Gerda Steiner designs - Snail mail

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik weer een kaartje op het blog van Gerda Steiner designs. Ik heb een kaartje gemaakt met de digitale stempel Snail mail van Gerda Steiner designs. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt.
Op een witte kaart heb ik met Broken china distress inkt een achtergrond voor mijn afbeelding gemaakt. Ik heb 3 wolken uitgestanst met de Cute cloud outlines van My favorite things en deze heb ik op de kaart geplakt. Met de Fresh cut grass die-namics van My favorite things heb ik een grasrandje uit wit karton gestanst en dat heb ik gekleurd met Mowed lawn distress inkt. Ik heb de slak en het gras daarna op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb daarna een tekst van de stempelset Mouse mail van Reverse confetti naast de afbeelding gestempeld.

Goodmorning, today I am posting a new card on the blog from Gerda Steiner designs. I have made a card with the digital stamp Snail mail from Gerda Steiner designs. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the black glaze pen and a white gelpen. I have fussy cut the image. 
On a white card I made a background for the image with Broken china distress ink. I have die-cut 3 clouds from white cardstock with the Cute cloud outlines from My favorite things and glued those on the card. With the Fresh cut grass die-namics from My favorite things I have die-cut a grass border and coloured it with Mowed lawn distress ink. I have glued the snail and the grass on my card. Next to the image I have stamped a sentiment from the set Mouse mail from Reverse confetti.

Today is day 28 from the 30-day coloring challenge from Kathy Racoosin.

Goedemorgen, vanochtend zag ik op youtube een filmpje van Therese van Lost in paper waarin ze een kaartje maakt met een verhoogd frame. Ik vond het zo'n mooi kaartje dat ik er vanochtend meteen mijn eigen versie van heb gemaakt. Ik heb meteen 2 kaartjes gemaakt. :)

Goodmorning, this morning I saw a video on youtibe from Therese from Lost in paper. In the video she made a card with a raised frame. I really love her card, so I decided that I wanted to make my own version this morning. I even made 2 cards. :)

Beide kaartjes zijn gemaakt met dezelfde stempel, namelijk Anemone FL004 van Nellie Snellen. Ik heb de afbeelding op linnen papier gestempeld en daarna heb ik deze ingekleurd met mijn potloden. Daarna heb ik een vierkant van de Die-namics pierced square frames van My favorite things op de afbeelding gelegd en deze uitgesneden met mijn cuttlebug. Ik heb de buiten-en binnenkant daarna op een kaart geplakt. Op het frame heb ik een tekst van de set Essential sentiments van My favorite things gestempeld en daarna heb ik het frame met foamtape op de kaart geplakt

Both cards are made with the same stamp, the Anemone FL004 from Nellie Snellen. I stamped the image on paper with linen structure and then I colored the image with my pencils. Then I cut the square frame with the Die-namics pierced square frames from My favorite things. I adhered the inner and puter part with tape on a card. Then I stamped a sentiment from the set Essential sentiments from My favorite things on the frae and then I adhered it with foamtape on the card.

Ik heb 2 kaartjes gemaakt als noodoplossing omdat ik de plaatsing van de bloem niet mooi genoeg vond op één van de kaartjes. Door met een cirkel frame te werken werd dat mooi opgelost. Dus op dit kaartje heb ik weer de Anemone FL004 van Nellie Snellen gestempeld. Deze keer heb ik de bloem in het paars gekleurd met mijn potloden. Deze keer heb ik dus een cirkel frame uitgesneden met de Die-namics pierced circle frames van My favorite things. In de middenste cirkel heb ik weer een tekst van de set Essential sentiments van My favorite things naast de bloem gestempeld.

I made 2 cards because I had stamped the flower in the wrong place. I didn't like it for a square frame. But the solution was using a circle frame. So again I stamped the Anemone FL004 from Nellie Snellen on white cardstock. This time I colored the flower purple with my pencils. I have cut the circle frame with the Die-namics pierced circle frames from My favorite things. I stamped the sentiment from the set Essential sentiments from My favorite things on the inner circle next to the image.

Zomaar en belangrijke informatie!

Hallo! Vandaag wil ik dit kaartje nog even laten zien, dat ik heb gemaakt met de stempelset Blissful botanicals van Lawn Fawn. Ik heb een vierkant stuk papier genomen en daarop heb ik eerst met Bamboo leaves inkt van Memento de takjes en blaadjes gestempeld. Daarna heb ik met Rocket red inkt van Brilliance de bloemetjes tussendoor gestempeld. Onder het witte papier heb ik een laag zwart papier geplakt en dat geheel heb ik samen op een rode kaart geplakt. De tekst heb ik geprint op rood papier en daana heb ik het uiteinde in de vorm van een banner geknipt. De tekst heb ik met foamtape op mijn kaart geplakt.

Hello! Today I am showing you a card, that I made with the stampset Blissful botanicals from Lawn Fawn. I took a square piece of white paper and started stampin the branches and leaves with Bamboo leaves ink from Memento. The I used Rocket red ink from Brilliance to stamp the flowers. I layered the white paper on top of some black paper and adhered everything on a red card. I printed the sentiment (just because...) and gave it a banner shape on the end. I used foamtape ro adhere it on my card.

En dan wil ik nu nog even de aandacht vestigen op een belangrijke blogpost van Christy van Tiddly Inks.
Het blijkt namelijk dat niet iedereen de Terms of use van haar stempels goed lezen en daarom geeft ze wat extra uitleg in deze blogpost.

De belangrijkste regel is dat als je een digitale stempel koopt, dat dat niet betekent dat je de stempel zelf koopt, maar het betekent dat je het recht koopt om die stempel te gebruiken. En dan mag jij alleen die stempel zelf gebruiken en het is dus niet de bedoeling dat je hem doorgeeft aan anderen of dat je afbeeldingen print voor anderen!!!!
