Ismaki-challenge

Deze kaart is gemaakt voor een challenge op het ismaki blog. Ik heb voor dit kaartje een afdrukje van een magnoliaatje gebruikt. Ze is ingekleurd met aquarel potloden en terpentine. Op het zwarte ballonetje zit zwarte glitter. Op een rose kaart heb ik zwarte stippen geprint. Een vierkant stuk zwart papier heb ik met de cuttlebug swiss dots geëmbost. De tekst is geprint met de computer.

This card was made for a challenge from Ismaki. I used an image from Magnolia for my card. I coloured her with aquarel pencils and odourless mineral spirits. On the black balloon I have used black glitter. I printed the black dots on a pink card. I embossed the black square with my swiss dots embossing folder from the cuttlebug. The text was made with my computer and says congratulations in dutch.

Frogget me not

Dit kaartje is voor de challenge van de friday sketchers. De kikker is van Pink petticoat. Ze is ingekleurd met aquarel potloden en terpentine. De rechthoeken zijn uitgesneden met nestabilities. De tekst frogget me not is gemaakt met het phoebe-alfabet van quickutz. De oranje stippen achtergrond is op een witte kaart geprint. Als laatste heb ik 2 strikjes van zwart lint toegevoegd.

This card is for the challenge of the friday sketchers. The frog is from Pink petticoat. I coloured her with aquarel pencils and odourless mineral spirits. I cut the rectangles with my nestabilities. The text froggot me not has been made with the phoebe-alphabet from quickutz. The orange dotted background was printed on a white card. At last I added two black ribbons.

Merci bouquet

Ik begin het steeds leuker te vinden om aan challenges mee te doen. Vandaag kwam ik door een reactie op mijn blog op de My paper world-blog. Daar zijn hele leuke schetsjes te vinden met veel leuke voorbeelden. Dit was de laatste layout en omdat ik hem erg leuk vond heb ik er meteen een kaartje mee gemaakt. Voor dit kaartje heb ik een afbeelding van Lola Rose van Pink Petticoat gebruikt. Ze is ingekleurd met aquarel potloden en terpentine. Op het shirtje heb ik zwarte glitter gebruikt. De tekst is uitgesneden met nestabilities. Er zit ook nog een zwart scallop cirkeltje onder de tekst. De 2 kruisjes zijn de jacks-die van quickutz. Op het kaartje zelf heb ik de zwarte strepen geprint.

I keep enjoying participating in challenges. Today I saw the My paper world blog after this lady had left a comment on my blog. There are some really nice sketches over there and lors of nice examples! This was the last layout and I liked it so much , so I made a card with it. I used an image from Lola Rose from Pink petticoat. I coloured her with aquarel pencils and odourless mineral spirits. I used some black glitter on her shirt. I have cut the text with my nestabilities. There is a black scallop circle under the text. The 2 crosses are the jacks-die from quickutz. I printed the black stripes on my card.

Clean and simple

Surfend op het internet kwam ik een nieuwe blog tegen: Clean and simple stamping. Erg interessant omdat ik zelf ook erg gek ben op de clean and simple stijl. Ik kan erg genieten van kaarten met heel veel verschillende papiertjes en laagjes en embellishments etc., maar zelf zal je me nooit zo'n kaart zien maken. Op de één of andere manier "kan" ik dat niet. Mijn kaartjes zijn vaak vrij eenvoudig, met niet teveel laagjes. Embellishments? nou die zie je niet vaak bij me. Ja af en toe een lintje maar dan houdt dat ook wel weer op. Ik kwam niet vaak anderen tegen die op deze manier hun kaartjes maken, maar nu de laatste tijd zie je het steeds meer. Op splitcoaststampers zijn er meer mensen en nu ook deze nieuwe blog.

Op de blog staat deze week een layout. Ik vond hem erg leuk, dus ik heb besloten dat ik er ook een kaartje mee ging maken. Uiteindelijk werden het zelfs 2 kaartjes met verschillende kleurtjes. Voor het eerste kaartje heb ik wit linnen papier gebruikt. Ik heb eerst de tekst op de kaart geprint. De petite tulips zijn van stampendous en ze zijn ingekleurd met derwent potloden. Onder de vierkantjes zit een vierkantje van rood papier. Ik heb van een vrolijk geruit rood lintje een strikje gemaakt. Voor het tweede kaartje heb ik donkerblauw linnen papier gebruikt. Ik heb nu roze vierkantjes gebruikt voor onder de tulpjes. Omdat ik niet kan printen of stempelen op donkerblauw papier, heb ik de tekst ook in een klein vierkantje geplaatst. Deze kaart is afgemaakt met een wit lintje.

When I was surfing the internet I saw this new blog: Clean and simple stamping. Very interesting because I like the clean and simple style very much! I do enjoy cards with many different papers and much layers and lots of embellishments, etc, but you will never see me making such a card. I simply "can't" make my cards that way. My cards are always pretty simple and don't have layers. Embellishments? Well you won't see that often. Maybe sometimes a ribbon. I didn't know much other people how like me like this style very much, but nowadays you see them more and more. On splitcoaststampers there are some people who make clean and simple cards and now there is this new blog!

On the blog there is a layout for this week and I liked it very much, so I made 2 cards with it. For the first card I used a linnen white card. I printed my text on it (hartelijk gefeliciteerd= congratulations). The petite tulips are from stampendous and I coloured them with my derwent pencils. Un der the squares is a red square. I added a red gingham ribbon. For the second card I used darkblue linnen paper. I now used pink squares under my tulips. Because I can't print or stamp on darkblue paper I printed the texty on a square. I finished my card with a white ribbon.

Boekenlegger

Voor deze boekenlegger heb ik weer een lieve chick van Stampendous gebruikt die ik van Angela (monkeymama) had gekregen. Ik heb op rood papier de zwarte stippen geprint. Het kuiken is ingekleurd met Derwent potloden. Met het phoebe alfabet van quickutz heb ik de letters gemaakt. Van zwart papier heb ik 2 dunne strookjes gesneden. Rondom het gaatje zit een tagtopper van quickutz.

For this bookmark I used a sweet chick from Stampendous. I got those from Angela (monkeymama). I coloured the chick with my derwent pencils. I printed the black dots on the red paper. I used the quickutz phoebe alphabet. I used a quickutz tag topper round the hole in the bookmark.

BBQ-chick

Dit kaartje is alvast voor de verjaardag van mijn broer. Hij is pas 6 juni jarig, maar hij leest toch niet op mijn blog, dus ik kan het kaartje hier al wel plaatsen. ;) Hij wil zijn verjaardag vieren met een BBQ dus deze chick was heel erg geschikt!! Deze afdrukjes heb ik gehad van een hele lieve vrouw die ik heb leren kennen via Splitcoaststampers. Dankje wel Angela (monkeymama)!!! Het chickie is ingeklerud met derwent potloden. De cirkels zijn uitgesneden met mijn nestabilities. Op de computer heb ik de zwart-wit gestreepte achtergrond gemaakt. Ook het tekstlabeltje is op de computer gemaakt. De knoopjes zijn een die van quickutz.

This card is for my brother's birthday. His birthday isn't untill the 6th of june, but he doesn't read my blog. so I can post his card safely! ;) He wants to celebrate his birthday with a BBQ, so I this chick was perfect for his card! I got the image (and lots of other images!!) from a very sweet lady I have gotten to known on Splitcoaststampers. Thank you very much Angela (monkeymama)!!! I coloured my chickie with derwent pencils. I cut the cirkles with my nestabilities. On the computer I made the black and white striped background. I also made the textabel with my computer. The little buttons are from quickutz.

Ook deze kaart is voor een challenge, namelijk for the Friday sketchers. Voor deze kaart heb ik een afdrukje van Shari gebruikt. Shari is één van de glamgirls van C.C.designs. Shari is ingekleurd met derwent potloden. Op haar truitje heb ik zwarte glitter gebruikt, zodat ze een echte glamgirl is. Met mijn nestabilities heb ik uit paars papier een cirkel gesneden. Van zwart papier heb ik een strook gesneden. De tekst is gemaakt op de computer. Op het kaartje heb ik een ruitjes achtergrond geprint. Met een paarse fineliner heb ik bepaalde vakje ingkleurd. Als laatste heb ik nog stickles op de ring gedaan, maar dat is niet goed te zien.

This card is also for a challenge, for the Friday sketchers. For this card I used an image from Shari. Shari is one of the glamgirls from C.C. designs. I coloured her with derwent pencils. I used black glitter on her shirt, so now she is a real glamgirl. I cut the purple circle with my nestbilities. The text was made on the computer. On a card I printed the checkered background. With a purple fineliner I colored some of the squares. I used stickles on the ring but you can't see that on my picture.

Ik had vandaag lekker de tijd om te knutselen, dus ik heb een kaartje gemaakt voor de Cute Card Thursday challenge. Deze keer moest je een bepaalde layout voor je kaartje gebruiken. Voor deze kaart heb ik een lieveheersbeestje van Stampendous gebruikt. Ze is ingekleurd met derwent potloden. Ik heb met mijn nestabilities de ovalen gesneden. Op een stuk wit papier heb ik de rode stippen geprint. Ik heb dat stuk uitgesneden met mijn nestabilities en toen wat randjes weggesneden. Zo heb ik aan de onderkant een scallop randje gekregen. Voor het woord thanx heb ik het phoebe alfabet van quickutz gebruikt. Als laatste heb ik een stuk zwart lint gebruikt.

Today I had some time to craft, so I made a card for the Cute Card Thursday challenge. This time you had to use a certain layout for your card. For this card I used this little ladybug from Stampendous. I coloured her with derwent pencils. I cut the ovals with my nestabilities. On a piece of white paper I printed the red dots. I cut the piece with my nestabilities and I cut the scalloped edges away. For the word thanx I used the quickutz phoebe alfabet. Finally I used a piece of black ribbon.

Nellie Nijlpaard

Voor deze kaart heb ik weer een afbeelding van Pink Petticoat gebruikt. Nellie is ingkleurd met derwent potloden. De rechthoek is uitgesneden met mijn nestabilities. Met de computer heb ik de oranje-witte stippen achtergrond gemaakt. Om de uiteinden heb ik twee witte lintjes gebonden.

Winnie the Pooh

Ik had dit kaartje al afgelopen weekend gemaakt, maar ik was er niet helemaal tevreden over. Vandaag heb ik toch maar besloten om hem op mijn blogje te zetten. Voor deze kaart heb ik een stempel van Winnie the Pooh gebruikt. Ik heb hem ingekleurd met Derwent potloden. De rechthoeken zijn uitgesneden met nestabilities. Ik heb met de computer het geel-wit gestreepte strookje gemaakt. Ook het tekstvakje is op de computer gemaakt.

I made this card last weekend, but I wasn't satisfied about it. Today I decided to post it on my blog anyway. For this card I used a stamp from Winnie the Pooh. I coloured it with Derwent pencils. I cut the rectangles wih my nestabilities. On the computer I made the yellow-white striped paper. I made the text also on the computer.
