Tiddly Inks - christmascard

Vorige week heb ik dit kerstkaartje gemaakt met dit lieve bugje van Tiddly Inks. Ik vond de afbeelding van Send me a sign bug perfect voor een kerstkaartje! Ik heb de tekst op haar bordje geprint en haar jurkje heb ik gepaperpiect met design papier van Nel van Veen, De afbeelding heb ik gekleurd met potloden en de ogen heb ik gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Op een rode kaart heb ik design papier van Nel van Veen gebruikt en daarna heb ik met de cirkel nestabilities een gat in de kaart gemaakt. Ik heb een cirkel uit een sheet gesneden en daarop heb ik met witte inkt een swirl van Artemio gestempeld. Deze heb ik onder het rode kader dat ik ook met de cirkel nestabilities heb gemaakt, geplakt. Met een witte gelpen heb ik er een stiklijntje op getekend. De kerststerretjes zijn gemaakt met een mal van Marianne design. Ik heb op de vleugels van het bugje en op de hartjes van de kerststerren stickles aangebracht.

Last week I made this christmas card with this cute little bug from Tiddly Inks. I think this image Send me a sign bug is perfect for a christmas card. I printed the sentiment on her sign and paperpieced her dress with design paper from Nel van Veen. I coloured the image with derwent and prisma pencils and the eyes are coloured with a black glaze pen. I used a red card and adhered the design paper on it. Then I cut the circle out with the circle nestabilities. I cut a bigger circle out a sheet and stamped a swirl from a stamp set from Artemio on it with white ink. I added it under a red frame that I made with the circle nestabilities, I have drawn the faux stitching on it with a white gelpen. The little poinsettia's are made with diecuts from Marianne design. I used stickles on the wings and on the poinsettia's.

Voor binnenin heb ik de afbeelding in spiegelbeeld geprint en daarna heb ik weer opnieuw de tekst erop geprint. Zo kan de afbeelding perfect op de afbeelding aan de voorkant van de kaart geplakt worden zodat het plakband niet zichtbaar is. Binnenin heb ik een wit kader geplakt en daarop heb ik met een rode fineliner een stiklijntje getekend.

For the inside of the card I mirrored the image before I printed it. That way I was able to adhere the image on the same spot as the image on the front and that way you don't see the glue.I added a white circle frame and added faux stitching with a red fineliner.

De kerststerretjes heb ik eerst uitgestanst en daarna geëmbost.

I have cut the mini poinsettia's first out and then I embossed them.

Simpele kerstkaart

Hallo! Heeft het bij jullie ook zo gesneeuwd? Hier wel en wow wat ziet het er mooi uit. :) Ik heb vanmiddag heerlijk zitten knutselen aan mijn last-minute kerstkaarten. Ik wil er nog in ieder geval 2 maken voor een paar vriendinnetjes en dan is alles klaar....hoop ik. Deze kerstkaart heb ik vorige week al gemaakt. Hi is echt perfect voor als je snel even een heleboel kaarten moet hebben. Ik heb op een stuk donker blauw glitter papier met witte inkt een swirl gestempeld die uit een kerststempelset van Artemio komt. De tekst is een stempeltje van Nellie Snellen. Op de swirl heb ik een paar rode hotfix steentjes geplakt en die heb ik bij de hoeken van de blauwe vierkant geplakt.

Hello! Yesterday it has been snowing here and everything is looking so pretty! :)It has been the perfect day to make some last-minute christmas cards. I still want to make 2 more for some special friends and then I hope everything is done.....I hope. I made this christmas card last week. It is the perfect card for mass production. I used darkblue glitter paper and stamped a swirl from a christmas stamp set from Artemio on it with white ink. The sentiment is a stamp from Nellie Snellen. I added a couple of red hotfix stones on the swirl and in the corners of the card.

Cadeautje voor Angela

Hallo! Dit is een klein cadeautje dat ik pas geleden naar mijn vriendin Angela heb gestuurd. Inmiddels heeft ze het ontvangen en dus kan ik het nu ook op mijn blog plaatsen. Ik heb al een paar keer die leuke kaarten gezien met een doosje met waxinelichtjes erin en het leek mij leuk om zoiets te maken als verpakking voor stempelafdrukjes. De kaart/het doosje is gemaakt van roze doodlebug karton waarop ik vrolijk sneeuwsterren papier van Doodlebug heb geplakt. De kaart sluit met een band die om het doosje heen gaat. De witte cirkel is geëmbost met de snowflakes embossing folder van cuttlebug. Langs de rand van de band heb ik met een witte gelpen 2 stiklijntjes gemaakt. Het lieve meisje is een Hanglar stempel die ik heb gekleurd met prisma potloden. Haar ogen zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Op haar kleren heb ik nog wat glitter aangebracht.Op de roze cirkel heb ik met een witte gelpen stipjes getekend. Aan de kaart heb ik later nog een kleinere cirkel geplakt en daarop heb ik mijn wens voor Angela geschreven.

Hello! This is a little present that I have given my friend Angela. She has received my package so now I can show it on my blog. On several blogs I have seen very cute cards with a box with tealights in them and I thought it would be fun to make something like that as a package for stamped images. I made the card./box from pink doodlebug cardstock and I attached some lovely doodlebug design paper to it.The card closes with a band that wrappes around the card. I attached 2 circles to the band. The white circle has been embossed with the snowflakes embossing folder from cuttlebug. I added faux stitching to the band with a white fineliner. The sweet girl isw from Hanglar and Stanglar and I coloured her with prisma pencils. I coloured her eyes with a black glaze pen. I also added some glitter on her clothes. I attached a smaller circle to the card on which I could write my message to Angela.

Binnenin de kaart zit een klein doosje geplakt waar de stempelafdrukjes in zitten. Ik heb met de ovalen nestabilities een gat gemaakt in het doosjes en daar een ovalen kader omheen geplakt. Achter het ovaal heb ik een sheet geplakt, zodat de stempelafdrukjes goed te zien zijn, maar tegelijkertijd ook een beetje beschermd worden.

Inside the card I attached a little box with the stamped images. I used the oval nestabilities to cut a hole in the box and added a pink oval frame around it. I also attached a sheet of acetate, to protect the stamped images.

Tiddly Inks - Let it snow & Softpencil - Christmas Michu

Goedemorgen allemaal. Het is weer tijd voor mijn DT-kaartjes op mijn blog. Het Tiddly Inks kaartje is voor de laatste challenge van dit jaar. In januari zijn we natuurlijk wel weer terug met nieuwe challenges. Deze week is het thema voor Tiddly Inks: Let it snow. De afbeelding die ik hiervoor heb gebruikt is Santa's helper. Ik heb de afbeelding gekleurd met prisma potloden en daarna heb ik hem uitgeknipt. De ogen van de jongen heb ik gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Als basis heb ik een rode kaart genomen en daarop heb ik een laag zwart papier geplakt. Op het zwarte papier heb ik met witte inkt een paar sneeuwsterretjes gestempeld die uit een stempelset van Artemio komen. Daarna heb ik met een witte gelpen randjes rondom het zwarte vlak gemaakt en daarna heb héééééééél véééééééél stipjes getekend met de witte gelpen om het echt op sneew te laten lijken. De tekst komt uit een stempelset van Kraftin Kimmie en die heb ik geponst met de stampin up word window punch. Ik heb naast de tekst 2 zwarte hotfix sterretjes geplakt. De schets die ik heb gevolgd voor mijn kaart is van de Sketch and stash challenge. Mijn nieuwe artikel dat ik heb gebruikt op mijn kaart is de afbeelding Santa's helper van Tiddly Inks.

Good morning everyone. It is time again for my DT posts on my blog. The Tiddly Inks card is for our last challenge of this year. We will back in jauari with new challenges, so hope to see you again then! This weeks theme is Let is snow. The image I used for this week's challenge is Santa's helper. I coloured the image with my prisma pencils and then I cut him out. I coloured the eyes of the boy with a black glaze pen. I used a red card and added a layer of black paper. I stamped on the black paper with a snowflake stamp from a stamp set from Artemio and white ink. Then I added faux stitching with a white gelpen and then I have drawn lots and lots and lots of dots, to make it look like real snow. The sentiment is from a stamp set from Kraftin Kimmie and I punched it with the stampin up word window punch. I added 2 black hotfix stars. I followed the sketch from the Sketch and stash blog and the new goodie I used is the image Santa's helper from Tiddly Inks.

Het DT-team van Softpencil heeft deze week gewerkt met de afbeelding Christmas Michu. Voor mijn kaartje heb ik de sketch van de Sunday sketch and stamp challenge gevolgd. De afbeelding van Michu heb ik geprint en daarna gekleurd met prisma en derwent potloden. Michu's ogen en neus zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met de Labels one nestabilities. Langs de rand heb ik gedoodled met een zwarte fineliner. Op de kleding van Michu heb ik witte flowersoft gebplakt en daar ben ik ook nog eens overheen gegaan met stickles. De tekst komt uit een stempelset van C.C. Designs en die heb ik uitgesneden met de ovalen nestabilities. Ook hier heb ik weer langs de rand gedoodled met een zwarte fineliner. Het sterretjes papier heb ik gekocht bij Pipoos. Ik heb wat wit lint toegevoegd en ik heb een paar sneeuwsterren geponst en daar heb ik stickles op aangebracht.

The Softpencil DT had to work with the cute image Christmas Michu this week. I followed the sketch from the Sunday sketch and stamp challenge on my card. I printed the image and then I coloured it with prisma and derwent pencils. Michu's eyes and nose are coloured with a black glaze pen. I cut the image out with the nestabilities labels one and I doodled on the edge ith a black fineliner. I used white flowersoft on the clothes of Michu and I also used my stickles on his clothes. The sentiment is a stamp from C.C. Designs and I cut it out with the oval nestabilities. I doodled again with a black fineliner. The starry design paper is from a Dutch store Pipoos. I added some white ribbon and punched a couple of snowflakes.

Bellarific friday - King of the candy canes

Hallo! Vandaag is het Bellarific friday, de challenge van Stamping Bella. Deze week was het de bedoeling om een cadeautje in je project te verwerken of een cadeautje te maken. Ik heb ervoor gekozen om een klein cadeautje te maken met candy canes. De stempel die ik heb gebruikt is King of the Candy Canes en die is getekend door Christy Croll voor Stamping Bella. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met prisma potloden en zijn ogen zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. De kroon van dit lieve jongetje heb ik bewerkt met stickles en ik heb een stipjes pyjama gegeven door er met een witte gelpen stippen op te tekenen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met ovalen nestabilities. Langs de rand van de ovaal heb ik gedoodled met een zwarte fineliner. Op de plek waar hij zijn candycane vasthoudt heb ik twee gaatjes gemaakt en ik heb er een echte kleine candy cane opgehangen met een wit lintje. De grote candycanes heb ik in een plastic zakje gedaan en achterin heb ik een velletje rood karton gedaan om het geheel wat steviger te maken. Om het zakje te sluiten heb ik een wit lintje gebruikt. Met de stampin up word window punch heb ik een labeltje gemaakt, waarop ik een tekst van Nellie Snellen heb gestempeld. In één kant van de label heb ik een gaatje gemaakt en de tag heb ik met rode bakerstwine aan het zakje gehangen.

Hello! Today is Bellarific friday, Stamping Bella's challenge. This week it is all about gofts. You needed to make a card with a gift on it or a gift. I have chosen to make a little candy cane gift. I used the stamp King of the candy canes. Christy Croll has drawn it for Stamping Bella. I have coloured the image with prisma pencils and I coloured his eyes with a black glaze pen. I added stickles on the crown of this sweet little boy and I gave him dotted pj's with a white gelpen. I have cut the image out with the oval nestabilities and doodled on the edge of the oval with a black fineliner. I made two little holes next the place where the boy holds the candy cane and added a real small candy cane that I attached to the image with white ribbon. I have put a couple of larger candy canes in an acetate bag and added some red cardstock. To close the bag I used a white ribbon. I used the stampin up word window punch to create a label and stamped a sentiment from Nellie Snellen on it. I punched a hole on one side of the label and attached it to the bag with a bow that I made from red bakerstwine.

Little bit's flowers

Hallo! Vandaag post ik even geen kerstkaartje maar een heel vrolijk bloemenkaartje. Christy Croll van Tiddly Inks heeft namelijk een tijdje geleden de afbeelding van de vrolijke bloemen: Flower garden getekend die ik hieronder op mijn kaartje heb gebruikt. De bloemen zijn gebaseerd op een tekening van haar dochter die hierboven staat. Daar wordt je toch helemaal vrolijk van! :) Ik heb de bloemen in allerlei vrolijke kleurtjes gekleurd met mijn prisma potloden. Alle ogen heb ik daarna gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen en met een witte gelpen heb ik daarna stipjes op de bloemen getekend. De afbeelding heb ik op een donkerblauwe kaart geplakt en ik heb een roze organza lintje toegevoegd. Aan het lintje heb ik een kleine tag gehangen die ik heb gemaakt met een Martha Stewart pons. De tekst komt uit een stempelset van My favorite things. Langs de rand van de tag heb ik met een rose fineliner een stiklijntje getekend. Met dit kaartje wil ik graag meedoen aan de challenge van Cute card Thursday waar ze graag bloemen op je kaart willen zien.

Hello! Today I am not posting a christmas card but a happy flower card. Christy Croll from Tiddly Inks has drawn this lovely image Flower garden with the happy flowers, that I used on my card, a while ago. The flowers are based on a piece of artwork from her daughter. Love the image! I coloured the flowers in all kinds of happy colours with my prisma pencils. Then I coloured all the eyes with a black glaze pen and I used a white gelpen to add the dots on the flowers. I adhered the image on a dark blue card and added a pink organza ribbon. I attached a little tag to the ribbon that I made with a Martha Stewart punch. The sentiment is from My favorite things. I doodled a faux stitching line on the edge of the tag. I am entering this card for the challenge from the Cute card thursday blog, where they want to see flowers this week.

Tiddly Inks - Musical Christmas Inspiration

Goedemorgen! Het is weer dinsdag en dat betekent dat het weer tijd is voor een nieuwe Tiddly Inks challenge. Deze week willen we graag dat je een kaartje maakt waarbij je favoriete kerstliedje je inspiratie is. Ik heb voor dreaming of a white christmas gekozen. Ik heb geprobeerd om een kaartje te maken met zoveel mogelijk wit en ik heb er dan ook voor gekozen om alleen in de afbeelding en het lintje kleur te gebruiken. De afbeelding die ik heb gebruikt is Something warm uit de Tiddly Inks shop. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met prisma potloden. De ogen van de sneeuwman heb ik ingekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb op het lijf en het hoofd van de sneeuwman stippen aangebracht met frostad lace stickles. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met de ronde nestabilities. Het witte vlak papier is geëmbost met de holly berries embossing folder van Provocraft. Over dit vlak heb ik een bruin lintje geplakt met een strikje eraan. De randen van de kaart , de beide cirkels en de rechthoek heb ik daarna bewerkt met bruine inkt.

Good morning! It is Tuesday again  and that means that is time again for a new challenge from the Tiddly Inks challenge blog. This week we want you to get inspired by your favourite christmas song when you make your card or other project. I have chosen to use the song dreaming of a white christmas. I have tried to make an almost white card. The only colours are in the image and ribbon. The image I used is Something warm from the Tiddly Inks shop. I have coloured the image with prisma pencils. The eyes of the snowman are coloured with a black glaze pen. The dots on his body and head are made with frosted lace stickles. I have cut the image out with the round nestabilities. The white rectangle is embossed with the holly berries embossing folder from Provocraft. I added a brown ribbon. The last thing I did was distress all the edges of the card, rectangle and circles with brown ink.

Oswalda

Hallo, afgelopen week heb ik dit kerstkaartje gemaakt met deze geweldige afbeelding van Oswalda de struisvogel. Oswalda is getekend door Chrissy Armstrong en is te koop bij Squigglefly. Ik heb Oswalda ingekleurd met mijn potloden en daarna heb ik nog bepaalde delen bewerkt met stickles. Ik heb witte flowersoft als bont op de muts gebruikt. De tekst is een stempeltje van Nellie Snellen. Het sneeuwsterren papier is een download van Pink Petticoat. Met dit kaart wil ik aan de challenge van de secret crafter saturday challenge meedoen, waar ze deze week een kerstkaart willen zien. Bij de 2 sisters challenge blog willen ze graag sparkly kerstkaarten zien en bij de delicious doodles challenge willen ze dat je een digitale stempel op je kaartje gebruikt.

Hello, I have made this card last week with the amazing image of Oswalda the Ostrich. Oswalda has been drawn by Chrissy Armstrong and is for sale at Squigglefly. I have coloured Oswalda with my pencils and I used a lot of stickles. I used polar white flowersoft on her hat. The sentiment is a stamp from Nellie Snellen. Friday sketchers 131 met Rudolf bot

Goedenavond allemaal! Ik ben net terug van een avondje musical met een paar vriendinnen. We zijn naar de Nederlandse musical Crazy shopping geweest, die erg grappig en hilarisch was! Ik heb heel veel gelachen en ik ben meteen tegelijkertijd (samen met de rest van het publiek) van mijn koopverslaving afgeholpen door dominee Bob. ;) Het was even een zware sessie en nou maar hopen dat het echt heeft geholpen! :o Vanmiddag heb ik dit kaartje gemaakt voor de nieuwste challenge van de Friday sketchers. De afbeelding die ik heb gebruikt is Rudolf the red-nosed bot die Christy van Tiddly Inks op speciaal verzoek van mij heeft getekend. Ik vind hem helemaal perfect! Ik heb Rudolf ingekleurd met mijn potloden en zijn ogen zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb zijn neus gekleurd met een rode spica glitter pen. Ik heb een witte kaart gebruikt en daarop ik rood gestipt papier geplakt. Op een paar van de stippen heb ik kleine witte sneeuwsterren geplakt, die ik heb geponst. Langs de rand van de kaart heb ik streepjeslijnen getekend met een groene fineliner. Van groen bazzil papier heb ik een paar driehoeken geknipt en daar heb ik een boom van gemaakt. Ik heb langs de randen van de groene driehoeken streepjeslijnen gemaakt met een witte fineliner. Op de boom heb ik zilveren hotfix sterretjes geplakt. De tekst komt uit een stempelsetje van Nellie Snellen.

Good evening everyone! I just got back from an evening out to a Dutch musical with some friends. We went to the Dutch musical Crazy shopping and it was really funny and hilarious! I laughed a lot and at the same time I have been cured from my shopping addiction. It was a real though session from pastor Bob, but hopefully it works. ;o
I made this card this afternoon for the new challenge from the Friday sketchers. The image I used is Rudolf the red nosed Bot that Christy from Tiddly Inks has drawn for me. I think he is just perfect! I coloured Rudolf with my pencils and I used a black glaze pen to colour his eyes. I used a red spica glitter pen to colour his nose. I used a white card and added red dotted paper. I added a couple of little white snowstars that I punched. Tehe faux stitching on the edges of the card was made with a green fineliner. I have cut a couple of triangles from green bazzil paper and added faux stitching with a white fineliner. The little silver stars are hotfix stones. The sentiment is from Nellie Snellen.

Een kerstkaartje

Hallo! Dit is een kerstkaartje dat ik een paar weken geleden heb gemaakt. Ik heb een stempel gebruikt die ik in Amerika bij Hobby Lobby heb gekocht. De boom is op ecru kleurig papier gestempeld met groene stempelinkt. De tekst heb ik eronder gestempeld. Ik heb een rood strikje rondom het ecru kleurige papier gedaan. De onderkant van het papier heb ik geëmbost met de scalloped sentiment pons van Fiskars. Ik heb er een strip rood papier onder geplakt en dat is samen op een kraft kaart geplakt. Ik heb nog een paar rode hotfix steentjes naast het boompje geplakt.

Hello! This is a christmas card that I made a few weeks ago. I used a stamp of a christmas tree that I bought at the Hobby Lobby during my vacation in the USA. I stamped the tree on cream paper with green ink. I also stamped the sentiment under the image. I added a bow made from red ribbon. I punched the cream paper with the scalloped sentiment punch from Fiskars. I also added some red paper and I placed everything together on a kraft card.
