DU2DS 035 - Metal

Goedemorgen allemaal! Het is weer vrijdag en dat betekent dat we weer een nieuwe uitdaging voor iedereen hebben bij Dare U 2 Digi Stamp. Deze week willen we metaal op je kaartje zien. Op mijn kaartje heb ik een digitale stempel van Christy Croll gebruikt. Ik heb hem gekocht via haar shop Tiddly inks op Etsy, maar heel binnenkort opent ze een shop op haar eigen website. De afbeelding die ik heb gebruikt is Daisy huggabugg. Is het geen schatje met haar grote bloem? Ik heb de afbeelding gekleurd met derwent potloden. Daarna heb ik met blauwe chalk rondom de afbeelding gekleurd. De oogjes heb ik gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. De bloem heb ik nog eens extra geprint op een stukje rose geruit papier. Deze heb ik uitgeknipt en bovenop de afbeelding geplakt. Daarna heb ik het hartje van de bloem nog eens geprint en ingekleurd met potlood. Daarna heb ik het ook nog eens gekleurd met een zwarte spica glitter pen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met de ovalen nestabilities. Rondom de rand heb ik met een zwarte fineliner gedoodled. Op het rose geruite papier heb ik de tekst gestempeld. Ik heb een heel smal zwart lintje rondom de kaart gebruikt. Ik heb er ook een strikje van gemaakt en daar een bloemencharm aan gehangen. De kaart is daarna nog verder versierd met zwarte hotfix steentjes. Ik heb ook nog een hotfix steentje op de voelspriet van het bugje geplakt.

Goodmorning everyone! It is friday again and that means that it is time for a new challenge from Dare U 2 Digi Stamp. This week we want to see metal on your card. I have used an image from Christy Croll on my card. You can buy it in her Etsy shop Tiddly inks for now, but soon she will start a shop on her own website. The image I used is Daisy Huggabugg, Such a cutie with her big flower! I have coloured the image with derwent pencils. The I coloured with blue chalk on the imae. The eyes of the bug were coloured with a black glaze pen. I have printed the flower again on a piece of pink gingham paper. I have cut it out and glued it on top of the image. I have also printed the heart of the flower again and coloured it with my pencils and a black spica glitter pen. The image was cut out with the oval nestabilities. I used a black fineliner for the doodling. I stamped the sentiment on the pink gingham paper. I used some black ribbon. I made a bow from it and added the flower charm. I then decorated the card with some black hotfix stones. I also used one hotfix stone on the antenna of the bug.

Babykaartjes

Deze geboortekaartjes heb ik al een tijdje geleden gemaakt. Deze hele lieve olifantjes zijn stempels van Stamposaurus. Ik heb ze gestempeld boven de tekst die ik eerst op het witte papier heb geprint. De afbeelding is ingekleurd met derwent potloden. Met een witte gelpen heb ik stipjes op de wangetjes van de olifant gezet. De oogjes van de olifantjes zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Het vlindertje is ook nog gekleurd met de clear spica glitter pen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met mijn nestablities. Op de scallops heb ik met een witte gelpen stipjes getekend. Ik heb als basis een donkerblauwe kaart genomen waarvan de randen zijn geëmbost met een cuttlebug embossing rand. Hierboven is een stukje geruit papier geplakt. Ik heb uit wit papier twee randjes geknipt met een figuurschaar. Als laatste heb ik nog een klein strikje op de kaart geplakt.

I have made these babycards a while ago. These sweet little elephants are a stamp from Stamposaurus. I have stamped them after I first printed the sentiment on a piece of white paper. The image was coloured with derwent pencils. I have coloured some dots with a white gelpen on the cheeks of the elephant. I have coloured the eyes of the elephant with a black glaze pen. The butterfly was coloured with a clear spica glitter pen. The image was cut out with my nestabilities. I have coloured dots on the scallops with a white gelpen. I used a darkblue card and I embossed the edges of the card with an embossingfolder from cuttlebug. I have added a piece of gingham paper. I used my scalloped scissors to make the scallop edges.

Verjaardag

Gisteren was mijn moeder jarig en dit is het kaartje dat ik voor haar heb gemaakt. Ik heb gebruikt van een schattig muizenstempeltje van Lelo design. Eigenlijk heeft het muisje een hartje boven zijn handje, maar dat heb ik vervangen door een stempel van een cadeautje. De afbeelding is ingekleurd met derwent potloden. Met een witte gelpen heb ik stipjes gezet op de wangetjes en de zwarte glaze pen is natuurlijk weer op de oogjes gebruikt. Ook heb ik het cadeautje gekleurd met een clear spica glitter pen. De afbeelding is uitgesneden met cirkel nestabilities. Eronder zit een vierkant dat geëmbost is met de swiss dots embossing folder van cuttlebug. Op een kaartje heb ik de achtergrond geprint in haar favoriete tintje rose. De tekst is gestempeld met een stempel uit een setje van Stamposaurus. De bloemetjes zijn geponst en in de hartjes zitten rose hotfix steentjes.

Yesterday it was my mothers birthday and this is the card that I made for her. I used this cute mouse stamp from Lelo design. The mouse is actually holding a little heart in his hand, but I masked the stamp and stamped a little present in his hand. I coloured the image with derwent pencils. I added some dots on the cheeks with a white gelpen and the eyes were coloured with a black glaze pen. The image was cut out with the circle nestabilities. The square was embossed with the swiss dots embossing folder from cuttlebug. I printed the background on a white card in her favorite colour pink. The sentiment was stamped with a stamp from Stamposaurus. The flowers are made with punches and I added pink hotfix stones.

Ik heb de binnenkant van de kaart ook versierd. De cadeautjes komen uit een kerststempelsetje van Love Elsie. De cadeautjes zijn ook perfect voor een verjaardagskaart, dus dat kwam mooi uit. Ik heb de stempel gemaskerd en de andere cadeautjes erbij gestempeld. Ze zijn ingekleurd met derwent potloden. Met een zwarte gelpen heb ik de streepjes lijn gezet. Bovenin heb ik ook een streepjeslijn getrokken en de tekst nog eens gestempeld.

I also decorated the inside of the card. The little present stamps are from a christmas stamp set from Love Elsie. They are also perfect for a birthdaycard. I masked one of the presents and stamped the other ones next to it. I coloured them with derwent pencils. I did some faux stitching with a black fineliner. I also stamped the sentiment again and also added some faux stitching over there.

Penny Black saturday challenge 61 - Sketch

Vandaag heb ik een kaartje gemaakt voor de Penny Black saturday challenge. Deze week heeft Beth een sketch gemaakt die je moet gebruiken op je kaartje. Ik heb voor mijn kaartje een stempeltje uit de clear stempel set Bubbly gebruikt. Het poesje is gekleurd met derwent potloden en de ballontjes zijn gekleurd met een potlood van caran d'ache. De oogjes zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. De stipjes op de wangen zijn gemaakt met een souffle pen. De ballonnetjes zijn ook nog eens gekleurd met een clear spica glitter pen. De afbeelding is uitgesneden met ovalen nestabilities. Op het randje van de zwarte ovaal heb ik stipjes gezet met de witte souffle pen. Op een witte kaart heb ik de achtergrond geprint. Op het purper papier van papicolor heb ik met een witte gelpen de streepjeslijnen getrokken. De tekst is een stempeltje van Stamposaurus. De bloemetjes zijn gemaakt met ponsjes uit het purper papier. Op de bloemetjes heb ik nog een stip getekend met de witte gelpen.

Today I made this card for the Penny Black saturday challenge. This week Beth made a sketch that you have to use on your card. I used a stamp from the Penny Black clear set Bubbly on my card. I coloured the cat with derwent pencils and the balloons were coloured with a pencil from caran d'ache. The eyes were coloured with a black glaze pen and I used a white souffle pen for the dots on the cheeks. I also coloured the balloons with a clear spica glitter pen. The image was cut out with oval nestabilities. I coloured some dots on the black oval with the souffle pen. I printed the background on a white card. On the purple paper from papicolor I did some faux stitching. The sentiment is from a stamp set from StamposaursThe little flowers are made with punches and I coloured a dot on it with the white pen.

Twee challenges, één kaart.

Vandaag heb ik dit kaartje gemaakt voor twee challenges: de Penny Black saturday challenge en de sketch saturday challenge. Voor die laatste moet je een bepaalde sketch volgen en bij Penny Black hebben ze een recipe challenge. Op je kaartje moet je 3 lintjes, twee bloemen en één charm gebruiken. De egeltjes komen uit de clear stempelset Wonderful van Penny Black Het waren twee losse stempeltjes, en ik heb ze achter elkaar gestempeld. De egeltjes zijn ingekleurd met derwent potloden. De oogjes en de stippen op het cadeautje zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Het strikje van het cadeautje is gekleurd met een clear spica glitterpen. Ik heb ze uitgesneden met rechthoekige nestabilities. Op een witte kaart heb ik de zwarte strepen achtergrond geprint. Het rode stukje bazzil papier is geëmbost met de Polka dots embossingfolder van quickutz. Ik heb er mijn eerste lintje overheen gedaan. Aan het tweede lintje hangt mijn charm en daar heb ik een strikje van gemaakt. Het derde lintje is een klein stukje dubbel gevouwen lint aan de afbeelding. De bloemetjes zijn geponst uit het rode bazzil papier en daarna heb ik ze een beetje bewerkt met zwarte stempelinkt. In het midden van de bloemetjes heb ik zwarte hotfix steentjes gebruikt. De tekst kom uit een stempelsetje van Stamposaurus. Ik ben niet helemaal tevreden over mijn foto, dus morgen ga ik proberen een betere te maken.

Today I made a card for two challenges: The Penny Black saturday challenge and the sketch saturday challenge. For the last one you have to follow the gorgeous sketch and for the Penny Black saturday has a recipe challenge. You have to use 3 ribbons, two flowers and one charm on your card. The hedgies on my card are from the clear stamp set Wonderful from Penny Black. I used two seperate stamps that I stamped behind each other. The hedgies were coloured with derwent pencils. The eyes and the dots on the present were coloured with a black glaze pen. On the bow of the present I coloured with a clear spica glitterpen. Then I cut them out with the rectangle nestabilities. On a white card I printed the black striped background. The piece of red paper was embossed with the polka dots embossing folder from Quickutz. I added my first ribbon on that piece. I attached my charm to the second ribbon and then I made a little bow. The thirth ribbon is a little piece that I attached behind the image. The flowers are made with punches. I used some black ink on the edges and a hotfix stone for the heart. The sentiment is from a clear stamp set from Stamposaurus. I am not so happy with my picture so tomorrow I will try to make another one.
