As you like it challenge 314 - Your favourite season

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze week worden we gesponsord door Lawn fawn. Deze challenge willen we graag weten wat je lievelings seizoen is om te gebruiken op je kaarten. Ik vind dat ieder seizoen zijn eigen charme heeft en kan niet echt een favoriet seizoen kiezen. Nu ben ik toe aan lekker zomers weer na een aantal dagen met regen, dus ik heb een zomers setje artist trading cards gemaakt.

Ik heb op mijn kaartjes een aantal afbeeldingen van de stempelset Beach day van Neat and tangled (no longer in business) gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeeldingen ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Zwarte glaze pen van Sakura en een Witte Uni Posca pen. Daarna heb ik alle afbeeldingen uitgeknipt. Ik heb met de ATC frame with stamp dies van Craft & you design het basiskaartje voor mijn ATC-tjes uit blauw, roze en groen gestanst en daarna heb ik uit wit karton de laag voor op het basiskaartje gestanst. Op het witte karton heb ik een wolkenachtergrond gemaakt met het Mini cloud edges stencil van My favorite things (out of business) en Peacock feathers Distress inkt. Met stansjes van de set ATC set (CS1101) van Marianne Design heb ik het strand en de golven uit wit karton gestanst. Het strand heb ik gekleurd met Old paper, Gathered twigs, Vintage photo, Brushed corduroy en Ground espresso Distress inkt en daarna heb ik met het Winter day stencil from Create a smile stamps stipjes op het strand aangebracht. Het water heb ik gekleurd met Peacock feathers, Mermaid lagoon en Uncharted mariner Distress inkt en daarna heb ik met de Witte Uni Posca pen accentjes op het water getekend.

Hi there! Today a new challenge is starting over on the As you like it challenge blog, and this week we’re being sponsored by Lawn fawn. For this challenge, we’d love to know what your favourite season is to feature on your cards. I think every season has its own charm, so I don’t really have a favourite. But after a few rainy days, I’m definitely in the mood for some sunshine – so I made a summery set of artist trading cards.

I used some images from the Beach Day stamp set by Neat and Tangled (they’re no longer around). I coloured the images with my Polychromos pencils, a Black glaze pen from Sakura, and a White Uni Posca pen. Then I cut them all out by hand.

For the base of my ATCs, I used the ATC frame with stamp dies from Craft & you design and cut them from blue, pink, and green card. I also cut a top layer from white card. On that white layer, I created a cloudy background using the Mini Cloud Edges stencil from My Favorite Things (which sadly isn’t in business anymore) and Peacock Feathers Distress Ink.

I used the ATC set (CS1101) from Marianne Design to cut the beach and waves from white card. I coloured the sand with Old Paper, Gathered Twigs, Vintage Photo, Brushed Corduroy, and Ground Espresso Distress Inks. Then I added little dots to the sand using the Winter day stencil from Create a smile stamps.

For the water, I blended Peacock Feathers, Mermaid Lagoon, and Uncharted Mariner Distress Inks, and finished it off with a few white highlights using the Uni Posca pen.

Op de achterkant van de ATC's heb ik wit karton geplakt en daarop heb ik gestempeld met teksten van de stempelset Stempels ATC Nederland van Carlijn design. Hiermee kan je de titel van de set opschrijven en ook hoeveel kaartje je hebt gemaakt. 

On the back of each ATC, I added a piece of white card and stamped it using the Stempels ATC Nederland from Carlijn design. This handy set lets you add details like the title of your series and how many cards you've made – perfect for keeping things organised, especially if you're swapping with other crafters!

As you like it challenge 265 - My favourite (fantasy) animal

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer worden we gesponsord door Lawn fawn. Voor de challenge willen we deze keer graag je favoriete echte of fantasie dier zien. Mijn lievelingsdier is een muis. Mijn moeder noemde me altijd muis en daarna is de liefde ontstaan. Ze zien er gewoon schattig uit met die grote oren. Op mijn kaartje heb ik mijn lievelingsdier gecombineerd met het lievelingsdier van mijn neefje Niek. Die is helemaal gek op krokodillen en alligators, dus toen ik deze afbeelding zag, moest ik er gewoon een kaartje mee maken.

Deze afbeelding komt uit de set Surf's up digital stamp van Jane's doodles. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 142 van Crealies 2 cirkels uit roze papier gestanst en nadat ik de bovenkanten aan elkaar heb geplakt, heb ik er zo een kaart van gemaakt. Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 49 van Crealies heb ik een cirkel uit wit karton gestanst waar ik met het Mini cloud edges stencil (retired) van My favorite things en Peacock feathers Distress inkt een wolken achtergrond op heb gemaakt. Ik heb de cirkel op de kaart geplakt. Daarna heb ik nog een keer een cirkel uit wit karton gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 49 van Crealies en daarna heb ik met de Ocean view (LR0664) van Marianne design hiervan golven gemaakt. Ik heb de golven gekleurd met Salvaged patina, Peacock feathers en Mermaid lagoon Distress inkt. Daarna heb ik met de Confetti stamp van Cats on appletrees op de golven gestempeld met Versafine clair Warm breeze. Met Dr. Ph Martin's Bleedproof white heb ik kleine verfspatjes aangebracht. Als laatste heb ik met een witte gelpen kleine accentjes op de golven getekend. Ik heb de golven en de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de set Beach day van Neat and Tangled (no longer in business) op roze karton gestempeld. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik een kader rondom de woorden getekend en daarna heb ik ze uitgeknipt en met foamtape op de kaart geplakt.

We would love to know what your favourite real or fantasy animal is. My favourite animal is a mouse. My mother used to call me mouse when I was little and that is where the love for this cute animal started. I really love their look with the big ears. On this card I have combined my favourite animal with my nephew Niek's favourite animal. He really loves crocodiles and alligators. So when I saw this cute image of both of them I had to use it. 

This image is from the set Surf's up digital stamp from Jane's doodles. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen and then I have fussy cut the image. I have cut 2 large circle from pink cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 142 from Crealies. I glued the upper part of the circles together to make a card out of it. With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 49 from Crealies I have cut a circle from white cardstock. I used the Mini cloud edges stencil (retired) from My favorite things and Peacock feathers Distress ink to make a cloudy background on it. I have glued the circle on the card. I have cut another circle with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 49 from Crealies and I turned it into waves with the Ocean view (LR0664) from Marianne design. I have coloured the waves with Salvaged patina, Peacock feathers and Mermaid lagoon Distress ink. Then I stamped on the waves with the Confetti stamp from Cats on appletrees with Versafine clair Warm breeze ink. I added tiny paint splatters on the waves with Dr. Ph Martin's Bleedproof white and I used a white gelpen to add some extra details on the waves. I have glued the waves together with the image with foamtape on the card. I stamped a sentiment from the set Beach day from Neat and Tangled (no longer in business) on pink cardstock. With a black fineliner I have drawn a frame around the words and then I have fussy cut the words and glued them on the card with foamtape.

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer wordt de challenge gesponsord door Last minute Manda. Deze keer willen we graag weten wat je favoriete paasdiertje is. Ik heb voor konijntjes gekozen. Ze zien er gewoon erg lief, schattig en zacht uit. Ze doen me ook denken aan toen mijn opa vroeger konijnen had. Als er jonkies waren geboren liet hij ze altijd vol trots zien en mochten we ze aaien. Een heerlijke herinnering.

He used to have rabbits and when there were babies he always showed them to us and we were allowed to pet them. 

Voor deze challenge heb ik een klein doosje gemaakt met chocolade eitjes. Ik heb het doosje versierd met afbeeldingen van de Easter 2020 (digital stamp set) van Isabel Cristina Stamps. Ik heb de afbeeldingen geprint en daarna heb ik de afbeeldingen ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeeldingen daarna uitgeknipt.

Met mijn Silhouette cameo heb ik een doosje gemaakt voor 10 chocolade eitjes. Het doosje is gemaakt van kraft en wit karton. Op het witte karton heb ik een achtergrond voor mijn afbeeldingen gemaakt. Met het Micro cloud edges stencil (retired) van My favorite things en Peacock feathers Distress inkt heb ik een wolkenachtergrond gemaakt. Met de Slimline grassy hills dienamics van My favorite things heb ik een grasrandje uit wit karton gestanst en dat heb ik daarna gekleurd met Twisted citron en Mowed lawn Distress inkt. Ik heb het grasrandje samen met de afbeeldingen op de wolkenachtergrond geplakt en daarna heb ik de achtergrond op mijn doosje geplakt. 

For this challenge I have made a little box that holds a couple of chocolate eggs. I have decorated the box with images from the Easter 2020 (digital stamp set) from Isabel Cristina Stamps. I have printed the images and then I coloured them with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen. I have fussy cut all the images. 

With my Silhouette cameo I have made a box that holds 10 chocolate eggs. I have made the box from kraft and white cardstock. On the white cardstock I have made a background for my images. I have used the Micro cloud edges stencil (retired) from My favorite things and Peacock feathers Distress ink. With the Slimline grassy hills dienamics from My favorite things I have cut a grass border from white cardstock. I have coloured the grass with Twisted citron and Mowed lawn Distress ink. I have glued the grass border and all the images on the cloudy background.

In het doosje heb ik een balkje geplaatst. Hierop heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Cottontail cuties van Neat and tangled (no longer in business) gestempeld.

Inside the box I have added a little beam. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Cottontail cuties from Neat and tangled (no longer in business) on it.

Neat and tangled - You're a treat

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik wat kleine halloween tractaties op mijn blog. Ik heb 3 cadeauzakjes gemaakt met daarop wat schattige halloween afbeeldingen. Ik heb de schattige afbeeldingen van de stempelset You're a treat van Neat and tangled (no longer in business) drie keer gestempeld met Versafine clair nocturne inkt op Aquarel papier smooth Wit 200 gram van Vaessen creative. Ik heb daarna alle afbeeldingen geëmbost met clear embossingpoeder. Ik heb daarna alle afbeeldingen ingekleurd met mijn Distress inkt, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Vervolgens heb ik alle afbeeldingen uitgeknipt.

Goodmorning, today I am posting some little halloween treats on my blog. I have made 3 treatbags with some cute halloween images on them. I have stamped the cute images from the set You're a treat from Neat and tangled (no longer in business) three times with Versafine clair nocturne ink on Aquarel papier smooth Wit 200 gram from Vaessen creative. I have embossed all the images with clear embossingpowder. I have coloured them all with my Distress inks, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen and then I have fussy cut them all.

De versiering van de zakjes lijkt redelijk op elkaar. Ik heb alleen wat kleine details veranderd per zakje. Ik heb het tasje zelf gemaakt van zwart karton in een maatje dat goed bij mijn afbeeldingen en de inhoud past.  Het oranje zakje is gemaakt met het stipjespapier van het Do what you love pretty paper block (PK9149 -retired) van Marianne design. Ik heb dit op oranje karton geplakt waar ik de onderste rand van heb gestanst met de Edging dies ED005 van Nellie Snellen. Ik heb het papier en de afbeeldingen daarna op het zwarte tasje geplakt. Ik heb een opening voor het lintje in de bovenkant van het zakje gesneden en daarna heb ik het zakje gesloten met een stukje oranje organza lint en een strikje van zwart-witte bakers twine.

I have decorated the treat bags pretty much the same. Only a couple of small details are changed on the bags. I made the bags my self from black cardstock in a size that was perfect for my images and for the candy that I have put inside the bag. The orange bag is decorated with dotted paper from the Do what you love pretty paper block (PK9149 -retired) from Marianne design. I have glued it on orange cardstock that I have die-cut with the Edging dies ED005 from Nellie Snellen. I glued the images and the papers on the bag. I have cut an opening for my ribbon and closed the bag with orange ribbon and black and white bakers twine.

Voor het groene zakje heb ik gestreept papier van het Do what you love pretty paper block (PK9149 -retired) van Marianne design gebruikt. Ik heb dit papier op groen karton geplakt dat ik aan de beide zijkanten heb gestanst met de Edging dies SD007 van Nellie Snellen. Voor de sluiting heb ik wit lint en wit borduurgaren gebruikt.

On the green bag I have used striped paper from the Do what you love pretty paper block (PK9149 -retired) from Marianne design. I glued it on green cardstock. I have die-cut both of the edges of the green cardstock with the Edging dies SD007 from Nellie Snellen. I used white ribbon and white embroidery thread to close the bag. 

Op het paarse doosje heb ik weer het stipjespapier van het Do what you love pretty paper block (PK9149 -retired) van Marianne design gebruikt. Ik heb dit op paars karton geplakt en daarna heb ik de boven- en onderrand van het paarse karton gestanst met de Edging dies SD007 van Nellie Snellen. Met een gaatjestang heb ik 2 gaatjes boven in het tasje gestanst en daarna heb ik het gesloten met paars borduurgaren.

On the purple box I have used the dotted paper from the Do what you love pretty paper block (PK9149 -retired) from Marianne design again. I glued it on purple cardstock and then I have die-cut the top and bottom edge of the purple paper with the Edging dies SD007 from Nellie Snellen. With a hole punch I added 2 holes in the top of the bag and then I closed the bag with purple embroidery thread. 

Alle tasjes zijn gevuld met een klein zakje halloween snoepjes.

All the treat bags are filled with a little halloween candy bag.

Di's digi designs challenge - Christmas in july & Kleuren met potloden - Alles mag

 

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik een kaartje op mijn blog dat ik zowel voor de nieuwe challenge op het Di's digi designs challenge blog als voor de nieuwe challenge van het Kleuren met potloden blog heb gemaakt. De challenge op het Di's digi designs challenge blog is Christmas in july, we willen dus graag kerstkaarten zien. De challenge op het Kleuren met potloden blog is Alles mag en dus kon ik mijn kerstkaart ook voor deze challenge gebruiken. Bovendien wordt de challenge daar onder andere door Di's digi stamps gesponsord. 

Op mijn kaart heb ik de digitale stempel Mix and match mini pudding van Di's digi stamps gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Op de neus van de beer, de besjes en de knoop heb ik Glossy accents aangebracht. Daarnaast heb ik Nuvo glitter accents Fresh snowfall op de afbeelding aangebracht. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. Ik heb een vierkant uit rood karton gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 34 van Crealies en hier heb ik een cirkel uit gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 33 van Crealies. Ik heb uit wit karton een geschulpte vierkant gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 54 van Crealies. Hierop heb ik met Tumbled glass distress inkt een achtergrond voor mijn afbeelding gemaakt. Ik heb met een sneeuwvlokje van de stempelset Beary happy holidays van Lawn fawn gestempeld met Tumbled glass distress inkt. Ik heb het witte vierkant op een rode kaart geplakt en daarna heb ik de afbeelding en het rode vierkant met foamtape op de kaart geplakt.

I have die-cut a square from red cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 34 from Crealies and then I cut a circle out of it with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 33 from Crealies. I have cut a scalloped square from white cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 54 from Crealies. I have made a background for my image on the white cardstock with Tumbled glass distress ink. I have stamped a little snowflake from the set Beary happy holidays from Lawn fawn with Tumbled glass distress ink/ I have glued this white square on a red card. I have added the image and the red square with foamtape on the card. 

Ik heb mijn tekst binnen in de kaart gezet. Hiervoor heb ik uit wit karton een vierkant gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 34 van Crealies en daarop heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Holiday baking (retired) van Neat and tangled gestempeld.

I have added a sentiment on the inside of my card. I have cut a square from white cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 34 from Crealies and stamped a sentiment from the set Holiday baking (retired) from Neat and tangled on it and then I glued it in my card.

Vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer worden we gesponsord door Lili of the valley. Voor onze challenge deze keer willen we graag weten of je liever een lente of zomerkaartje maakt. Ik ben gek van alle seizoenen omdat ze allemaal hun eigen speciale dingen hebben waar ik gek op ben. Voor deze challenge heb ik toch gekozen voor een zomerkaartje, omdat ik dit jaar best wel naar de zomer uitkijk. Ik hoop op dagen met een lekkere temperatuur en een vrolijk zonnetje, daar worden de meeste mensen vrolijk van en dat kunnen we nu goed gebruiken.

Ik heb een kaart gemaakt met de oude stempelset Beach day van Neat and tangled (no longer in business). Neat and tangled bestaat helaas niet meer, maar een groot deel van de afbeeldingen zijn via de digitale stempelset Beach theme digital stamps van Just me digital stamps nog steeds te koop. Ik heb de afbeeldingen ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Daarna heb ik de afbeeldingen uitgeknipt.

Op een witte kaart heb ik een strook schilderstape op geplakt en daarna heb ik met stencils en Distress inkt een achtergrond gemaakt voor mijn afbeeldingen. Met de Hillside stencils van Lawn fawn en Scattered straw en  Brushed corduroy Distress inkt heb ik een strandje gemaakt. In de stempelset zit een stempeltje met stipjes die ik op de zandheuvel heb gestempeld met Gathered twigs Distress inkt. De zee is gemaakt met het Make waves stencil van My favorite things en Peacock feathers Distress inkt. Voor de lucht heb ik het Mini cloud edges stencil van My favorite things en Tumbled glass distress inkt gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeeldingen met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Nadat ik het schilderstape weer had verwijderd heb ik een tekst op de kaart gestempeld.

I love all seasons because they all have their own specials things, but for this challenge I decided to make a summer card. This year I am really looking forward to the summer. I have made a card with the old stampset Beach day from Neat and tangled (no longer in business). Unfortunately they are no longer in business, but most images from this set can be bought as a digital stampset from Etsy. This is a link: Beach theme digital stamps from Just me digital stamps. I have coloured the images with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen. I have fussy cut all the images.

On a white card I added masking tape on the right side of the card and then I made a background for my images with stencils and Distress inks. With the Hillside stencils from Lawn fawn and Scattered straw and Brushed corduroy Distress ink I have made a little beach. I used Gathered twigs Distress ink and a dots stamp from the set to add the dots on the beach. The sea is made with the Make waves stencil from My favorite things and Peacock feathers Distress ink. I have used the  Mini cloud edges stencil from My favorite things and Tumbled glass distress ink for the sky. I have used foamtape to add all the images on the card. After I removed the masking tape, I stamped a sentiment from the set on the card.

Di's digi stamps - Bunny kisses easter wishes

 

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik een paaskaartje dat ik heb gemaakt met een digitale stempel van Di's digi stamps. Ik heb een slimline kaart gemaakt met de afbeelding Bunny kisses easter wishes van Di's digi stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt. 

Ik heb met de stansset Slimline frames (CR1537) van Marianne design mijn slimline kaart gemaakt van wit karton. Op de kaart heb ik geel geruit papier van het Tiny check paperpad van My favorite things geplakt en daarna heb ik een stuk wit karton op de kaart geplakt. Het witte karton heb ik gekleurd met Peacock feathers Distress inkt. Ik heb met dezelfde kleur verfspatjes aangebracht. Daarna heb ik de White posca pen gebruikt om nog meer verfspatjes aan te brengen. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb een tekst van de stempelset Cottontail cuties van Neat and tangled (no longer in business) op de kaart gestempeld. Van wit lintje heb ik een strikje gemaakt en dat heb ik op de kaart geplakt. 

Goodmorning, today I am posting an easter card that I have made with a digital stamp from Di's digi stamps.I have made a slimline card with the image Bunny kisses easter wishes from Di's digi stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen. I have fussy cut the image.

I have made my slimline card from white cardstock with the die set Slimline frames (CR1537) from Marianne design. On the card I have glued yellow gingham paper from the Tiny check paperpad from My favorite things and then I added another layer of white cardstock. I have coloured on the white cardstock with Peacock feathers Distress ink. I used that same ink to add some spatters on the background. I also used a White posca pen to add more spatters. I have glued the image with foamtape on the card. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Cottontail cuties from Neat and tangled (no longer in business) under the image on the card. I made a bow from white ribbon and glued it on the card.

Gerda Steiner designs - Merry christmas

  

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik weer een nieuwe kaart op het blog van Gerda Steiner designs. Deze week heb ik een kerstkaart gemaakt met de digitale stempelset Fa la-la-la-llamas van Gerda Steiner designs. Ik heb de 3 lama's ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik alle 3 de afbeeldingen uitgeknipt.

Met de Silhouette cameo heb ik uit kraft karton een rechthoek gesneden met daarin 3 openingen voor de afbeeldingen. Op het rechthoek heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Christmas pageant (retired) van Neat and tangled gestempeld met Versafine clair nocturne inkt. Ik heb de afbeeldingen in de openingen geplakt en daarna heb ik het frame met foamtape op een stuk zwart karton geplakt. Ik heb met een witte gelpen stipjes op het zwarte karton getekend, zodat het op sneeuw lijkt.

Goodmorning, today I am posting a new card on the blog from Gerda Steiner designs. This week I have made a christmas card with the digital stampset Fa la-la-la-llamas from Gerda Steiner designs. I have coloured the 3 llamas with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen and then I have fussy cut all the images. 

With the Silhouette cameo I have cut a rectangle from kraft cardstock with 3 windows in it. On the bottom of the rectangle I have stamped a sentiment from the stampset Christmas pageant (retired) from Neat and tangled with Versafine clair nocturne ink. I have glued the rectangle with foamtape on black cardstock, after I glued the llamas behind the windows. With a white gelpen I added dots on the black cardstock to make it look like snow.

Goedemorgen, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog. Deze challenge worden we gesponsord door Lee Holland art. Deze keer hebben we een kleuren challenge. We willen namelijk graag weten met welke kleur je de kleur blauw het liefst combineert. Ik heb voor de kleur rood gekozen. Ik vind rood en blauw erg mooi bij elkaar passen en speciaal voor dit projectje zorgt de kleur rood ervoor dat mijn project wat extra kerstgevoel krijgt. 

Ik heb voor deze challenge 2 kersthangers gemaakt. Ze waren eigenlijk bedoeld als halloween hangers, maar ik heb er dus een kersthanger van gemaakt. Ik heb mijn kersthangers versierd met het schattige sneeuwpopje van de stempelset Snow fun (retired) van Neat and tangled. Ik heb de sneeuwman op wit papier gestempeld en voor de ene hanger heb ik het vogeltje in de handen van de sneeuwman gestempeld en bij de andere sneeuwman heb ik het mini sneeuwpopje in zijn handen gestempeld. Ik heb de afbeelding vervolgens ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Met een witte gelpen heb ik sneeuwvlokken op de afbeelding getekend.

Met de  Silhouette cameo heb ik de Hexagon halloween ornament- Spider (99381) van Carina Gardner uit blauw glitter papier gesneden en nadat ik de hanger in elkaar had geplakt, heb ik de afbeelding in de hanger geplakt. Aan de hanger heb ik een stukje rode bakers twine gehangen, zodat de hanger ook echt in de kerstboom kan hangen. 

Goodmorning, tonight a new challenge starts on the As you like it challenge blog. This challenge we are being sponsored by Lee Holland art. We are having a colour challenge this time. We want to know what your favourite colour is to combine blue with. I have chosen the colour red. I really love these colours together and especially for this project they are perfect together, because the red gives my project a lovely christmas feeling.

I have made 2 christmas ornaments for this challenge. Actually these were halloween ornaments, but I wanted to make a christmas project. I have decorated my ornaments with the cute snowman from the stampset Snow fun (retired) from Neat and tangled. I have stamped the snowman twice on white cardstock. On one image I added the little bird in his hands and on the other image I added the mini snowman. I have coloured both images with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I used a white gelpen to draw falling snow on the image. 

With the Silhouette cameo I have cut the ornament with the file Hexagon halloween ornament- Spider (99381) from Carina Gardner from blue shimmer cardstock. I have glued the ornament and then I glued the image inside the ornament. I added red bakers twine so the ornament can be really used to hang in your christmas tree.

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik weer een nieuw projectje dat ik heb gemaakt met een afbeelding van Di's digi stamps. Ik heb weer eens een kaartje gemaakt voor mijn Memory dex.

Ik heb een kaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Daffodil bear van Di's digi stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Met het Rolodex Cutting stencil van Jilliez heb ik uit wit karton mijn kaartje gestanst voor de Memory dex. Op het kleinere kaartje heb ik met het Micro cloud edges stencil van My favorite things en Tumbled glass distress inkt een achtergrond voor mijn afbeelding gemaakt. Ik heb met de Grassy hills die-namics van My favorite things van een stukje groen karton een grasrandje gemaakt en dat heb ik op de wolkenachtergrond geplakt. Onder het grasrandje heb ik een stukje geel design papier van het Classic gingham paperpack van Sunny studio geplakt. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik lijntje langs de randen van het kaartje getekend. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op het kaartje geplakt. Ik heb een stukje wit borduurgaren rondom het kaartje gebonden en daarna heb ik het kleine kaartje op het grotere kaartje geplakt. Als laatste heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Scandinavian prints (retired) van Neat and tangled op het kaartje gestempeld.

I have made a card with the digital stamp Daffodil bear from Di's digi stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and the white gelpen and then I have fussy cut the image. With the Rolodex Cutting stencil from Jilliez I have die-cut my memory dex card from white cardstock. On the smaller card I have made a background with the Micro cloud edges stencil from My favorite things and Tumbled glass distress ink.  With the Grassy hills die-namics from My favorite things I have die-cut a grass border from green cardstock and I glued it on the cloudy background. I have glued a strip of yellow patterned paper from the Classic gingham paperpack from Sunny studio under the grass border. I tied white embroidery thread around the card. With a black fineliner I doodled a line on the card. I glued the smaller card on the larger card. I have added the image with foamtape on the card. Then I have stamped a sentiment from the stampset Scandinavian prints (retired) from Neat and tangled on the card.
