Gerda Steiner designs - Swinging by....

Goedemorgen, vandaag show ik mijn kaartje dat ik heb gemaakt voor de maandelijkse challenge van Gerda Steiner designs. Deze maand is het de bedoeling om een kaartje te maken met de afbeelding Hang in there monkey van Gerda Steiner designs. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik deze uitgeknipt.
Op een witte kaart heb ik oranje stipjes papier geplakt. Op een strip wit karton heb ik een achtergrond gemaakt met Soap powder inkt van Jenni Bowlin en daarna heb ik stiklijntjes getekend met een zwarte fineliner. Ik heb de strip wit papier daarna op zwart karton geplakt en deze heb ik daarna op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. De tekst heb ik gemaakt met 2 oude Studio G alphabet sets serie 1. Het was even passen om het eerste woord erop te krijgen. ;)

Goodmorning, today I am showing you a card that I made for the monthly challenge from Gerda Steiner designs. This month you have to make a card with the image Hang in there monkey from Gerda Steiner designs. I coloured the image with my pencils and the black glaze pen and then I fussy cut it. 
On a white card I adhered orange dotted paper.I made a background with Soap powder ink from Jenni Bowlin on a white strip of cardstock and then I added faux stitching with a black pen. Then I adhered the strip of white paper on black cardstock. I adhered the image with foamtape on the card. The sentiment was made with 2 old Studio G alphabet sets serie 1. The first word almost didn't fit. ;)

Gerda steiner - Mouse on broom

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik mijn kaartje voor de maandelijkse challenge op het Gerda Steiner challenge blog. Voor deze maand moet je een kaartje maken met de afbeelding Mouse on broom van Gerda Steiner designs. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Op een stukje wit papier heb ik daarna de ruitjesachtergrond gemaakt met de Off beat backgrounds van Waltzing mouse stamps. Deze achtergrond heb ik op oranje papier geplakt dat ik eerst heb bewerkt. Ik vond de kleur van het papier iets te licht en daarom heb ik het donkerder gemaakt door er Versamark dazzle frost ink op aan te brengen en het daarna te embossing met clear embossingpoeder. Het papier wordt hier iets donkerder door en het kreeg meteen een leuk glittertje door de inkt. :) Uit zwarte en oranje papier heb ik 2 cirkels gestanst met mijn nestabilities. Op de zwarte cirkel heb ik stipjes getekend met een witte gelpen. Op een banner die ik heb geponst met de Banner punch van Stampin up heb ik de tekst gestempeld met het Alphabet serie 1 setje van Studio G en ook deze heb ik daarna bewerkt met de versamark inkt en clear embossingpoeder.

Goodmorning, today I am posting a card for the monthly challenge on the Gerda Steiner challenge blog. This month you have to make a card with the image Mouse on broom from Gerda Steiner designs. I have colored the image with my pencils and the black glaze pen and then I cut the image out. I have made the gingham background on white paper with the Off beat backgrounds from Waltzing mouse stamps. I adhered this background on orange paper. I made the orange paper a bit darker by applying Versamark dazzle frost ink on it and then I embossed it with clear embossingpowder. That way the paper became a bit darker and it also got a nice sparkle. :) I have cut 2 circles out of black and orange paper with my nestabilities. I have drawn some white dots on the black circle. On a banner that I punched with the Banner punch van Stampin up I stamped the sentiment with the Alphabet serie 1 set from Studio G and then I again added the versamark ink and clear embossingpowder.

Tiddly Thursday Throwback with Vamboto

Goedemorgen, deze week was het aan mijn beurt om een kaartje te maken voor een nieuwe rubriek van Tiddly Inks. Op donderdag hebben we namelijk de Tiddly Thursday Throwback. Een lid van het Tiddly Inks  design team maakt dan een kaartje met een wat oudere afbeelding uit de Tiddly Inks shop. Ik heb ervoor gekozen om te werken met de afbeelding Vamboto van de Robot Holidays set van Tiddly Inks. Ik heb de robot ingekleurd met mijn potloden. De ogen van de robot zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met de cirkel nestabilities. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik een stiklijntje langs de rand van de cirkel getekend. Op een rode kaart heb ik wit karton geplakt waarop ik heb gestempeld met een stempel van de Off beat backgrounds stempelset van Waltzingmouse stamps. Ik heb een aantal van de ruitjes gekleurd met een zwart en rood potlood. Rondom het witte karton heb ik een zwart lintje gebonden. Uit het rode papier heb ik daarna nog 3 kleinere cirkels gesneden. Ik heb op alle cirkels stiklijntjes getekend. Op de bovenste en onderste cirkel heb ik een vleermuisje uit de Robot holidays set geplakt. De tekst is gestempeld met een alfabet stempelsetje van Studio G. 

Goodmorning, this week it was my turn to make something for a new feature on the Tiddly Inks blog. Every thursday we have the Tiddly Thursday Throwback. One member of the design team makes a card with an older image from the Tiddly Inks shop. I have chosen to make a card with the image Vamboto from the Robot holidays set from Tiddly Inks. I have coloured the robot with my pencils. The eyes of the robot are coloured with a black glaze pen. I have cut the image out with the circle nestabilities. I have cut the image out with the circle nestabilities. I added faux stitching with a black pen. On a red card I adhered a pece of white cardstock. I have stamped a background on it with a stamp from the Off beat backgrounds from Waltzingmouse stamps. I coloured a couple of squares with a red or black pencil. I cut 3 smaller circles from red paper. The bats are from the Robot holidays set. I stamped the sentiment with an alphabet stamp set from Studio G. 

Bij mijn kaartje heb ik ook meteen een kleine halloween traktatie gemaakt. Mijn moeder had een leesbril gekocht een tijdje geleden en die zat in dit buisje. Ik heb hem natuurlijk meteen ingepikt om hem te gebruiken tijdens het knutselen. ;p. Ik heb met de ricrac die een randje gestanst uit rood papier en dat heb ik op de deksel geplakt. Bovenop heb ik weer een cirkel met de tekst erop geplakt. Aan het buisje heb ik nog een klein vleermuis-robotje gehangen. Ik heb hiervoor Krimpie dinkie gebruikt. Ik heb eerst geprobeerd of ik de afbeelding rechtstreeks op de Krimpie dinkie geprint, maar dat droogde niet goed. Dus daarna heb ik de afbeelding maar overgetrokken met een watervaste stift en daarna heb ik hem ingekleurd met mijn potloden. 

I have made a matching treat together with the card. My mother had bought some glasses a while ago and they were in this tube. I had to have it to use it for my crafting. ;p I made a border with a ricrac border die and I glued it on the lid of the tube. I also added a circle with the sentiment on it. I made a mini vamboto to hang on the tube. I have made the vamboto from Krimpie dinkie. I started with printing the image on the Krimpie dinkie, but my ink didn't dy, so in the end I ended up with a tracing the image with a marker and then I coloured the image. with my pencils.

Ik heb het buisje gevuld met halloween snoepjes van de Xenos. Het zijn kleine schedels en vleermuisjes. Ik heb voor dit project de pompoentjes even niet gebruikt, die ook in het zakje snoep zaten.

Simpel verjaardagskaartje

Hallo! Afgelopen week ben ik naar de Knotsgekke kaartendagen in Den Bosch geweest en daar kwam ik deze leuke stempels van kaarsen tegen. De stempels zijn van Studio G. Ik heb ze gestempeld met mijn nieuwe kleuren inkt die ik ook op de beurs heb gekocht. Ik heb de kaarsen op wit papier gestempeld en daarna heb ik ze uitgeknipt. Uit hetzelfde witte papier heb ik een vierkante kaart gesneden waarop ik de tekst heb geprint. De kaarsen heb ik daarna met foamtape op de kaart geplakt en klaar is de kaart! :)

Hello! Last week I have visited a craft show in the Netherlands and there I found these cute candle stamps. The stamps are from Studio G. I have stamped them on white paper with my new colours ink that I also bought at the craft show. I have cut all the candles out. I made a square card from the same white paper and printed the sentiment (happy birthday) on it. I have used foamtape to adhere the candles on the card.

Anyone for Anya - Last christmas

Hallo allemaal. Wat een weer vandaag! Het heeft hier vandaag heel erg veel gesneeuwd en ik heb, terwijl ik lekker warm binnen zat, aan nog een paar kerstkaartjes gewerkt. Deze kaart is meteen voor de Anyone for Anya challenge waar ze vragen om een laatste kerstkaart voor dit jaar. Ik kan niet beloven dat dit de laatste voor dit jaar is, maar dat zal niet erg zijn. ;) Op mijn kaartje heb ik de stempel van Elf Anya gebruikt. Anya is ingekleurd met derwent potloden en op haar kleren heb ik ook nog eens gekleurd met een clear spica glitter pen. Na het kleuren heb ik Anya uitgeknipt. Ik heb mijn nestabilities gebruikt om de cirkels te maken. De strip wit papier is geëmbost met de swiss dots embossing folder van cuttlebug. De zwarte randjes langs deze strip zijn geknipt met een schaar. De tekst komt uit een kerst stempel setje van Studio G. Ik heb nog twee sneeuwsterretjes uitgeponst om de kaart verder te versieren.

Hi everyone. Wow what a weather over here today! It has snowed a lot today and I have, while I was sitting warm and cosy inside, made a couple of christmas cards. This card is for the anyone for Anya challenge where they ask for the last christmas card of this year. I can't promise that this will be my last christmas card, so I hope you don't mind. ;) On my card I used the image of Elf Anya. Anya was coloured with derwent pencils. I have coloured her clothes with a clear spica glitter pen. I cut Anya out after I coloured her. I used my nestabilities for the circles. I have embossed the white strip of paper with the swiss dots embossing folder from cuttlebug . I used scissors to make the scalloped edge. The snetiment is from a stamp set from Studio G. I punches two snowflakes to decorate the card.

Kaarsen

Vandaag heb ik gewerkt aan een paar kleine kerstcadeautjes. Ik had een paar kaarsen gekocht om cadeau te geven en daar moest natuurlijk een leuke verpakking bij. Het zeshoekige doosje heb ik zelf ontworpen. Ik heb ze gemaakt van glossy karton waarop ik de stippenachtergronden heb geprint. Om het dekseltje heb ik een wit lintje en een klein strikje gedaan. Het tagje is een stempeltje van Studio G. Ik heb de tags ingekleurd met derwent potloden en zoals altijd heb ik de oogjes gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. De tag is met een brad vastgemaakt aan het doosje. Het doosje is verder versierd met wat sneeuwsterretjes die ik heb uitgeponst.

Today I made a few little christmas presents. I bought some candles to give as a present and offcourse I wanted to give them in a nice box. I designed the box myself. I have used glossy cardstock to make the boxes. I first printed the dotted backgrounds on the paper. I made a little bow and added some white ribbon to the lid. The tag is a stamp from Studio G. I have coloured the tags with derwent pencils and as always I have coloured the eyes with a black glaze pen. I used a brad to attach the tag to the box. I decorated the box with some punched snowflakes.

Mojo monday 115

Vandaag had ik eindelijk weer eens tijd om een kaartje te maken voor een challenge. Ik heb op het moment zoveel te doen, dat ik daar nauwelijks aan toekom, terwijl ik het wel erg leuk vind om er aan mee te doen. Vandaag heb ik meegedaan aan de mojo monday challenge die deze geweldige sketch hebben. Ik kwam er ook nog achter dat mijn kaartje ook kan meedoen aan de cupcake craft challenge want daar willen ze deze week rood en groen op je kaartje zien. Niet moeilijk zo vlak voor de kerst. :) Op mijn kaartje heb ik één van de nieuwe kerstmagnolia's gebruikt. Ik ben er echt verliefd op, zo leuk zijn ze allemaal! Tilda is ingekleurd met derwent en caran d'ache potloden. Haar oogjes heb ik gekleurd met mijn zwarte glaze pen en haar jurkje heb ik gekleurd met mijn clear spica glitter pen. De cirkels zijn uitgesneden met nestabilities en op de witte cirkel heb ik met een zwarte fineliner een stiklijntje getekend. De tekst komt uit een kerststempelsetje van Studio G. Ik heb de hoekjes van het tekststripje afgerond met een hoekpons. De sneeuwsterretjes komen uit een stempelsetje van Nellie Snellen.

Today I had finally some time to enter a card in a challenge. I have so much to do at the moment that I can hardly play in any challenges. :( Today I made this card for the Mojo monday challenge, where they want you to make a card with this fabulous sketch. I can also enter my card in the Cupcake Craft challenge where they want you to use red and green on a card. Not very hard! On my card I used one of my new christmas magnolia's. I love these cuties, they are all so sweet! I used my derwent and caran d'ache pencils to colour Tilda. Her eyes were coloured with a black glaze pen and I coloured her dress with my clear spica glitter pen. The circles were cut with my nesties and on the white circle I did some faux stitching with a black fineliner. The sentiment is a stamp from Studio G. I rounded the corners with a punch. The little snowstars are from a stampset from Nellie Snellen.

Mijn kaartjes uit HJ 58

Ook deze maand sta ik weer met een paar kaartjes in de hobbyjournaal. Op dit verjaardagskaartje heb ik deze geweldige digi stempel van Sandra Dry gebruikt. Deze zangeres uit de Rock chix serie is echt perfect voor een verjaardagskaartje voor een tiener! Ik heb mijn afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn potloden. De gesp van haar riem heb ik zwart gekleurd met mijn glaze pen. De afbeelding heb ik daarna uitgesneden met mijn cirkel nestabilities. Omdat het nogal wit was rondom de afbeelding heb ik met een potlood een paar swirls getekend en deze daarna overgetrokken met een zwarte fineliner. Vervolgens ben ik ook nog met de clear spica glitter pen over de swirls gegaan. Op het roze papier heb ik de letters van happy birthday gestempeld met een alfabet stempelsetje van Studio G. Alle letters heb ik daarna met een sterretjes uitgeponst. Ik heb een klein stripje zwart glitter papier gesneden en daarop heb ik het woord birthday bevestigd.

This month 3 of my cards are published in a dutch magazine. I have used this fabulous digital stamp from Sandra Dry Designs on a birthday card. This singer is from the Rock chix collection and she is perfect for a card for a teenager! I have coloured my image with my pencils. The buckle on her belt was coloured with the black glaze pen. I used my circle nesties to cut the image out. Because there was still a lot of white space, I have drawn some swirls with a pencil and I wnet over them with a black fineliner. Then I went over the swirls with my clear spica glitter pen. I have stamped the word happy birthday with an alphabet stamp set from Studio G on the pink paper. Then I used a star punch to punch them out. Under the word birthday I have added a strip of black glitter paper.

Het tweede kaartje is een kerstkaartje. Op een witte kaart heb ik de tekst en het kader geprint. Ook heb ik een stuk groen-wit stippen papier geprint en daarop heb ik de hulstblaadjes van Kars gestempeld. De besjes heb ik daarna nog een keer op rood papicolor papier geprint. Daarna heb ik de hulstblaadjes en de besjes uitgeknipt en op de kaart geplakt. De besjes heb ik daarna ook nog gekleurd met een clear spica glitter pen. Van rood-wit organza lint heb ik een strikje gemaakt en dat ook op de kaart geplakt. In de hoekjes van het kader heb ik rode hotfix steentjes geplaatst.

The second card is a christmas card. I have printed the sentiment (happy holidays) and a frame on a white card. I also printed some green-white dotted paper and stamped on top of it with a holly stamp from Kars. I have stamped the berries on red papicolor paper. Then i have cut all the images out. The berries were coloured with the clear spica glitter pen. I made a little bow from red-white organza ribbon and used a gluedot to attach it on my card. In the corners of the frame I used some red hotfix stones.

Het laatste kaartje is ook een kerstkaartje geworden. De kerstboomstempel is van Create and craft. Ik heb de boom ingekleurd met derwent potloden en natuurlijk heb ik ook weer mijn clear spica glitter pen gebruikt. Op de slingers en onder de boom heb ik nog een paar kristallen hotfix steentjes geplakt. De tekst is ook gestempeld met een stempelsetje van Doe Maar creatief. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met mijn nestabilities. Onder de kerstboom zit een vierkant van rood-wit streepjes papier dat ik ook zelf geprint heb. Ik heb in de hoekjes 4 rode eyelets geplaatst en hier doorheen heb ik een zwart touwtje gedaan zodat er een kader ontstaat,

The last card is also a christmas card. The christmas tree stamp is from Create and craft. I have coloured the tree with my derwent pencils and my clear spica glitter pen. I also used some chrystal hotfix stones to decorate the tree. The sentiment (happy christmas) is from a sentiment stamp set from Doe Maar Creatief. I have cut the image out with my circle nesties. Under the christmas tree I used a square from red-white paper that I printed myself. In the corners I have added 4 red eyelets and I used a black cord to make a frame.

Wee and christmas tree

Dit kaartje heb ik gemaakt met een nieuwe stempel van Whiff of Joy. Ik was meteen verliefd op de nieuwe gnoompjes van Norma Fickel toen ik ze zag bij Whiff of joy. Ik ben als eerste aan het kleuren gegaan met Wee en haar kerstboompje. Wee is ingekleurd met derwent potloden. Haar oogjes zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. De boom heb ik versierd met hotfix steentjes. Na het kleuren heb ik Wee uitgeknipt. Uit wit en purper papier heb ik twee cirkels gesneden met de nestabilities. De witte cirkel is geëmboste met de snowflakes embossingfolder van cuttlebug. Het stipjes- en streepjes papier is van Nel van Veen. De tag is gemaakt met een stans van Spellbinders. Ik heb de tekst erop gestempeld en ik ben met lichtgroene inkt langs de randjes van de tag gegaan. De tag is vastgemaakt aan de kaart met een satijn lintje.

This card was made with a new stamp from Whiff of joy. I am in love with the new little gnomes from Norma Fickel from Whiff of Joy. The first one I have coloured is little Wee and her christmastree. Wee was coloured with derwent pencils. I coloured her eyes with a black glaze pen. The tree was decorated with hotfix stones. After I was done, I cut Wee out. I cut two circles with the nestabilities and embossed the white one with the snowflakes embossingfolder from cuttlebug. The dotted and striped paper is from Nel van Veen. The tag was made with the ribbon tags trio from Spellbinders. I stamped the sentiment on top of it and used a green inkpad on the edges of the tag. The tag was attached with a satin ribbon.

Magnolia kerstkaartje

Vandaag heb ik dit kerstkaartje gemaakt voor de Papertake weekly challenge. Deze week is het de bedoeling dat je stippen en strepen op je kaartje gebruikt. Nou dat is dus geen enkel probleem. :) Ik heb op mijn kaartje een stempel van Magnolia gebruikt: Tilda with candycane. Zoals altijd heb ik gekleurd met derwent potloden. De oogjes zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Met een witte gelpen heb ik de stipjes op de wangen gezet. De vleugeltjes van Tilda zijn gekleurd met een clear spica glitter pen. De afbeelding is uitgesneden met de ovalen nestabilities. Op een witte kaart heb ik de rode achtergrond geprint. Op een strip wit papier heb ik de stippen geprint. Eronder zit een zwarte laag papier waarvan ik de randjes heb geknipt met een scallop schaar. De tekst komt uit een stempelsetje van Studio G. Met een ponsje heb ik de vier gaten in de stippenstrip gemaakt en daar heb ik het zwarte lint doorheen gedaan. Als laatste heb ik nog wat hotfix steentjes gebruikt.

No problem for me! :) I used the Magnolia stamp: Tilda with candy cane on my card. As always I have coloured with my derwent pencils. The eyes are coloured with a black glaze pen. I used a white gelpen for the dots on the cheeks. The wings were coloured with a clear spica glitter pen. The image was cut out with the oval nestabilities. I have printed the red background on a white card and on a strip of white paper I printed the red dots. I added another layer of black paper that was cut with scalloped scissors. The sentiment is a stamp from Studio G. I made 4 holes in the strip with a punch and added the ribbon bows. Then I used a couple of hotfix stones.

Binnenin heb ik nog een strip van het rode streepjes papier geplakt. Ik heb voor de binnenkant een Mini magnolia gebruikt van dezelfde afbeelding die op de voorkant staat. Ik heb Tilda ook hier gekleurd met derwent potloden. Toen de kaart helemaal klaar was, was ik zo slim om hem bovenop mijn geopende stempelkussen te leggen. Zo balen! Gelukkig zie je er niets van op de voorkant. Excuses voor de slechte foto's. Het weer was heel slecht vandaag en ik hoop later deze week nog een nieuwe foto te kunnen maken.

On the inside of my card I have added a strip of the red striped paper. I used a mini Magnolia. It is the same image that I used on the front of my card. I have coloured Tilda again with derwent pencils. When I had finished my card, I was so clever to put it on top of my opend inkpad. So stupid! I am so happy you can't see it on the front of the card. Sorry for the really bad pictures. The weather was awefull today and I hope to make better pictures later this week!

Samenwonen

Vandaag heb ik dit kaartje gemaakt. Op een witte kaart heb ik drie paarse kaders met daarin stippen geprint. Ik heb de stempel My prince charming van Rachel Anne Miller gebruikt. De kikkers zijn gekleurd met derwent potloden. Met mijn clear spica glitter pen heb ik op de bloemetjes en sterretjes glitter aangebracht. Ook heb ik de vrouwtjes kikker een glitterlijntje boven haar ogen gegeven en glitter wimpers, zodat het net lijkt of ze make up op heeft. ;) Met een witte gelpen heb ik stipjes op haar snuitje getekend. De kikkers zijn uitgesneden met ovalen nestabilities. Van paars papier heb ik een stripje gesneden. Het woord samenwonen heb ik gestempeld met een alfabet stempelsetje van Studio G. De letters zijn uitgeponst met een vierkant ponsje en daarna heb ik ze kriskras op de paarse strip geplakt. Langs de randjes van de vierkantje heb ik nog een beetje gekleurd met een paars potlood, zodat ze niet zo wit zijn.

Today I made this card. On a white card I printed 3 purple frames with dots in them. I used the stamp My prince charming from Rachelle Anne Miller. I coloured the frogs with derwent pencils. I added glitter to the flowers and the stars with a clear spica glitter pen. I also coloured a line above the eye of the female frog and I colored her eyelashes with glitter. Now it looks like she is wearing make up. ;) With a white gelpen I coloured some dots on her face. I cut the frogs with oval nestabilities and added a purple bigger oval. I cut a strip from purple paper. The word samenwonen ( living together) was stamped with an alphabet stamp set from Studio G. I punched the letters with a small square punch and I glued them just randomly on the purple strip. I colored the edges of the squares with a purple pencil, so they don't look so white.
