As you like it challenge 299 - Your favourite paper brand

Hallo, eindelijk post ik weer eens een nieuwe kaart op mijn blog. Afgelopen donderdag is er een nieuwe challenge begonnen op het As you like it challenge blog en het is me helaas niet gelukt om mijn kaart op tijd op de foto te zetten, maar dat is vandaag gelukkig gelukt. We willen deze keer graag weten wat je favoriete papiermerk is. Ik hou van vrij eenvoudig papier in vrolijke kleuren en dan graag met hele eenvoudige patroontjes erop, zoals streepjes, ruitjes of stippen. 

Ik heb de digitale stempel In bloom van The Cat's pajamas (no longer in business) geprint en daarna heb ik de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Zwarte glaze pen van Sakura en een Witte Uni Posca pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Uit wit karton heb ik een cirkel gestanst met de Circular die set van Daisy Mae design. Ik heb het papier in de die laten zitten en daarna heb ik met een blending brush Tumbled glass Distress inkt op de cirkel aangebracht. Op een kaart van wit karton heb ik roze stipjespapier van het Dots & stripes pastels paper van Sunny studio stamps geplakt. Ik heb de cirkel met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Met de Perky posies dies van Lil inker designs (no longer in business) heb ik een aantal bloemetjes uit wit karton gestanst en deze heb ik met foamtape op mijn kaart geplakt. Met de Leaf cluster die Die 066-c van Impression obsession heb ik een aantal takjes uit wit karton gestanst en nadat ik deze heb gekleurd met Mowed lawn Distress inkt heb ik ze op mijn kaart geplakt. Ik heb de bloemetjes versierd met zwarte hotfix steentjes. Ik heb op de cirkel naast de afbeelding een tekst van de set Handletter - Huwelijk van Craft emotions (no longer in business) gestempeld. 

Hello, finally I'm posting a new card on my blog. Last Thursday, a new challenge started on the As you like it challenge blog, and unfortunately, I wasn't able to take a photo of my card on time, but I managed to do it today. This time, we'd love to know what your favorite paper brand is. I love simple paper in cheerful colors with very simple patterns on it, such as stripes, checks, or polka dots.

I printed the digital stamp In Bloom from The Cat's Pajamas (no longer in business), and then I colored the image with my Polychromos pencils, Black glaze pen from Sakura, and a White Uni Posca pen, and then I cut out the image. I used white cardstock to die-cut a circle with the Circular Die set from Daisy Mae Designs. I kept the paper in the die and applied Tumbled Glass Distress Ink on the circle using a blending brush. I adhered pink polka dot paper from the Dots & stripes pastels pape r from Sunny studio stamps to a white cardstock base. I attached the circle to the card using foam tape.

Using the Perky Posies dies from Lil' Inker Designs (no longer in business), I die-cut several flowers from white cardstock and attached them to the card with foam tape. I also die-cut several branches using the Leaf Cluster Die 066-c from Impression Obsession and colored them with Mowed Lawn Distress Ink before gluing them to the card. I embellished the flowers with black hotfix rhinestones. On the circle next to the image, I stamped a sentiment from the Handletter - Huwelijk set by Craft Emotions (no longer in business).

Advent calendar for my mother - Day 10

Hallo, vandaag op dag 10 van de advents kalender (klik op het linkje voor alle posts) voor mijn moeder heb ik een klein mapje gemaakt van wit karton. Ik heb het mapje versierd met de digitale stempel Hohoholidays van The cat's pajamas. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Black glaze pen van Sakura en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. 

Ik heb mijn mapje van wit karton gemaakt. Ik heb rondom een lintje geplakt om het mapje te kunnen sluiten met een strikje aan de zijkant. Ik heb daarna rood stipjespapier van het  Sweet dreams paperpad van Craft sensations op de voor- en achterkant van mijn mapje geplakt, nadat ik de hoeken heb afgerond met een pons. Uit wit karton heb ik met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 49 van Crealies een cirkel gestanst en daarna heb ik met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 53 van Crealies een geschulpte cirkel gestanst en nadat ik deze op elkaar heb geplakt, heb ik de cirkels op het mapje geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de cirkels geplakt. Met de Snijmallen "Alfabet retro" van Carlijn design heb ik de tekst en het getal 10 uit wit karton gestanst en deze heb ik daarna op het mapje geplakt. 

Hello, today on day 10 from the advent calendar (click on the link for all posts) for my mother I have made a folder for the present from white cardstock. I have decorated the folder with the digital stamp Hohoholidays from The cat's pajamas. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the Black glaze pen from Sakura and a white gelpen and then I have fussy cut the image.

I have made my folder from white cardstock. I glued a ribbon around it, so I can close the folder with a bow. Then I glued red dotted paper from the Sweet dreams paperpad from Craft sensations on the front and back of the folder after I first rounded the corners with a punch. I have cut a circle with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 49 from Crealies from white cardstock and then I used the Crea-nest-lies XXL 53 from Crealies to cut a scalloped circle from white cardstock. I have glued the circles on top of each other and then I glued them on the front of the folder. I used foamtape to add the image on the folder. With the Snijmallen "Alfabet retro" from Carlijn design I have cut the sentiment and the number 10 from white cardstock and glued those on the folder.

Advent calendar for my mother - Day 8

Hallo, het is tijd voor cadeautje nummer 8 van de advents kalender (klik op het linkje voor alle posts) voor mijn moeder. Deze keer heb ik mijn cadeautje verpakt in een doosje dat ik van wit karton heb gemaakt. Ik heb het doosje versierd met de digitale stempel Raising cane van The cat's pajamas. The cat's pajamas sluiten aan het einde van deze maand hun deuren en nu hebben ze nog een afscheidsuitverkoop, waarbij je 30% korting krijgt op je bestelling, dus vind je de afbeeldingen leuk: Je kunt nog een paar weken shoppen! 

Ik heb mijn afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Black glaze pen van Sakura en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Met de Circle tags van The stamp market heb ik een tag uit wit karton gestanst en daar heb ik met een zwarte fineliner lijntjes op getekend. Ik heb mijn doosje versierd met rood designpapier van het Friendz designer pad - Let's connect van Studio light - Creative craft lab en daarna heb ik de tag met foamtape op het doosje geplakt. Met de Retro number trio (retired) van Elizabeth craft designs heb ik het getal 8 uit wit karton gestanst en op het doosje geplakt. 

Hello, it is time for present 8 from the advent calendar (click on the link for all posts) for my mother. This time I wrapped my present in a self made box from white cardstock. I have decorated the box with the digital stamp Raising cane from The cat's pajamas. The cat's pajamas are closing their doors at the end of this year and they are having a big closing sale. You get a 30% discount on your order, so if you like their images: You still have a couple of weeks to buy some images!

I have closed the image with my Polychromos pencils, the Black glaze pen from Sakura and a white gelpen and then I have fussy cut the image. With the Circle tags from The stamp market I have cut a tag from white cardstock and with a black fineliner I added a line on the circle tag. I have decorated the box with red patterned paper from the Friendz designer pad - Let's connect from Studio light - Creative craft lab and then I glued the tag with foamtape on the box. With the Retro number trio (retired) from Elizabeth craft designs I have cut the number 8 from white cardstock and glued it on the box.

The cat's pajama's - Trick or treat

Hallo, ik heb weer een nieuwe halloween kaart gemaakt met de digitale stempelset Hoot, hoot halloween van The cat's pajamas. Ik heb verschillende afbeeldingen geprint en daarna heb ik deze allemaal ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Black glaze pen van Sakura en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik ze uitgeknipt. Met de Slimline banners (CR1538) van Marianne design heb ik een rechthoek uit wit karton gestanst. Hierop heb ik met Mustard seed, Spiced marmalade, Barn door, Seedless preserves, Villainous potion, Chipped sapphire en Black soot Distress inkt en mijn blending kwasten een mooie spookachtige achtergrond lucht gemaakt. Ik heb daarna de huisjes en de bomen op de lucht geplakt. Met een witte gelpen heb ik sterretjes in de lucht getekend. Met de Slimline Grass horizon clouds (CR1583) van Marianne design heb ik een grasrand uit wit karton gestanst en die heb ik gekleurd met Villainous potion Distress inkt en vervolgens heb ik deze op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de 2 meisjes en het jongetje met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb het rechthoek daarna op een witte slimline kaart geplakt. Op wit karton heb ik een tekst van de set Trick or treat van Waffle flower gestempeld. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik een lijntje rondom de woorden getekend en daarna heb ik ze uitgeknipt en met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. 

Hello, I have made a new halloween card with the digital stamp set Hoot, hoot halloween from The cat's pajamas. I have printed a couple of the images and then I coloured them with my Polychromos pencils, the Black glaze pen from Sakura and a white gelpen and then I have fussy cut all the images. With the Slimline banners (CR1538) from Marianne design I have cut a large rectangle from white cardstock. On the rectangle I have made a spooky sky with Mustard seed, Spiced marmalade, Barn door, Seedless preserves, Villainous potion, Chipped sapphire and Black soot Distress ink and my blending brushes. I have glued the house and trees on the sky background. With a white gelpen I have drawn stars on the spooky background. With the Slimline Grass horizon clouds (CR1583) from Marianne design I have cut a grass border from white cardstock. I have coloured the grass with Villainous potion Distress ink and then I glued it on the rectangle. I have glued the 2 girls and the little boy with foamtape on the card and then I glued the rectangle with foamtape on a white slimline card. On white cardstock I have stamped a sentiment from the set Trick or treat from Waffle flower. I have drawn a frame around all the words with a black fineliner and then I have fussy cut the words. I glued the words with foamtape on the card.

The cat's pajamas - Let's hang out

Hallo, ik heb een verjaardagskaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Oh chute van The cat's pajamas. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Black glaze pen van Sakura en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Met de Snijmallen "Vierkant venster postage" van Carlijn design heb ik een groot vierkant uit wit karton gestanst. Ik heb de randen afgeplakt met maskertape en daarna heb ik met het Mini cloud edges stencil (retired) van My favorite things en Peacock feathers Distress inkt een wolkenachtergrond gemaakt. Onderaan het vierkant heb ik gras gemaakt met het Freshly cut stencil van Clearly besotted en Twisted citron, Mowed lawn en Rustic wilderness Distress inkt. Ik heb het stencil steeds verlegd zodat alle kleurtjes gras te zien zijn. Met een witte gelpen heb ik nog wat extra lijntjes in het gras getekend. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Op de kaart heb ik 2 teksten van de stempelset Hang out and celebrate (retired) van My favorite things.

Hello, I have made a birthday card with the digital stamp Oh chute from The cat's pajamas. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the Black glaze pen from Sakura and a white gelpen. Then I have fussy cut the image. With the Snijmallen "Vierkant venster postage" from Carlijn design I have cut a large square from white cardstock. With the Mini cloud edges stencil (retired) from My favorite things and Peacock feathers Distress ink I have made a cloudy background on the square. On the bottom of the square I have made a grass border with the Freshly cut stencil from Clearly besotted and Twisted citron, Mowed lawn and Rustic wilderness Distress ink. I changed the position of the stencil a couple of times to make all the colours visible. With a white gelpen I have drawn some extra details on the grass. On the card I have stamped 2 sentiments from the stamp set Hang out and celebrate (retired) from My favorite things.

Hallo, de afgelopen jaren heb ik veel (digitale) stempels gekocht en er zijn er veel die ik nog nooit heb gebruikt. De hoogste tijd om dat wel te gaan doen! Daarom plaats ik vandaag een kaartje met "oude" digitale stempel, namelijk Kick some grass from The cats pajama's. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Black glaze pen van Sakura en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. 

Op een witte kaart heb ik met het Mini cloud edges stencil (retired) van My favorite things met Peacock feathers Distress inkt een wolkenachtergrond gemaakt op de bovenste helft van de kaart. Daarna heb ik met de Stamp star cloud van Cats on appletrees op de achtergrond gestempeld met Peacock feathers Distress inkt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb onder de afbeelding een tekst van de stempelset Gift card greetings van My favorite things gestempeld. 

Hello, during the past years I have bought many (digital) stamps and many of those I have never used. So it is time to change that! So today I am posting with an "old" digital stamp: Kick some grass from The cats pajama's. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the Black glaze pen from Sakura and a white gelpen and then I have fussy cut the image. 

On a white card I have made a background with the Mini cloud edges stencil (retired) from My favorite things and Peacock feathers Distress ink. Then I have stamped with the Stamp star cloud from Cats on appletrees with Peacock feathers Distress ink on top of the clouds. I have glued the image with foamtape on the card. Under the image I have stamped a sentiment from the stamp set Gift card greetings from My favorite things.

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik een klein verjaardagskaartje op mijn blog. Ik heb de afbeelding Soar (digistamp) van The Cat's Pajamas ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt.

Op een klein wit kaartje heb ik het design papier Winter joys (retired) van Studio light geplakt nadat ik dit eerst op rood karton heb geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset Space explorer (retired) van My favorite things op rood karton gestempeld en daarna heb ik deze in een bannervorm gesneden met een stans van de set Snijmallen "Verticale banners stitching" (CDSN-0090) van Carlijn Design. Ik heb de banner met foamtape op mijn kaartje geplakt en daarna heb ik de afbeelding met foamtape op mijn kaartje geplakt.

On a little white card I have glued the patterned paper Winter joys (retired) from Studio light after I glued it on a layer of red cardstock. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Space explorer (retired) from My favorite things on red cardstock and then I have die cut it with the Snijmallen "Verticale banners stitching" (CDSN-0090) from Carlijn Design. I have glued the sentiment banner with foamtape on my card and then I glued the image with foamtape on the card.
