voor sommige afbeeldingen heb ik masker papier gebruikt. Ik heb de volgende afbeeldingen gebruikt op mijn pagina: Shelly (bathing mouse) - Sandy (bathing bear) - Zoey (bunny reading) - Mia (mouse reading) - Up and away (hot air balloon) - Beach grass 1 - Beach umbrella - Mountains - Clouds - Sun. Ik heb alle afbeeldingen ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Voor de lucht bergen en het gras heb ik mijn Derwent aquatone potloden gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding vervolgens in mijn schrift geplakt.

My page for this year is made with stamps from Purple onion designs. I have only used images from Stacey Yacula studio. Her images are so sweet and I should use them more often. I started with printing my blogname and the year on a sheet of white cardstock and then I used lots of stamps to create my scene. For some stamps I have used masking paper. I have used the following stamps: Shelly (bathing mouse) - Sandy (bathing bear) - Zoey (bunny reading) - Mia (mouse reading) - Up and away (hot air balloon) - Beach grass 1 - Beach umbrella - Mountains - Clouds - Sun. I have coloured all images with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. For the sky, mountains and the grass I used my Derwent aquatone pencils. I have adhered the page in my blogging planner.
