Advent calendar for my mother - Day 13

Hallo, ik ben een dag te laat om mijn cadeautje van dag 13 van de advents kalender (klik op het linkje voor alle posts) voor mijn moeder te posten, dus dat doen we vandaag. Op dag 13 heb ik een kraft tasje versierd met een tekening van sneeuwmannetjes. De tekening is gebaseerd op een online workshop van Karin Joan. Ik heb er mijn eigen versie van gemaakt zodat hij leuk op mijn tasje past en goed bij de adventskalender past. Ik heb eerst een potloodschets gemaakt op het tasje en daarna heb ik de tekening overgetrokken met Zwarte Unipin fineliners en daarna heb ik de tekening ingekleurd met Prismacolor premier potloden. Ik heb de ogen van de sneeuwman gekleurd met de Zwarte glaze pen van Sakura en met de Witte Uni Posca pen heb ik accentjes op de tekening aangebracht. Uit wit karton heb ik het nummer 13 gestanst met het Retro number trio (retired) van Elizabeth craft designs. 

Hello, I am a day late with my present for day 13 for the advent calendar (click on the link for all posts) for my mother, so that is what I am doing today. On day 13 I have decorated a kraft bag with a drawing based on an online workshop from Karin Joan. I have made my own version, so it fits on my bag. I started with a pencil sketch on the kraft bag and then I traced the image with Black Unipin fineliners. I have coloured the drawing with Prismacolor premier pencils. I have coloured the eyes of the snowman with the Black glaze pen from Sakura and with a White Uni Posca pen I added details on the drawing. I have die cut the number 13 from white cardstock with the Retro number trio (retired) from Elizabeth craft designs.

24 days of Christmas tags - Paperfuel - Dreaming of a slow x-mas

Goedemorgen, ik ben weer terug met een nieuwe tag voor mijn december project 24 days of Christmas tags. Deze keer heb ik niet gebruikt gemaakt van een stempel, maar ik heb zelf een tekening gemaakt. Vorig jaar heb ik een cursus van Paperfuel gevolgd. Ik heb de cursus Dreaming of a slow xmas gedaan en één van de tekeningen die we toen hebben gemaakt is dit leuke muisje met candy cane. 

Ik heb uit 1264 Watercolour papier van Fabriano een tag gestanst met de A tag for all (retired) van Avery elle en daar heb ik mijn muisje op getekend met potlood. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna overgetrokken met Black Unipin fineliners. Ik heb mijn muisje daarna ingekleurd met de Tombow ABT Dual brush markers en de Black glaze pen van Sakura. Ik heb daarna de strepen met potlood getekend en daarna heb ik ze afgeplakt met masking tape en vervolgens heb ik de strepen gekleurd met een groene stift. Met de Strips with dots (CLmix13) van Crealies heb ik een strip uit het aquarelpapier gestanst en deze heb ik rood gekleurd. Hierop heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Tiny type van Clearly besotted stamps gestempeld en daarna heb ik de strip onder het muisje op mijn tag gestempeld. Ik heb nog een stukje papier rood gekleurd met de markers en daarna heb ik hier met de Lots of stars (retired) van Mama elephant een aantal sterren uit gestanst. Ik heb de sterren rondom het muisje op mijn tag geplakt. 

Good Morning, I have made a new tag for my december project 24 days of Christmas tags. This time I didn't use stamps on my tag, but I made my own drawing. Last year I followed a workshop from Paperfuel. I have done the workshop Dreaming of a slow xmas and one of those drawings was this cute mouse with candy cane. 

From 1264 Watercolour paper from Fabriano I have cut a tag with the A tag for all (retired) from Avery elle and I have drawn my mouse on it with pencils. Then I traced the image with Black Unipin fineliners. I have coloured the mouse with my Tombow ABT Dual brush markers and the Black glaze pen from Sakura. Then I added the stripes with a pencil and after is masked them with masking tape I have coloured them all with the green marker. I have cut a strip from the watercolour paper with the Strips with dots (CLmix13) from Crealies and I coloured it with red markers. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Tiny type from Clearly besotted stamps on the strip and then I glued it under the mouse on the tag. I have coloured more of the watercolour paper with the red markers and then I used the Lots of stars (retired) from Mama elephant to cut a couple of stars out of it. I have glued the stars around the mouse on the tag.

Carla Kamphuis - Halloween brew

Hallo, vorig jaar heb ik meegedaan aan een ckreative monday tutorial van Carla Kamphuis. Helaas kwam ik er pas na halloween aan toe om de tekening af te maken. Aangezien dat na halloween was, heb ik besloten om het posten van die tekening een "tijdje"uit te stellen. ;)

Ik heb meegedaan aan de ckreative monday Recepten tekenen - Halloween op youtube. Ik heb mijn schets gemaakt in het Watercolour book A5 portret van Hahnemühle. Daarna heb ik de tekening overgetrokken met mijn zwarte fineliners. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met Aquarelverf van Rosa gallery. Ik heb me voorzichtig aan een beetje handlettering gewaagd, dat is niet echt mijn ding, maar het is op zich wel leuk geworden. ;)

Hello. last year I joined a ckreative monday tutorial from Carla Kamphuis. Unfortunately I wasn't able to finish the drawing in time before halloween. And because I finished it after halloween, I decided to postpone this post for a "little while". ;)

I have done the ckreative monday Recepten tekenen - Halloween on youtube. I made my sketch in the Watercolour book A5 portret from Hahnemühle. Then I traced the image with my black fineliners. I have coloured everything with Watercolour paint from Rosa gallery. I also tried to do a little handlettering. I am not very good at it, but I am pretty satisfied with my result. ;)

Paperfuel - A happy soccer girl

Hallo, vanmorgen kwam ik de leuke EK time tutorial van Paperfuel tegen en die wilde ik erg graag tekenen. Een half uur voor de wedstrijd Roemenie-Nederland begon, had ik eindelijk de tijd om te beginnen aan de tekening en het is me gelukt om hem net voor de wedstrijd af te hebben. Tijdens de rust snel een foto gemaakt en na de mooie overwinning kan ik hem posten. :) Ik heb wel op sommige onderdelen mijn eigen draai aan de tekening gegeven. Ik wilde eigenlijk ook nog met kleurpotloden aan de gang op de tekening, maar dat lukte me niet meer voor de wedstrijd begon.

Ik heb met potloden de schets gemaakt op het 1264 Watercolour papier van Fabriano en daarna heb ik de afbeelding overgetrokken met Black Unipin fineliners. Ik heb de tekening ingekleurd met mijn "Retro love" Aquarelset van Paperfuel. 

Hello, this morning I saw the cute EK time tutorial from Paperfuel on instagram and I really wanted to draw this one. Thirty minutes before the soccer match started this evening, I finally had the time to start my drawing and I was able to finish it a couple of minutes before the match started. During the break I was able to take a picture and after the Dutch team won the game I could post it. :) I made some little changes to the original drawing. Unfortunately I wasn't able to use my coloured pencils on the drawing any more because I didn't have any time left. 

I have made my sketch with pencils on the 1264 Watercolour paper from Fabriano and then I traced the image with Black Unipin fineliners. I have coloured the drawing with the "Retro love" Aquarelset from Paperfuel.

Dream and draw school - Snowdrops flowers sketching tutorial

Hallo, ik heb weer eens een tutorial van Dream and draw school op Patreon gedaan. Ik heb de les Snowdrops flowers sketching tutorial op patreon gedaan. Mijn tekening is gemaakt op 1264 Watercolour paper van Fabriano. Na de potloodschets heb ik de tekening overgetrokken met zwarte fineliners en daarna heb ik de afbeelding gekleurd met Schmincke aquarelverf. Als laatste heb ik met een witte gelpen accentjes op de tekening aangebracht. Het was een erg leuke les. Ik ben erg blij met het eindresultaat.

Hello, I have followed a tutorial from Dream and draw school on Patreon. I have done the lesson Snowdrops flowers sketching tutorial on patreon. My drawing is made on 1264 Watercolour paper from Fabriano. After I made the pencil sketch I traced the image with black fineliners and then I painted the flowers with Schmincke watercolours. I added a couple of details on the image with a white gelpen. It was a really nice lesson. I am happy with my drawing.

Afgelopen week heb ik de Dream and draw school - Winter dwarf tutorial op Patreon gevolgd. Ik heb mijn schets met potlood op Classic watercolour paper Grain fin Jumbo Blok 300gr van Winsor & Newton gemaakt. Ik heb de afbeelding overgetrokken met zwarte fineliners. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Mijello mission gold aquarelverf. Met de Witte Uni Posca pen heb ik nog wat accenten aan de tekening toegevoegd.

Last week I followed the Dream and draw school - Winter dwarf tutorial on Patreon. I made my sketch with pencil on Classic watercolour paper Grain fin Jumbo Blok 300gr from Winsor & Newton and then I traced the sketch with black fineliners. I coloured the dwarf with my Mijello mission gold watercolours. With a White Uni Posca pen I have added some accents on the drawing.

Ik heb de tekening geschetst op Classic watercolour paper Grain fin Jumbo Blok 300gr van Winsor & Newton. Ik heb de tekening overgetrokken met zwarte fineliners en daarna heb ik de tekening ingekleurd met White nights aquarelverf van St. Petersburg. Ik heb hiervoor de kleuren van napjes gebruikt die ik tijdens mijn vakantie heb gekocht, dus zo heb ik meteen een leuk aandenken aan de vakantie.

Julia Henze - Pumpkin workshop

Hallo, afgelopen donderdag heeft Julia Henze tijdens een live de Pumpkin workshop op Youtube gegeven. Ik had helaas hoofdpijn, dus het lukte me pas zaterdag om mee te doen aan de workshop. De live workshop is maar een paar dagen online besschikbaar. Ik ben niet zo'n handletteraar, dus dat heb ik (nog) niet gedaan. Misschien voeg ik het later nog wel toe.

Ik heb gewerkt op het Watercolour paper 16x16 cm van My ArtBook. De pompoen is geschilderd met Schmincke aquarelverf en de witte details op de pompoen zijn geschilderd met Dr. Ph Martin's Bleedproof white. Het was een erg leuke workshop, die goed te volgen was door de duidelijke uitleg van Julia. 

Hello, this past thursday Julia Henze did the live Pumpkin workshop on Youtube. Unfortunately I had a headache, so I wasn't able to join the live, but yesterday I finally was able to do the workshop. The live workshop is only available for a short while. I am not really into handlettering, so I haven't done that part (yet). Maybe I will add it later. 

I have worked on Watercolour paper 16x16 cm from My ArtBook. I have painted the pumpkin with Schmincke watercolours and then I added the white details with Dr. Ph Martin's Bleedproof white. I really loved this workshop. It was really easy to follow because of the good instructions from Julia.

The fluffy birds from Karin Joan

Hallo, ik ben al een tijdje lid van het Makerisme platform van Karin Joan en heb daar weer een leuke tutorial gevolgd. Ik heb Fluffy birds op het Makerisme platform gedaan. De eerste tekening heb ik meteen met de markers op papier gedaan, maar voor mijn halloween versie heb ik er toch voor gekozen om eerst een potloodschets te maken en dat vond ik fijner werken. Mijn kerst fluffy bird is nagemaakt van de lessen en daarna wilde ik een eigen versie maken en daarom heb ik gekozen voor een halloween versie. Ik vond het een erg leuke tutorial om te volgen en ik heb nog wel een paar ideetjes voor andere fluffy birds.

Ik heb de tekeningen gemaakt op het 1264 Watercolour paper van Fabriano en daarna heb ik de afbeeldingen ingekleurd met mijn Faber-Castell Albrecht Dürer Watercolour markers. Als laatste heb ik met een zwarte fineliner de lijntjes getekend op mijn fluffy birds.

Hello, I have been a member from the Makerisme platform from Karin Joan for a while and I followed a nice tutorial over there. I have done the Fluffy birds tutorial on the Makerisme platform. I have done my first tutorial immediately on my paper with the marker, but for the second drawing I decided to start with a pencil sketch and I loved that I bit more. My christmas fluffy bird is a copy from the lesson from Karin and then I wanted to make my own version, so I decided to draw a halloween version. I really enjoyed this tutorial and I do have more ideas for a couple of fluffly birds.

I have made the drawings on 1264 Watercolour paper from Fabriano and then I coloured the images with my Faber-Castell Albrecht Dürer Watercolour markers. Then I added the lines with a black fineliner.

Hallo, vandaag post ik een tekening die ik heb gemaakt na het volgen van een tutorial van Ellen Crimi-Trent. Ik heb de workshop How to draw a halloween spider! op youtube gevolgd. Ik heb mijn tekening in het Paint on Mixed media Sketchbook 14x14 cm van Clairefontaine gemaakt. Ik heb mijn schets overgetrokken met zwarte fineliners en daarna heb ik de afbeelding ingekleurd met de Neocolor II krijtjes van Caran D'ache. Tenslotte heb ik met een witte Uni Posca pen nog wat extra accentjes toegevoegd aan mijn tekening.

Hallo, voor World watercolour maand heb ik weer een nieuwe tekening in de stijl van Anastasia Salinger - Handgemalt gemaakt. Ook deze keer heb ik een tutorial gevolgd uit het boek Watercolor - Florale Motive aus Wiese, Wald & Garten mit Aquarell und Fineliner van Anastasia Salinger. Net zoals de vorige keren heb ik de tekening gemaakt in het Leporello aquarel boek van Art by Marlene. Na het schetsen heb ik mijn lavendel bosje weer overgetrokken met een zwarte fineliner. Ik heb deze keer een wat dikkere pen gebruikt en was heel bang dat ik mijn tekening daarmee heb verpest, maar dat viel gelukkig mee. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met de La petite aquarelle travelbox van Sennelier. 

Hello, for World watercolour month I have made a new drawing following a tutorial from Anastasia Salinger - Handgemalt. I have done the lavender tutorial from the book Watercolor - Florale Motive aus Wiese, Wald & Garten mit Aquarell und Fineliner from Anastasia Salinger. Just like my other drawings I have made my drawing in the Leporello watercolour book from Art by Marlene. After sketching the lavender I traced the image with a black fineliner. For a moment I was scared I had ruined my drawing, because I used a pretty thick fineliner, but it turned out ok. I have coloured the flower with paint from the La petite aquarelle travelbox from Sennelier.

Hallo, ik heb voor World watercolour maand weer een nieuwe bloementekening gemaakt in mijn leporello boekje in de stijl van Anastasia Salinger - Handgemalt. Deze keer heb ik een tutorial uit het boek Watercolor - Florale Motive aus Wiese, Wald & Garten mit Aquarell und Fineliner van Anastasia Salinger gevolgd. Ik ben begonnen met een potloodschets, daarna heb ik de afbeelding overgetrokken met zwarte fineliners in verschillende maten. Ik heb gewerkt in een Leporello aquarel boek van Art by Marlene. Daar kun je aquarelverf in gebruiken, maar het is zeker niet het beste aquarelpapier. Het maken van mooi vlekken lukte niet helemaal goed daardoor. Ik heb de afbeelding gekleurd met de La petite aquarelle travelbox van Sennelier.

Hello, I have made a new flower drawing for World watercolour month in my leporello book that I am going to fill with flowers made from tutorials from Anastasia Salinger - Handgemalt. This time I followed a tutorial from the book Watercolor - Florale Motive aus Wiese, Wald & Garten mit Aquarell und Fineliner from Anastasia Salinger. I started with a pencil sketch, then I traced the image with black fineliners in different sizes. I worked in my Leporello watercolour book from Art by Marlene. You can use your watercolours in this book, but it is not the best watercolour paper. Because of that the making of pretty stains was a bit hard. I have coloured the flowers with the La petite aquarelle travelbox from Sennelier.

Alexis Cantu - Beterschap

Hallo, vandaag post ik een kaartje dat ik heb gemaakt met een tekening die ik heb gemaakt na het volgen van een tutorial van Alexis Cantu. De tutorial van de vlinder is momenteel niet online te vinden. Ik heb de tekening van de vlinder gemaakt op 1264 Watercolour paper van Fabriano. De tekening is niet heel groot, want ik had hem gemaakt voor een inchie challenge. Ik heb mijn vlinder gekleurd met Van Gogh aquarelverf van Royal Talens en daarna heb ik de vlinder uitgeknipt.

Met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 128 van Crealies heb ik een vierkant uit wit karton gestanst. Hierop heb ik met het Mask art grunge stencil van Dutch doobadoo en Spiced marmelade, Carved pumpkin en Crackling campfire Distress inkt een cirkel gemaakt. Ik heb de vlinder op de kaart geplakt en daarna heb ik een tekst van de set Bulletjournal - Tekst diversen van Craft emotions op de kaart gestempeld. Met de Confetti stempel van Cats on appletrees heb ik kleine verfspatjes op de kaart gestempeld.

Hello, today I am posting a card that I have made with a drawing that I have made after I followed a tutorial from Alexis Cantu. The butterfly tutorial isn't available on the internet at the moment. I have made my drawing on 1264 Watercolour paper from Fabriano. It is just a little drawing, because I have made it for an inchie challenge. I have coloured the butterfly with the Van Gogh watercolours from Royal Talens and then I have fussy cut the image. 

With the Crea-nest-lies XXL 128 from Crealies I have cut a square from white cardstock. On the square I have made an orange circle with the Mask art grunge stencil from Dutch doobadoo and Spiced marmelade, Carved pumpkin and Crackling campfire Distress ink. I have glued the butterfly on the circle. I stamped a sentiment (get well) from the set Bulletjournal - Tekst diversen from Craft emotions on the card. With the Confetti stamp from Cats on appletrees I have stamped some paint splatters on the card.

I did something new, that I have never done before, because I painted a landscape and I had so much fun creating it. I have done the tutorial Beach painting - Mini Monday Madness on youtube. I have made the drawing on watercolour paper from Baohong with my Winsor & Newton Cotman watercolours.

Handgemalt - Tulip

Hallo, vandaag post ik een tekening die ik vorige week al heb gemaakt voor World watercolour maand. Ik heb het al eerder geschreven. Ik houd heel erg van de stijl van tekenen van Anastasia Salinger - Handgemalt. Ze heeft heel veel mini tutorials van bloemen en het leek me leuk om een aantal tutorials te volgen. Ik maak de tekeningen in een Leporello aqaurel boek van Art by Marlene om ze zo allemaal bij elkaar te houden. Ik heb eerst een schets gemaakt en daarna heb ik de afbeelding overgetrokken met zwarte fineliners. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met Schmincke aquarelverf. Als laatste heb ik nog wat accentjes aangebracht met een witte gelpen.

Hello, today I am posting a drawing that I have made last week for World watercolour month. I have written it before: I really love the style and drawings from Anastasia Salinger - Handgemalt. She has a lot of mini tutorials for flowers and I thought it would be fun to follow a couple of tutorials. I am making my drawings in a Leporello watercolour book from Art by Marlene, so they all will be together. I first started with a sketch and then I traced the tulip with black fineliners. I have coloured the tulip with Schmincke watercolours. Finally I added some accents on it with a white gelpen.

Hallo, het is weer tijd voor een nieuwe post voor World watercolour maand. Ik heb een tutorial van Helen Campbell gevolgd. Ik heb de Unleashing the magic of Inktense: Painting a vibrant yellow flower op youtube gedaan.

De schets is overgetrokken op Classic watercolour paper Grain fin Jumbo Blok 300gr van Winsor & Newton. Ik heb de bloem daarna gekleurd met mijn Derwent inktense potloden. De techniek die Helen gebruikt is erg makkelijk en heel leuk om te doen!

Hello, it is time again for a new post for World watercolour month. Today I am posting the painting I made after following a tutorial from Helen Campbell. I have done the Unleashing the magic of Inktense: Painting a vibrant yellow flower on youtube.

I have traced the sketch on Classic watercolour paper Grain fin Jumbo Blok 300gr from Winsor & Newton. I have coloured the flower with my Derwent inktense pencils. I really love the technique Helen uses because it is very easy and so much fun to do!

Hallo, eindelijk post ik weer iets voor World watercolour maand. De afgelopen week was erg druk en het posten lukt niet altijd. Maar vandaag kan ik eindelijk de kaart posten die ik heb gemaakt na het volgen van een tutorial op Skillshare. Ik heb een cursus van Brenda Bakker gevolgd waarin je met procreate werkt. De cursus Create sketchy doodles in procreate was heel leuk om te doen en het leek me ook leuk om een soortgelijke bloem te tekenen op echt papier in plaats van op de ipad.

Ik ben begonnen met een schets met potloden en daarna heb ik de afbeelding overgetrokken met zwarte fineliners. Daarna heb ik de afbeelding gekleurd met de Wax aquarell potloden van Koh-I-Noor. Als laatste heb ik nog wat extra accenten op de afbeelding aangebracht met zwarte en witte Uni Posca pennen. Ik heb de tulp daarna uitgeknipt. 

Op een roze kaart heb ik zwart-wit streepjespapier van het Positive vibes paperpad van Craft sensations geplakt. Ik heb de tulp daarna met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Uit wit karton heb ik het woord hello gestanst met de Many sentiments coverplate dies van The ton stamps en deze heb ik naast de tulp op de kaart geplakt. Daarna heb ik de kaart versierd met kleine witte pareltjes.

Hello, finally I am able to post something again for World watercolour month. Last week has been really busy and I wasn't able to post anything. So I am really happy that I can post the card that I made after following a tutorial on Skillshare. I have followed a class from Brenda Bakker that uses procreate on your ipad. The class Create sketchy doodles in procreate was so much fun and I thought it would be fun to create a flower on paper in the same style you use in this class.

I started a sketch with my pencils and then I traced the image with black fineliners. Then I used the Wax aquarell pencils from Koh-I-Noor to colour the tulip. I added some extra accents on the drawing with white and black Uni Posca pens. I have fussy cut the tulip. 

On a pink card I have glued black and white striped paper from the Positive vibes paperpad from Craft sensations. Then I used foamtape to glue the tulip on the card. From white cardstock I have cut the word hello with the Many sentiments coverplate dies from The ton stamps and then I glued it on the card. I have decorated the card with tiny white pearls.
