DU2DS - Sketch

Hallo allemaal! Het is weer tijd voor een nieuwe uitdaging van Dare U 2 Digi stamp. Deze week hebben we een sketch en ik heb hem verzonnen. Het was geloof ik niet de makkelijkste sketch, maar toch hebben de anderen van het design team weer geweldige kaarten gemaakt. Kijk maar op het blog! Ik heb mijn kaart gemaakt voor een vriendin om haar uit te nodigen voor een gezellig dagje uit. De leuke afbeelding die ik heb gebruikt is van Chris Dark (Sketching Stamper Digi Stamps) en het is Vicky shops. Vicky is ingekleurd met derwent potloden en na het kleuren heb ik haar uitgeknipt. Ze is met foamtape op het witte vlak geplakt waar ook nog een laagje oranje en zwart papier onder zit. Ik heb van oranje geruit papier dat ik zelf geprint heb 6 vierkantjes gemaakt. Op 2 van de vierkantjes heb ik de tekst geprint. Op de andere vierkantjes heb ik een strikje van zwart satijn lint geplakt. Onder alle vierkantjes heb ik nog een iets groter zwart vierkantje geplakt.

Hi everyone! It is time again for a new challenge from Dare U 2 Digi Stamp. This week we have a sketch that was designed by me. I don't think it was really easy, but my design team buddies made somegreat cards! Please take a look at the blog! I made a card for a friend to invite her for a nice day out. The cute image that I used is from Chris Dark (Sketching Stamper Digi Stamps) and it is called Vicky shops. Vicky was coloured with derwent pencils and after I coloured her I cut her out. I used foamtape to mount her on the white rectangle. I also added an orange and black layer. I cut 6 squares from orange gingham paper that I printed myself. I have printed the sentiment on 2 of the squares. On the 4 other squares I have added a bow from black satin ribbon.

Just Magnolia en Papertake weekly

Gisteravond heb ik dit kerstkaartje gemaakt voor de laatste challenges van Just Magnolia en Papertake weekly. Voor Just Magnolia is het de bedoeling dat je je kaart in monochrome tonen maakt. De geweldige sketch die ik heb gebruikt op deze kaart is van Papertake weekly. Op mijn kaart heb ik deze lieve stempel van Magnolia gebruikt: Tilda with bell. Tilda is ingekleurd met derwent en caran d'ache potloden. Haar oogjes heb ik gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. De bel is gekleurd met een clear spica glitter pen. Op alle bontrandjes langs haar kleding heb ik met een Quickie gluepen glitter aangebracht. Daarna heb ik Tilda uitgeknipt. Het witte vlak onder de afbeelding is geëmbost met de swiss dots embossing folder van cuttlebug. De tekst is op het witte vlak geprint. Ik heb een strip donkerblauw glitter papier op de kaart geplakt en hieroverheen heb ik een organza lintje gespannen. Het strikje heb ik er bovenop geplakt met een glue dot. Met een ponsje heb ik eerst 3 keer uit wit papier een sneeuwsterretje geponst. Ook hierop heb ik met de quickie glue pen glitter aangebracht. Daarna heb ik nog 3 keer het sneeuwsterretje uit het donkerblauwe glitter papier geponst en deze bovenop de witte sneeuwsterretjes geplakt.

Yesterday evening I made this christmas card for the last challenges on the Just Magnolia and Papertake weekly blog. Just Magnolia wants you to make a monochrome card and Papertake weekly has a fabulous sketch! I used a very sweet stamp from Magnolia on my card: Tilda with bell. Tilda was coloured with derwent and caran d'ache pencils. Her eyes were coloured with a black glaze pen. The bell was coloured with a clear spica glitter pen. I used a quickie glue pen to add glitter on the fur of her clothes. Then I cut Tilda out. The white rectangle was embossed with the swiss dots embossing folder from cuttlebug. I printed the sentiment on the larger rectangle. I added a darkblue strip of glitter paper and top of that I have added a organze ribbon. The bow was attached with a gluedot. I used a punch for the snowflakes. I punched first 3 white snowflakes and added glitter on them and then I punched the 3 darkblue snowflakes. I glued them on top of each other.

Cadeau envelopje

Ik heb weer eens een cadeau envelopje gemaakt. Deze keer voor een man. Mijn envelop is gemaakt van Kraft papier dat ik bij Elzybells heb gekocht. Met bruine stempelinkt heb ik de twee randen van Stamp camp erop gestempeld. Met dezelfde bruine inkt ben ik ook langs de randen van de envelop gegaan. Op een stukje ecru papier heb ik de tekst geprint en daarna heb ik het vierkant uitgesneden met nestabilities. Ik heb nog een groter vierkantje van Kraft papier erachter geplakt en ook daarvan heb ik de randen weer bewerkt met de bruine inkt. In het vierkantje heb ik met een gaatjestang twee gaatjes gemaakt en hier heb ik een touwtje doorheen geknoopt.

I made another money wallet. This time for a man. My wallet was made from kraft paper that I bought at Elzybells. On the wallet I stamped the diamond borders from Stamp Camp with darkbrown ink. I distressed the edges of the wallet with the darkbrown ink. On a piece of cream paper I printed the sentiment and then I cut it out with my nestabilities. I have added a bigger square and used the darkbrown ink again on the edges. With a holepunch I made 2 little holes and made a knot from cord.

Magnolia kerstkaartje

Vandaag heb ik dit kerstkaartje gemaakt voor de Papertake weekly challenge. Deze week is het de bedoeling dat je stippen en strepen op je kaartje gebruikt. Nou dat is dus geen enkel probleem. :) Ik heb op mijn kaartje een stempel van Magnolia gebruikt: Tilda with candycane. Zoals altijd heb ik gekleurd met derwent potloden. De oogjes zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Met een witte gelpen heb ik de stipjes op de wangen gezet. De vleugeltjes van Tilda zijn gekleurd met een clear spica glitter pen. De afbeelding is uitgesneden met de ovalen nestabilities. Op een witte kaart heb ik de rode achtergrond geprint. Op een strip wit papier heb ik de stippen geprint. Eronder zit een zwarte laag papier waarvan ik de randjes heb geknipt met een scallop schaar. De tekst komt uit een stempelsetje van Studio G. Met een ponsje heb ik de vier gaten in de stippenstrip gemaakt en daar heb ik het zwarte lint doorheen gedaan. Als laatste heb ik nog wat hotfix steentjes gebruikt.

Today I made this christmas card for this weeks challenge on the Papertake weekly blog. This week you have to use spots 'n stripes on your card. No problem for me! :) I used the Magnolia stamp: Tilda with candy cane on my card. As always I have coloured with my derwent pencils. The eyes are coloured with a black glaze pen. I used a white gelpen for the dots on the cheeks. The wings were coloured with a clear spica glitter pen. The image was cut out with the oval nestabilities. I have printed the red background on a white card and on a strip of white paper I printed the red dots. I added another layer of black paper that was cut with scalloped scissors. The sentiment is a stamp from Studio G. I made 4 holes in the strip with a punch and added the ribbon bows. Then I used a couple of hotfix stones.

Binnenin heb ik nog een strip van het rode streepjes papier geplakt. Ik heb voor de binnenkant een Mini magnolia gebruikt van dezelfde afbeelding die op de voorkant staat. Ik heb Tilda ook hier gekleurd met derwent potloden. Toen de kaart helemaal klaar was, was ik zo slim om hem bovenop mijn geopende stempelkussen te leggen. Zo balen! Gelukkig zie je er niets van op de voorkant. Excuses voor de slechte foto's. Het weer was heel slecht vandaag en ik hoop later deze week nog een nieuwe foto te kunnen maken.

On the inside of my card I have added a strip of the red striped paper. I used a mini Magnolia. It is the same image that I used on the front of my card. I have coloured Tilda again with derwent pencils. When I had finished my card, I was so clever to put it on top of my opend inkpad. So stupid! I am so happy you can't see it on the front of the card. Sorry for the really bad pictures. The weather was awefull today and I hope to make better pictures later this week!

Mijn laatste halloween projectjes van dit jaar.

Afgelopen week heb ik nog deze laatste projectjes gemaakt voor halloween. Ik moest vanmiddag nog even snel de foto's maken en helaas is niet helemaal goed te zien hoe het doosje hierboven eruit ziet. Voor het eerste doosje heb ik een doosje van Maggi opkikker voorzichtig uit elkaar gehaald. Het doosje heb ik daarna op het rose stippen papier gelegd en dat heb ik allemaal overgetrokken. Zo krijg je een leuk doosje waar je een kleinigheidje in kan stoppen. Ik heb mijn doosje gevuld met een chocoprince koekje. :) Ik heb op mijn doosje een digitale stempel van Pink Cat Studio gebruikt. Itty Bitty Betty is gekleurd met potloden en natuurlijk heb ik haar oogjes weer gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Op haar stipjes heb ik gekleurd met een clear spica glitter pen. De afbeelding is daarna uitgesneden met de cirkel nestabilities. De tekst heb ik op een strookje papier geprint. Eronder zit een strookje zwart papier waarvan de randen bewerkt zijn met een scallop schaar. Het doosje wordt gesloten met een strikje van zwart satijn lint.

Last week I have made my last halloween projects of this year. Today I made some pictures of them, but they don't show what the box looks like exactly. For my first box I used a box that was filled with soup. I took it apart and copied the pattern on the pink dotted paper. That way you get a nice little box that can hold some sweets or a cookie. I filled my box with a chocolate cookie. :) On the box I used a digital stamp from Pink Cat Studio. Itty Bitty Betty was coloured with penciles and the eyes were as always coloured with a black glaze pen. I coloured the dots with a clear spica glitter pen. Then the image was cut out with circle nestabilities. I printed the sentiment on a strip of white paper. The strip black paper was cut with scalloped scissors. The box can be closed with a bow from black ribbon.



Het tweede projectje is een klein tasje en dat is ook weer niet goed te zien op de foto. De voorkant van de tas is gemaakt volgens de sketch van de Truly Scrumptious blog. Het tasje zelf is gemaakt van wit cardstock waarop de oranje achtergrond is geprint. Ook nu heb ik weer een digitale stempel van Pink Cat Studio gebruikt. Ik zoals altijd weer gekleurd met mijn potloden. Alle oogjes zijn zwart gekleurd met een glaze pen en ik heb ook nog wat gekleurd met de clear spica glitter pen. De afbeelding is uitgesneden met rechthoekige nestabilities. Op een los stukje papier heb ik de oranje stippen geprint en deze zijn uitgesneden met de cirkel nestabilities. De tekst is ook geprint en die heb ik uitgesneden met een ponsje. In de linker boven hoek heb ik een paar hotfix steentjes geplakt. Met de big bite heb ik aan de beide zijkanten een gaatje gemaakt voor het hengsel. Ik heb twee sterren eyelets gebruikt. Het hengsel is gemaakt van zwart satijn lint.

My second project is a little bag. I followed the fabulous sketch from the Truly Scrumptious blog on the front of the bag. I made the bag from white cs after I printed the orange pattern on it. Again I used a digital stamp from Pink Cat Studio. I coloured it with my pencils. All the eyes were coloured black with a glaze pen and I did use my clear spica glitter pen again. The image was cut out with the rectangle nestabilities. On a piece of white paper I printed the orange dots and I cut those out with the circle nestabilities. The sentiment was also computer generated and I cut it out with a punch. I have added two little black hotfix stones in the corner. I made two holes in the sides of the bag and added a star eyelet. I used black satin ribbon as my handle.

Aan het hengsel heb ik nog een spin gehangen. Ik heb 4 touwtjes genomen en deze om het lint geknoopt. Op de knoop heb ik twee wiebeloogjes geplakt.

On the handle I added a little spider. I made a knot using 4 black cords. I added some eyes on top of the knot.

Simpele kerstkaart

Gisteren was ik aan het kijken op het Simplicity blog van Susan. Susan maakt de meest geweldige Clean and simple kaarten en dus kijk ik erg graag op haar blog voor wat inspiratie! Deze kaart sprak me heel erg aan en dus heb ik daar mijn eigen versie van gemaakt. De hulsttakjes op mijn kaart zijn hele goedkope stempeltjes die laatst bij de Kruidvat te koop waren. Ik heb ze met Vintage green inkt van Vivid gestempeld en de rode besjes zijn gemaakt met Decorfin relief paint. Met een cirkelpons heb ik daarna de hulststakjes geponst. Ik heb daarna de tekst op de kaart geprint. Het lint heb ik volgens mij ooit eens in Engeland besteld en het is mooi dik velours lint. Past perfect bij een kerstkaart!

Yesterday I was looking at the amazing Simplicity blog of Susan. Susan makes the most beautiful Clean and simple cards and I really love to visit her blog for some inspiration. I really loved this card and decided that I wanted to make my own version. The hollies were really cheap stamps that I bought at a dutch store. I stamped the hollies with vintage green ink from Vivid. The little berries were coloured red with Decorfin relief paint. I used a circlepunch to punch the circles. Then I printed the sentiment (happy holidays) on the card. I think I ordered this ribbon from a store in the UK once. It is a really beautiful red velvet ribbon. Perfect for a christmas card!

Penny

Gisteren heb ik dit kaartje gemaakt voor 4 verschillende challenges. Dat was niet zo moeilijk want net voor halloween hebben veel challenge blogs dat als thema. Mijn kaartje is voor:

1. Anyone for Anya - Sketch en een Greeting farm image gebruiken.
2. My time to craft challenge - Halloween kleuren gebruiken
3. Stampin for the weekend - Fangtastic halloween cards
4. Secret crafter saturday challenge - Oranje + 1 andere kleur.

De afbeelding die ik op mijn kaart heb gebruikt is een digitale stempel van The Greeting farm: Penny trick or treat. Ik heb Penny ingekleurd met koh-i-noor en derwent potloden. Met een witte gelpen heb ik de stipjes op de wangen getekend. De zwarte jurk en hoed is ingekleurd met een clear spica glitter pen. Het pompoentje is gekleurd met een clear glaze pen, maar dat is helaas niet te zien. Bij de afbeelding heb ik een kleine beetje groen en blauw gebruikt, dus ik hoop dat de kaart ondanks dat toch mag meedoen aan de secret crafter saturday challenge blog. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met rechthoekige nestabilities. Op een witte kaart heb ik de zwart-wit gestipte achtergrond geprint. Op een los stukje papier heb ik de oranje streepjes achtergrond geprint. Ik heb twee oranje satijn lintjes toegevoegd. De tekst is gemaakt met het olivia alfabet van quickutz. Als laatste heb ik nog 4 zwarte hotfix hartjes toegevoegd. Spooky he! :0

Yesterday I have made this card for 4 different challenges. That wasn't really difficult because halloween is only one week away and a lot of challenges have halloween theme's. My card is for:

1. Anyone for Anya: Sketch and Greeting farm image
2. My time to craft challenge: Use halloween colours
3. Stampin for the weekend: Fangtastic halloween cards
4. Secret crafter saturday challenge: Orange and one other colour

The image I used is a digital stamp from The greeting farm: Penny trick or treat. I have coloured Penny with my koh-i-noor and derwent pencils. I have drawn dots on the cheeks with a white gelpen. The black dress and hat are coloured with a clear spica glitter pen. The pumpkin was colored with a clear glaze pen, but you can't see that really well. I used a little bit of green and blue on the image, so I hope I can still enter my card for the Secret crafter saturday challenge. I cut the image with the rectangle nestabilities. I printed the dotted background on my card. The orange background was printed on a seperate piece of paper. I added 2 orange satin ribbons. The sentiment was made with the olivia alphabet from quickutz. I also added 4 black hotfix hearts. So spooky! :0

Van mijn moeder moest ik Penny nog een brilletje geven. ;) Zij heeft hem gemaakt van bloembinddraad en ik moet toegeven: Het staat wel erg schattig!

My mother wanted that I gave Penny a pair of glasses. She has made them and I have to admit: It looks really cute!

Mojo Monday met Oswalda

Afgelopen week heb ik dit kaartje gemaakt voor de sketch challenge van Mojo Monday. Ik heb een digistempel van Chrissy Armstrong gebruikt. Deze digitale stempels zijn verkrijgbaar bij Squigglefly. Ik heb voor dit kaartje Oswalda goes shopping gebruikt. Ik moest een kaartje maken voor iemand die 50 wordt en ik vond dit wel een leuke afbeelding ervoor. Ik heb Oswalda ingekleurd met mijn kleurpotloden. Op haar ketting en hoed heb ik wat gekleurd met de clear spica glitter pen. De afbeelding is uitgesneden met rechthoekige nestabilities. Op een witte kaart heb ik de zwarte strepen geprint. Onderaan zit een stukje cardstock van Bazzil waarop ik de tekst van Doe Maar Creatief heb gestempeld. Het cirkeltje is ook uitgesneden met nestabilities. Met het Moxie alfabet van quickutz heb ik de 50 gemaakt. Van het zwart-wit geruite lint heb ik een strikje gemaakt en dit hangt bovenop het rondje.

Last week I made this card for this weeks sketch of the Mojo monday blog. I used a digital stamp from Chrissy Armstrong. These digital stamps are available at Squigglefly. On my card I used the image Oswalda goes shopping. I needed a card for someone who is celebrating her 50th birthday and I think Oswalda is perfect for her. I coloured the ostrich with my pencils. I added some glitter with the clear spica glitter pen on her necklace and her hat. The image was cut out with the rectangle nestabilities. I printed the black stripes on a white card. I added a piece of Bazzil cardstock and stamped my sentiment on it. The circle was made with the nestabilities. I used the moxie alphabet for the 50 on it. I made a bow from black and white gingham ribbon.

DU2DS 24 - Shaped card

Het is weer vrijdag en dat betekent dat het weer tijd is voor een nieuwe uitdaging op het Dare U 2 Digi stamp blog. Deze week is het de bedoeling om eens een keer geen vierkante of rechthoekige kaart te maken, maar een kaart in een andere vorm. Alles mag zolang er maar een digitale stempel op zit. Ik heb gekozen voor een ronde kaart. De kaart is uitgesneden uit Coredinations papier met de grootste scallop cirkel van de nestabilities. Ik heb de stempel geprint en deze met een kleine cirkel uitgesneden en de zwarte rand is met twee grotere cirkels uitgesneden. De afbeelding die ik heb gebruikt is On the phone van Chris van Sketchingstamper digi-stamps. Op haar blog heeft ze veel geweldige afbeeldingen staan, dus neem vooral eens een kijkje! Ik heb gekleurd met derwent en caran d'ache potloden. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik de streepjeslijnen gezet. De tekst is gemaakt met letterstickers. Met een witte gelpen heb ik langs de randen van de cirkel de streepjes gezet. Ik heb nog twee strikjes van zwart-wit geruit lint toegevoegd. De zwarte cirkel is met foamtape op de kaart geplakt.

It is friday again and that means that we have a new challenge for you at the Dare U 2 Digi Stamp blog. This week we want you to make a shaped card, so that means no squares. Everything else is allowed as long as you use a digital stamp. I have chosen to make a round card. The card was cut out with my largest scallop circle from the nestabilities out if coredinations paper. I printed the image and cut it out with a smaller circle and the black circle was also cut with the nestabilities. The image I used is On the Phone from Chris (Sketching stamper Digi-stamps). Please take a look at her blog, because you find some amazing digi stamps! I coloured the image with derwent and caran d'ache pencils. I added the faux stitching with a black fineliner. The sentiment was written with letter peel offs. I used a white gelpen for some faux stitching on the black circle. I made two bows from black and white gingham ribbon.

Eline's digistempels

Goedemiddag allemaal. Ik had nog snel even de tijd om mijn kaartje te plaatsen voor ik naar de oogarts moet. :( Een tijdje geleden schreef Eline Pellinkhof op haar blog dat ze haar afbeeldingen die eerst als knipvellen te koop waren, nu gaat verkopen als digistempels bij Squigglefly. Als grote digistempel fanaat was ik hier natuurlijk erg blij mee! Afgelopen weekend waren de eerste digi's van Eline te koop en ik heb er natuurlijk meteen wat gekocht. Dit is het eerste kaartje dat ik ermee heb gemaakt. Het kaartje is gemaakt volgens de sketch van de Crazy 4 challenges blog. De afbeelding die ik heb gebruikt is Farm froggie. Ik heb het kikkertje ingekleurd met derwent en polychromos potloden. Met een witte gelpen heb ik de stipjes op de wangen gezet. Op het tuinbroekje heb ik twee hotfix steentjes geplakt. Daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgesneden met de cirkel nestabilities en er een donkergroen scallop cirkel aan toegevoegd. Van Mi teintes papier heb ik de gele kaart gesneden. Met de printer heb ik het gele streepjes patroon geprint en dit op de kaart geplakt. Het scallop randje boven- en onderaan het streepjes vlak is geponst met een EK succes pons. De tekst beterschap komt uit een setje met nederlandse teksten van Doe Maar Creatief. Ik heb het bloemetje dat de kikker in zijn mond heeft nog 4 keer extra geprint en eentje zit met foamtape op de bloem in zijn mond geplakt. De andere 3 heb ik onderaan de kaart met foamtape opgeplakt.

Hi everyone! I do have some time to post my card, just before have to go to the oculist. :(A while ago Eline Pellinkhof wrote on her blog that she was going to sell the images that were first sold as clipart as digital images at Squigglefly. I love digital images and I love Eline's images, so I was really happy with this. Last weekend the first images could be bought and offcourse I did get a few images. This is my first card using one of these images. For my card I followed the sketch from teh Crazy 4 challenges blog. The image that I used is Farm froggie. I coloured him with derwent and polychromos pencils. With a white gelpen I added some dots on his cheeks. On his clothes I added 2 black hotfix stones.I cut the images out with the circle nestabilities. I also added a green scallop circle. I cut the card out of yellow Mi teintes cardstock. I printed the striped background. The scallop edge was made with an EK succes punch.The sentiment ( get well) was stamped. I printed the little flower 4 times. I placed one of the flowers on top of the flower in the frog's mouth with foamtape and the other 3 were placed under the striped paper.
