Less is more challenge - Feeling fruity with Tiddly Inks

Hallo allemaal! Sorry dat ik afgelopen week zo weinig heb geblogd, ik had er even geen tijd voor, maar vandaag ben ik weer terug en meteen met 2 posts. Hopelijk maak ik het zo weer een beetje goed. ;) Dit kaartje heb ik al vorige week gemaakt en ik had hem gisteravond al klaar gezet om dit weekend op mijn blog te posten. Het was dan ook een grote verrassing om te zien dat hij perfect is voor de nieuwe challenge van de Less is more challenge van deze week: Feeling fruity. De afbeelding die ik heb gebruikt is Minnie's berry van Tiddly Inks. Ik vind haar zo grappig met die grote bril en eigenwijze staarten. Ze is echt één van mijn favoriete afbeeldingen van Christy, maar ja dat kan zo weer veranderen, want Christy tekent elke keer weer nieuwe schattige afbeeldingen. :) Ik heb Minnie direct op mijn kaart geprint en in de linkerhoek heb ik meteen de aardbei met tekst geprint (een freebie van Tiddly Inks). In de andere hoeken heb ik ook aardebeien geplaatst en tussen de aardbeien heb ik stiklijntjes gemaakt. Minnie is ingekleurd met potloden. Haar ogen heb ik eerst gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik glossy accents op beide brillenglazen aagebracht. Dat ziet er zo leuk uit! Ik heb met een witte gelpen stipjes op het jurkje van Minnie getekend.

Helly everyone! Sorry that I didn't post very much the last week, I didn't have time, but today I am back  and I have 2 posts. Hopefully this will make it up to you! ;) I made this card last week and yesterday evening I planned to make a blogpost for it for today. When I was blogsurfing this morning it was a great surprise when I found out that the new challenge for the Less is more challenge blog is Feeling fruity. The image I used is Minnie's berry from Tiddly Inks. I think she is so funny with her large glasses and pigtails. She is really one of my favorite images from Tiddly Inks, but that change very soon, because Christy always draws the cutest images. :) I have printed the image directly on my card. In the left upper corner I added the strawberry with the sentiment (a Tiddly Inks freebie from a while ago). In the other corners I printed some strawberries and I added faux stitching. I coloured the image with pencils. I coloured Minnie's eyes with a black glaze pen and after that I applied glossy accents on her glasses. That looks so funny. I added white dots on Minnie's dress with a white gelpen.

Today is a special day because today is the birthday of Gerda from Stampfairy and because of that the design team is having a secret bloghop as a surprise for Gerda!! Tiddly Inks challenge - Ticket or tag me!

Goedemorgen! Het is weer Tiddly tijd en deze week hebben we weer een hele leuke nieuwe challenge, het is namelijk de bedoeling om een jumbo tag of een ticket ergens op je kaartje te verwerken. Ik heb ervoor gekozen om een grote tag te gebruiken. Ik heb een hoesje gemaakt waar de tag in geschoven kan worden. De afbeelding die ik heb gebruikt is You are on my mind die je HIER kan vinden in de Tiddly Inks shop. Het meisje heb ingekleurd met potloden en haar ogen zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgeknipt en met foamtape op de cirkel geplakt. De cirkels zijn uitgesneden met de ronde nestabilities. De witte cirkel is geëmbost met de hartjes embossingmal van de Love language set van Provocraft. Op mijn kaart heb ik zwart wit gestreept papier geplakt. Rondom het gestreepte papier heb ik een lintje en een strikje gebonden. De bloemetjes zijn gemaakt met retro bloemenponsen. In het midden van de bloemen heb ik zwarte hotfix steentjes geplakt.

Good morning! It is Tiddly time again and this week we have a fun new challenge, you have to use a jumbo tag or ticket somewhere on your project. I have chosen for a jumbo tag. I made a pocket for my tag. The image I used is You are on my mind and you can find it HERE in the Tiddly Inks shop. The girl is coloured with pencils and her eyes are coloured with a black glaze pen. I have cut the image out and used foamtape to adhere it on the circles. The circles are cut with the circle nestabilities. The white circle is embossed with the hearts embossing folder from the Love language set from Provocraaft. I adhered black and white striped paper on the card after I wrapped a black ribbon around it. The flowers are made with the retro flower punches and I added black hotfix gems to their centres.

Op de tag heb ik nog een klein vakje gemaakt voor een cadeaukaart. Onderop de tag heb ik de afbeelding Heart flower border gebruikt. Boven de afbeelding heb ik de tekst geprint. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik een stiklijntje getekend. Ik heb een gaatje in de bovenkant van de tag gemaakt en daar een lintje doorheen gedaan. De bovenste tekst is van een stempelset van My favorite things.

I made a little pocket on my tag for a gift card. I used the image heart flower border on it and I added a sentiment. I made faux stitching with a black fineliner. I made a little hole in the tag and wrapped a ribbon through it. The Just because your special sentiment is from a stampset from My favorite things.

Babykaartje

Hallo! Afgelopen weekend heb ik dit babykaartje gemaakt. De stempel is van High hopes en die heb ik ingekleurd met potloden. De afbeelding heb ik daarna uitgesneden met de ovalen nestabilities. Op een rode kaart heb ik daarna met zwarte inkt de stippen gestempeld met de polka dots basics set van Papertrey ink. De tekst heb ik op de computer gemaakt en daarna geponst met de word window pons. Rondom de kaart heb ik nog wat zwart-wit bakerstwine gewikkeld.

Hello! Last weekend I made this babycard. The image is a stamp from High hopes and I coloured it with pencils. I cut the image with the oval nestabilities. With black ink I then stamped the dots on the red card. The dots are made with the polka dots basics set from Papertrey Ink. The sentiment is computer generated and I punched it with the word window punch. I wrapped some black bakers twine around the card.

New Stampfairy release - Lionel the Lion

Goedemorgen, vandaag hebben we weer een nieuwe Stampfairy release en deze week zijn er 5 gloednieuwe afbeeldingen van Lionel de leeuw te vinden in de Stampfairy shop en er ook een nog een leuke bijpassende tekst als freebie te krijgen! Ik heb Lionel ingekleurd met mijn potloden en zijn ogen en neus heb ik gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Rondom de afbeelding heb ik gekleurd met blauw krijt. De tekst freebie heb ik geprint en daarna uitgeknipt. De stippen op de kroon van Lionel en de tekst heb ik ook met de zwarte glaze pen gezet. Op mijn kaart heb ik een laag donkerbruin linnen papier geplakt. Langs de randen van het bruine papier heb ik met een witte gelpen een stiklijntje getekend. Ik heb een wit lintje rondom het bruine papier gebonden en daarop heb ik 2 kleine bruine knoopjes geplakt.

Good morning, today we have a new Stampfairy release and this week Gerda has drawn 5 new images with Lionel the Lion. You can find them in the Stampfairy shop and there you can also find the matching freebie sentiment stamp. I have coloured Lionel with my pencils and I used a black glaze pen to colour his eyes and nose. I used blue chalk to colour around the image. I printed the sentiment freebie and I used the black glaze pen to colour the dots on the crown. I added a layer of brown paper with linen structure on my card after I wrapped a white ribbon around it. I have drawn dashed lines on the edges of the brown paper with a white gelpen. I added 2 little brown buttons.

Huwelijkskaartje

Hallo, gisteren heb ik dit huwelijkskaartje gemaakt met een schattige digitale stempel van 2cuterubberstamps. Ik heb de afbeelding gekleurd met potloden en de ogen van de pinguins zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Op de slingers en de jurk van het vrouwtje heb ik glitter aangebracht. De afbeelding heb ik uitgesneden met de ronde nestabilities. Op mijn kaart heb ik een vel zwart-wit stippenpapier geplakt. Langs de rand van de cirkel heb ik rose bloemetjes geplakt die ik heb gemaakt met de retro bloemenpons. In de hartjes van de bloemen heb ik zwarte hotfix steentjes geplakt. De tekst is geprint en daarna geponst met de word window punch van Stampin Up.

Hello, yesterday I finished this weddingcard with a cute digital stamp from 2cuterubberstamps. I have coloured the image with my pencils and the eyes of the penguins are coloured with a black glaze pen and a white gelpen. I added glitter on the image. The image is cut out with the circle nestabilities. I added some flowers on the edge of the circle, they are punched with the retro flowe rpunch. I added a black hotfix in the centres of the flowers. I printed the sentiment and punched it with the word window punch from Stampin up.

Tiddly Inks challenge - Nature movie

Goedemiddag! Vandaag hebben we weer een nieuwe Tiddly Inks challenge en deze week willen we dat je je voor je kaartje laat inspireren door een natuurfilm of een film met heel veel natuur erin. :) Je mag het dus gewoon heel ruim interpreteren. Ik heb me door een filmtitel laten inspireren, namlijke The butterfly effect. De film heb ik niet gezien, maar als ik naar de beschrijving kijk weet ik niet of er veel vlinders in voorkomen. :) Voor mijn kaart heb ik dit geweldige vlinder design papier uit de Fairy fae's papers set. Ik heb de kleur van de vlinders veranderd naar donkerblauw en zo heb ik het geprint. Het vlinderpapier is op een donkerblauwe kaart geplakt. Ik heb één van de vlinders nog een keertje extra geprint en deze heb ik gekleurd met een roze eb geel potlood en daarna met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Voor de tekst heb ik een strip donkerblauw papier geprint met witte letters erop. Met een slitpunch heb ik een gaatje gemaakt voor het lint en er rose en geel grosgrain lint doorheen gedaan.

Hello everyone! Today we have a new Tiddly Inks challenge for you and this week we want you to get inspired by a nature movie or a movie with a lot of nature in it. You can decide how you want to interpret it. I used the name of a movie for my card: The butterfly effect. I have never seen the movie, but when I look at the storyline I don't think there are a lot of butterflies in the movie. :) I used this amazing butterfly paper for my card. It is from the Fairy fae's paper set. I changed the colours of the butterflies to bluebefore I printed the paper. I adhered the paper on a dark blue card. I printed one of the butterflies again and coloured it with a pink and yellow pencil. I cut it out and adhered it with foamtape on the card  I printed a strip darkblue paper with white letters for the sentiment (happy birthday) and used a slitpunch to make a hole in the strip and I wrapped a grosgrain ribbon through it.

Twee kaartjes met een freebie van Stampfairy!

Hallo! Vandaag laat ik twee kaartjes zien die ik heb gemaakt met deze schattge afbeelding van Stampfairy. De afbeelding hoort bij de Toby love collection en het goede nieuws is dat het een freebie is! Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met potloden en Toby's ogen en neus heb ik gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Op zijn wangen heb ik stipjes gezet met een witte gelpen. Daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt en met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. De kaart is een kant en klare scallop kaart en op de kaart heb ik rood-wit gestipt papier geplakt. In de hoek van de kaart heb ik een wit lint en strik geplakt. De tekst Hugs is gemaakt met het moxie alfabet van quickutz. Op de letters heb ik kleine stipjes gezet met een zwarte fineliner.

Hello! Today I am posting two cards that I made with this cute image from Stampfairy. The image belongs to the Toby love collection  and the good news is that this image is a freebie. I have coloured the image with my pencils and I coloured his eyes and nose with a black glaze pen. Then I cut the image out and used foamtape to adhere it on my card. I used a white scalloped card and added a layer of red and white dotted paper. In the corner I added some white ribbon. The sentiment is made with the moxie alphabet from quickutz. I added little dots on the letters with a black fineliner.

Op het tweede kaartje heb ik een strip van het stipjespapier gebruikt. Ook hier heb ik wit lint gebruikt. De tekst is een stempel van My favorite things. Langs de rand van de kaart heb ik een stiklijntje getekend met een zwarte fineliner.

On my second card I used a strip of the dotted paper. Again I used white ribbon. The sentiment is a stamp from My favorite things. I used a black fineliner to draw the faux stitching on the card.

New release from Stampfairy - Lenny music

Goedemorgen! Ook vandaag hebben we weer een nieuwe release van Stampfairy en deze week staat de nieuwe release in het teken van het beertje Lenny en muziek. Ik heb mijn afbeelding ingekleurd met potloden en de ogen en neus van Lenny zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. De muzieknootjes zijn van de Teeny tiny backdrops stempelset van Lawn Fawn. Ik heb de noten gestempeld met bruine inkt. De tekst is rechtstreeks op de kaart geprint. De geschulpte rand aan het bruine papier is geknipt met een schaar. Ik heb nog twee losse nootjes uitgeknipt en boven Lenny geplakt.

Goodmorning! Today we have another new release from Stampfairy and this week the new collection is all about the bear Lenny and music. I have coloured my image with pencils and I coloured his eyes and nose with a black glaze pen. The little music notes are from the Teeny tiny backdrops stampset from Lawn Fawn. I stamped them with brown ink. The sentiment is printed on the card. I cut the scalloped border on the brown paper with shaped scissors. I have cut two little notes and adhered them on the card.
