As you like it challenge 306 - A clean or fussy card?

 

Hallo, morgen begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze week worden we gesponsord door Lili of the valley. Deze keer willen we graag weten of je liever clean and simple kaarten maakt of juist kaarten met heel veel versieringen erop. Ik hou meer van eenvoudige kaarten en gebruik niet heel vaak versieringen op mijn kaarten. Ik hou heel erg van de look van Clean and simple kaarten.

Voor deze challenge heb ik een een kaart gemaakt met de digitale stempel Easter Bently van The digistamp boutique (out of business). Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Zwarte glaze pen van Sakura en een Witte Uni Posca pen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Met een hoekpons heb ik de onderste hoeken van de afbeelding afgerond. Op een witte kaart heb ik met Soap powder inkt van Jenni Bowlin een achtergrond op de kaart geblend. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb een kaart van de stempelset Spring plushies (retired) van Clearly besotted naast de afbeelding gestempeld.

This time, we'd love to know whether you prefer making clean and simple cards, or cards with lots of embellishments. I personally prefer simple cards and don't often use many embellishments on my designs. I really love the look of clean and simple cards.

For this challenge, I've made a card using the digital stamp Easter Bently from The Digistamp Boutique (which is now out of business). I coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, a Black glaze pen from Sakura, and a White Uni Posca pen. I then cut out the image. Using a corner punch, I rounded the bottom corners of the image. On a white card base, I blended a background using Soap Powder ink by Jenni Bowlin. I then adhered the image to the card using foam tape. I stamped a sentiment from the (now retired) Spring Plushies stamp set by Clearly Besotted next to the image.

As you like it challenge 304 - Your favourite fun fold

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer worden we gesponsord door Rachelle Anne Miller. Deze keer willen we je favoriete fun fold kaart zien. Ik maak niet vaak fun fold kaarten wat eigenlijk best jammer is, want het is leuk om te maken en ze zien er ook leuk uit. Ik vond het dan ook erg leuk om deze kaart te maken, hoewel hij toch iets anders is geworden dan het origineel door wat foutjes die ik heb gemaakt. 

Ik heb weer eens een digitale stempel van The digistamp boutique gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding Easter bunny and flowers van The digistamp boutique (out of business) ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Zwarte glaze pen van Sakura en een Witte Uni Posca pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding ingekleurd. Ik heb met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 127 van Crealies een cirkel uit wit karton gestanst. Ik heb hier met een blending kwast Mowed lawn en Tumbled glass Distress inkt op de cirkel aangebracht en daarna heb ik de afbeelding met foamtape op de cirkel geplakt. Ik heb de kaart gemaakt van het vel designpapier Wassermelone (blumen punkte) papier van Dini design. Ik heb met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 93 van Crealies 2 randjes uit wit karton gestanst om deze achter het design papier te plakken. Nadat ik de kaart heb gevouwen heb ik een lintje rondom de kaart gebonden en daarna heb ik de cirkel met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset It's poppin van Mama elephant op de kaart gestempeld. Ik heb de kaart versierd met witte puffy stickers van de set Puffy stickers Hearts and Stars black and white van Mintopia.

I don't often make fun fold cards, which is actually a bit of a shame, because they are fun to create and they also look great. I really enjoyed making this card, even though it turned out a bit differently from the original due to some mistakes I made.

I’ve used a digital stamp from The Digistamp Boutique again. I coloured the Easter Bunny and Flowers image from The Digistamp Boutique (now out of business) with my Polychromos pencils, the Black glaze pen from Sakura, and a White Uni Posca pen, before colouring the image. I used the Crea-nest-lies XXL 127 from Crealies to die-cut a circle from white cardstock. I applied Mowed Lawn and Tumbled Glass Distress Inks to the circle with a blending brush, and then I adhered the image onto the circle with foam tape.

I made the card from the Wassermelone (blumen punkte) papier from Dini design. I die-cut two borders from white cardstock using the Crea-nest-lies XXL 93 from Crealies to place behind the design paper. After folding the card, I tied a ribbon around it, then adhered the circle with foam tape onto the card. I stamped a sentiment from the It's poppin from Mama elephant onto the card. I decorated the card with white puffy stickers from the Puffy stickers Hearts and Stars black and white from Mintopia.

24 days of Christmas tags - The digi stamp boutique - Bobbi and Xmas tree

Hallo, vandaag post ik weer een nieuwe tag die ik heb gemaakt voor mijn december project 24 days of Christmas tags. Deze keer heb ik een tag gemaakt met de digitale stempel Bobbi and Xmas tree van The digi stamp boutique (no longer in business). Helaas bestaat de The digi stamp boutique niet meer, maar gelukkig hoeft dat niet te betekenen dat ik de afbeeldingen niet meer kan gebruiken. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Black glaze pen van Sakura en een witte gelpen. 

Ik heb mijn tag gemaakt met de Christmas tag shaker die (SL-ES-CD251) van Studio light. Ik heb de tag van roze karton gemaakt. Ik heb de voorkant met het raam drie keer uit roze karton gestanst en deze lagen heb ik op elkaar geplakt, zodat je net een leuk randje krijgt. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset Typed christmas van Hello bluebird stamps onder de afbeelding gestempeld. Ik heb het kerstboompje versierd met roze hotfix steentjes en in de sneeuwvlokken op de afbeelding en op de muts van het vogeltje heb ik witte hotfix steentjes geplakt.

Hello, today I am posting a new tag for my december project 24 days of Christmas tags. This time I have made a tag with the digital stamp Bobbi and Xmas tree from The digi stamp boutique (no longer in business). Unfortunately The digi stamp boutique has closed its doors, but I am really happy that I still can use their images, I still love them very much! I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the Black glaze pen from Sakura and a white gelpen.

I have made my tag with the Christmas tag shaker die (SL-ES-CD251) from Studio light. I have cut the tag from pink cardstock. I have cut the pink window 3 times and glued them on top of each other to get a nice little border. I have stamped a sentiment from the clear stamp set Typed christmas from Hello bluebird stamps under the image. I have decorated the christmas tree with pink hotfix dots and for the snow and the hat of the little bird I have used little white hotfix gems.

An advent calendar for my mother - Day 7

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik weer een nieuw projectje dat ik heb gemaakt voor de advents kalender (klik op het linkje voor alle posts) voor mijn moeder. Ik heb een verpakking gemaakt voor 2 kleine cadeautjes, zodat ze alles samen mooi verpakt is.

Ik heb voor de versiering 3 digitale stempels van The digistamp boutique gebruikt, maar die bestaan helaas niet meer. Op de voorkant van mijn verpakking heb ik de afbeelding DSB Bailey reindeer and presents van The digistamp boutique (no longer in business) gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Met zwarte stickers heb ik de tekst dag 7 op het bordje geplaatst.

Ik heb uit rood karton 2 grote tags gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL Big labelzz & tagzz 14 van Crealies. Ik heb vouwlijnen gemaakt in de tags en voor de bodem een extra stukje rood karton toegevoegd, waardoor de tags aan elkaar vastzitten. Ik heb 2 doosjes gemaakt van rood karton gemaakt die de perfecte maat voor mijn cadeautje hebben. Ik heb de doosjes met hun achterkant aan de tags vastegeplakt. Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 33 van Crealies heb ik cirkels uit zwart en wit karton gestanst. Op de zwarte cirkels heb ik verfspatjes aangebracht met Dr. Ph Martin's Bleedproof white om het op sneeuw te laten lijken. De witte cirkels heb ik gestanst met de Torn paper edges van My favorite things om het zo op sneeuw te laten lijken. Nadat ik de cirkels op de voorkant van de verpakking en op de voorkant van de doosjes heb geplakt, heb ik de afbeeldingen op de cirkels geplakt. 

Goodmorning, today I am posting a new project that I have made for the advent calendar (click on the link for all posts) for my mother. I have made a package that holds 2 boxes with presents, so everything is together in a nice package.

For the decoration I have used 3 digital stamps from the Digistamp boutique, but unfortunately they no longer exist. On the front of my package I have used the image DSB Bailey reindeer and presents from The digistamp boutique (no longer in business). I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen and then I have fussy cut the image. I used black sticker letters to add the text on the little sign. 

I have cut 2 large tags from red cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL Big labelzz & tagzz 14 from Crealies. I have added a couple of score lines and some extra cardstock for a bottom. I have made 2 boxes that are the perfect size for my presents from red cardstock. I have glued the boxes with their backs on the tags. With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 33 from Crealies I have cut 3 circles from black cardstock and white cardstock. On the black circles I have made paint splatters with Dr. Ph Martin's Bleedproof white to make it look like snow. I have cut the white circles with the Torn paper edges from My favorite things and I glued those on the black circles and then I added the images on all the circles.

Ik heb met Tumbled glass distress inkt een achtergond voor mijn afbeelding gemaakt en daarna heb ik de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Naast de afbeelding heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Bulletjournal - Tekst diversen van Craft emotions gestempeld met zwarte inkt.

Ik heb deze keer een kaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Sleepy bee van The digistamp boutique (out of business). Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de vleugels en het hartje van de bloem gekleurd met de Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Op een stuk wit karton dat ik heb uitgestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 36 van Crealies heb ik een aantal vierkanten gestempeld met de Tampons bloc 01 van Katzelkraft met Butter bar shadow inkt van Hero arts. Op de vierkanten heb ik met een witte gelpen stipjes getekend en daarna heb ik de afbeelding met foamtape op de vierkanten geplakt. Ik heb het witte karton op zwart karton geplakt en daarna heb ik de rechthoeken op een rode kaart geplakt. Onder de afbeelding heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Hap bee van Paperie ink gestempeld.

I have coloured the wings from the bee and the flower heart with the Clear Spectrum noir sparkle glitter pen. Then I have fussy cut the image. On a sheet of white cardstock that I have die-cut with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 36 from Crealies I have stamped the squares from the stampset Tampons bloc 01 from Katzelkraft with Butter bar shadow ink from Hero arts. I have drawn dots on the squares with a white gelpen. I have glued the rectangle on black cardstock and then I glued them on a red card. Under the image I have stamped a sentiment from the set Hap bee from Paperie ink under the image.

Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb op wit karton een tekst van de stempelset Tekst & zo Stempels CLT2K 23 Kerst 23 van Crealies gestempeld met zwarte inkt. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik lijntjes langs de randen van het witte karton getekend. Ik heb het witte karton op rode kaart geplakt en daarna heb ik de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de kaart daarna nog versierd met zwarte hotfix steentjes.

I have stamped a sentiment from the set Tekst & zo Stempels CLT2K 23 Kerst 23 from Crealies with black ink on white cardstock. With a black fineliner I have drawn lines around the edges of the white cardstock and then I glued it on a red card. I have glued the image with foamtape on the card. Then I have decorated the card with black hotfix gems.

Carrot box with a bunny

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik een doosje dat ik heb gemaakt met de Silhouette cameo. Ik had een tijdje geleden deze leuke wortelsnoepjes gekocht bij de Action en daar heb ik dit doosje voor gemaakt. Ik heb hiervoor het bestand Carrot box van Amy Robinson 39101 gebruikt. Ik heb het doosje uit oranje en groen karton gesneden. Ik heb op mijn doosje een digitale stempel van de Digistamp boutique gebruikt. Helaas verkopen zij geen stempels meer :(, maar toen ik dit grappige konijntje zag in mijn collectie moest ik hem gewoon wel gebruiken voor op mijn doosje. Dit is Bunny van the digistamp boutique (retired). Ik heb konijntje ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op het doosje geplakt.

Goodmorning, today I am posting a box that I made with my Silhouette cameo. A while ago I bought these carrot candies at a Dutch store and I made this box for them. I used the file Carrot box from Amy Robinson 39101 for the box. I have cut the box from orange and green cardstock. On the box I used a digital stamp from The digistamp boutique. Unfortunately they do not sell their stamps any longer :(, but when I saw this funny bunny in my collection I had to use it on this box. This is 
Bunny from the digistamp boutique (retired). I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I have fussy cut the image and glued it on the box with foamtape.

Vandaag begint een nieuwe challenge op het blog As you like it challenge blog. Deze keer willen we graag een kaart in monochrome of juist regenboogkleuren zien. Ik ben gek op kleurtjes en daarom heb ik voor een regenboogkaart gekozen. Ik vind de kleurtjes gewoon heel mooi bij elkaar passen.

Ik heb deze keer een kaart gemaakt met een digitale stempel van een firma die helaas niet meer bestaat en dat vind ik erg jammer! Dit zijn de Large christmas pups van The digistamp boutique (closed). Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Met een witte gelpen heb ik stipjes op de wangen van de hondjes getekend. Ik heb de afbeelding vervolgens uitgeknipt. Ik heb onder de de afbeelding een tekst van de stempelset Cooler with you van My favorite things gestempeld. Ik heb de afbeelding vervolgens met foamtape op een blauwe kaart geplakt. In de lucht heb ik witte sterrenstickers geplakt.

Today a new challenge starts on the As you like it challenge blog. This time we want to see cards with monochrome or rainbow colours. I really love bright colours and the look of the rainbow colours, so I used those on my card. I love how the colours match with each other.

This time I made a card with a digital stamp from a company that is unfortunately closed down and I don't like that at all! These are the Large christmas pups from The digistamp boutique (closed). I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I added dots on the cheeks of the pups with a white gelpen. I then have fussy cut the image. Under the sentiment I stamped a sentiment from the set Cooler with you from My favorite things. I glued the image with foamtape on a dark blue card. Above the image I glued a couple of white star stickers.

Goedemorgen, vandaag begint de nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog. We willen deze keer graag weten of je liever knopen of lint op je kaart gebruikt en je moet vertellen waarom je daar voor kiest. Ik heb heel veel knopen, maar eigenlijk vergeet ik ze vaak te gebruiken. Lint heb ik ook wel veel veel en gebruik ik wel regelmatig. Het is een leuke manier om je kaart te versieren, zonder dat je hele grote dingen toevoegt. Een klein strikje maakt het dan ook nog helemaal af.

Ik heb vandaag een kaartje gemaakt met de afbeelding Hippo birthday van The digistamp boutique. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 42 van Crealies een vierkant uit wit karton gestanst. Ik heb hierop een achtergrond gemaakt voor de afbeelding met Tumbled glass, Broken China en Mowed lawn distress inkt. In de rechter bovenhoek heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Hey hey! Happy birthday van Love Cynthia gestempeld. Op een witte kaart heb ik een laag kraft papier geplakt. Hierop heb ik met een zwarte gelpen lijntjes gedoodled. Ik heb van een regenboogstreepjes papier van het Really rainbow paperpad van Lawn fawn een strip gesneden en deze heb ik over de kaart geplakt, nadat ik er een wit lintje omheen heb gebonden. Ik heb de afbeelding vervolgens met foamtape op de kaart geplakt.

Goodmorning, today a new challenge starts on the As you like it challenge blog. This time we want to know if you rather use ribbon or buttons on your card. I have many buttons, but I always forget to use them.I also have a lot of ribbon and I use that regularly. I think it is a nice decoration on your card and I really like that it doesn't add a lot of bulk to your card. A tiny bow is also the perfect touch to add to your card. 

Today I have made a card with the image Hippo birthday from The digistamp boutique. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen and then I have fussy cut the image. I have die-cut a square from white cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 42 from Crealies and made a background on it with Tumbled glass, Broken China and Mowed lawn distress ink. In the right upper corner I have stamped a sentiment from the set Hey hey! Happy birthday from Love Cynthia On a white card I adhered a layer of kraft paper. I doodled some lines on it with a black pen. Then I have cut a strip from rainbow striped design paper from the Really rainbow paperpad from Lawn fawn and I glued it on the card after I tied a white ribbon around it. Then I added the image with foamtape on the card.

Goodmorning, this is day 1 from the 30-day colouring challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin.

Vandaag post ik een kaartje gemaakt met een digitale stempel van de Funtime Dan set 2 van The digistamp boutique. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding vervolgens uitgestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 33 van Crealies. Ik heb met de Mini cloud edges stencil van My favorite things en Tumbled glass distress inkt een wolkenachtergrond gemaakt. Uit oranje karton heb ik met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 53 van Crealies een scallop circle gestanst en hier heb ik de afbeelding op geplakt. Uit oranje karton heb ik met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 34 van Crealies een vierkant gestanst en hierop heb ik een vierkant geplakt van blauw design papier van het Beachside petite paper pack van Lawn fawn (Retired). Ik heb een wit lintje om de kaart gebonden en daarna heb ik de cirkels met de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset Tiny type van Clearly besotted stamps op de cirkel gestempeld.

Today I am posting a card that I made with a digital stamp from the Funtime Dan set 2 from The digistamp boutique. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I have die-cut the image with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 33 from Crealies. I made a cloudy background on the circle with the Mini cloud edges stencil from My favorite things  and Tumbled glass distress ink. I have die-cut a scalloped circle from orange cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 53 from Crealies and I adhered the circle with the image on top of it. I have die-cut a large sqaure from orange cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 34 from Crealies and adhered a smaller sqaure from blue design paper from the Beachside petite paper pack from Lawn fawn (Retired) on top it. I tied a white ribbon around the front of my card and then I adhered the circles with the image on top of it. On the circle I stamped a sentiment from the set Tiny type from Clearly besotted stamps.

The 30-day colouring challenge - Day 1!!!

Goedemorgen, dit is dag 1 van de 30-day colouring challenge van Kathy Racoosin. Vandaag begint de 10e editie van de 30-day colouring challenge en ik ga weer proberen mee te doen. Meestal lukt het me niet om echt 30 dagen te kleuren, maar dat is geen probleem, je kunt gewoon meedoen aan de challenge. Ik heb er in ieder geval zin in!

Goodmorning, this is day 1 from the 30-day colouring challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin. This is the 10th edition of the 30-day colouring challenge. Most of the times, I don't succeed to colour every day, but that doesn't matter, you still can participate. I am looking forward to the challenge!

Voor de eerste dag van de 30-day colouring challenge heb ik een kaartje gemaakt met een lief bijtje van de Digistamp boutique. Ik heb deze afbeelding laatst gebruikt op een andere kaart en aangezien ik 2 bijtjes had geprint, heb ik met de tweede afbeelding ook een kaart gemaakt. Dit is Bizzie Lizzie van The digistamp boutique. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Zig clean colour real brush markers, de black glaze pen en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 53 van Crealies heb ik 2 geschulote cirkels uit wit karton gestanst en hier heb ik een kaart van gemaakt. Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 49 van Crealies heb ik uit blauw ruitjespapier en groen stipjespapier van de Spring folding sheets van Crelando 2 cirkels gestanst. De groene cirkel heb ik daarna ook nog gestanst met de Grassy hills die-namics van My favorite things en daarna heb ik ze beiden op de witte cirkels geplakt. Uit wit karton heb ik een aantal wolken gestanst met de Simple puffy clouds van Lawn fawn. De tekst van de stempelset Many mini messages van Clearly besotted is op een klein banner gestempeld die ik heb gestanst met de Flag it die collection van Clearly besotted. In het gras heb ik 3 kleine witte bloemetjes geplakt die ik heb gestanst met de Build a flower #3 embellishments van Cheery Lynn. In het midden van de bloemen heb ik een stipje gemaakt met de Crystal drops gloss English mustard van Nuvo. 

For this first day from the 30-day colouring challenge I made a card with a cute bee from the Digistamp boutique. I have used this image a while ago on a card and because I had printed 2 bees, I still had one image left for another card. This is Bizzie Lizzie from The digistamp boutique. I have coloured the image with my Zig clean colour real brush markers, a black glaze pen and a white gelpen and then I have fussy cut the image. With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 53 from Crealies I have die-cut 2 scalloped circles from white cardstock and made a card from these circles. With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 49 from Crealies I have die-cut 2 circles from blue gingham and green dotted paper from the Spring folding sheets from Crelando. I used the Grassy hills die-namics from My favorite things to die-cut the green dotted circle and then I adhered them both on the card. With the Simple puffy clouds from Lawn fawn I have die-cut a couple of clouds from white cardstock. The sentiment from the stampet Many mini messages from Clearly besotted is stamped on a little banner that I have die-cut with the Flag it die collection from Clearly besotted. In the grass I added 3 little white flowers that I have die-cut with the Build a flower #3 embellishments from Cheery Lynn. In the middle of the flowers I added a little dot from the Crystal drops gloss English mustard from Nuvo.
