Simpel verjaardagskaartje

Goedemiddag! Vandaag laat ik een heel simpel verjaardagskaartje zien. De mooie afbeelding die ik heb gebruikt is Bluebells van Sketching stamper digi stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding rechtstreeks op mijn kaart geprint samen met de tekst. De afbeelding is ingekleurd met potloden.

Less is more - Spring

Hallo! Gisteren ben ik aan dit kaartje begonnen voor de derde challenge van het Less is more blog. Deze week moet je een CAS lente kaartje maken. Ik wist meteen al welke bloem ik op mijn kaartje wilde gebruiken, namelijk deze hele mooi narcis van Sketching stamper Digi stamps. Ik heb de narcis samen met de tekst op mijn kaart geprint en daarna de narcis ingekleurd met potloden. Daarna heb ik de lijntje rondom de afbeelding geëmbost.

Hello! Yesterday I started working on this card for the thirth challenge from the Less is more challenge blog. This week you have to make a CAS spring card. I immediately knew which flower I wanted to used on my card, the daffodil stem from Sketching stamper Digi stamps. I printed the daffodil and the sentiment (congratulations) on my card and coloured the flower with my pencils. Then I embossed the lines on the card.

Sketching stamper - Daffodil stem

Vandaag laat ik een verjaardagskaartje zien die ik heb gemaakt met een digitale stempel van Chris Dark (Sketching stamper). De afbeelding die ik heb gebruitk is Daffodil stem en ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met potloden. De afbeelding is uitgesneden met de ovalen nestabilities. De gele strip papier is geponst met de scalloped sentiment randpons van fiskars. De tekst is met de computer gemaakt.

Today I am showing a birthday card that I made with a digital stamp from Chris Dark (sketching stamper). The image I used is Daffodil stem and I coloured it with my pencils. The image is cut out with the oval nestabilities. The yellow strip of paper was punched with the scalloped sentiment punch from Fiskars. The sentiment (congratulations) is computer generated.

Goodbye Dare U 2 Digi Stamp

Goedemorgen, dit is mijn laatste DU2DS-kaartje, want het Dare U 2 Digi Stamp challenge blog gaat ermee stoppen.
Ik heb genoten van alle challenges en het was elke keer weer geweldig om te zien hoeveel mensen meededen aan de challenges.

Als afscheid heb ik nog een kaartje gemaakt met één van de digitale stempels van Sketching stamper (Christine Dark). Ik heb onder de afbeelding Daisy crazy eerst de tekst geprint en daarna heb ik de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn potloden. Daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgesneden met de labels eight nestabilties. Langs de randen heb ik een stiklijntje getekend met een zwarte fineliner. Rondom de afbeelding heb ik een lintje gehangen.  Uit lichtgroen gestreept papier heb ik een grotere vorm met de nestabilities labels eight gesneden en de afbeelding is hierop geplakt met foamtape. De inspiratie voor mijn kaartje heb ik gekregen door de geweldige kaarten die Donna (three umbrellas) altijd maakt.

Goodmorning. this is my last DU2DS card, because the Dare U 2 Digi Stamp challenge blog is going to be closed. I really enjoyed all the challenges and it was every time amazing to see all the gorgeous creations from the participants. 

As a farewell I made a card with one of the digital stamps from Christine Dark (Sketchingstamper). I started with printing the sentiment (Happy birthday) under ther image Daisy crazy and then I coloured the image with my pemcils. I have cut the image out with the labels eight from nestabilities. I have drawn the dashed lines on the edge with a black fineliner. I added a pink ribbon. I cut a bigger label from green striped paper and mounted the image on top of it with foamtape. I have gotten the inspiration for my card from the amazing cards from Donna (Three umbrella's).

DU2DS 42 - Stitching

Goedemorgen allemaal! Er zijn alweer 2 weken voorbij sinds de laatste DU2DS challenge en dus hebben we vandaag weer een nieuwe challenge. Deze keer willen we graag zien dat jullie ergens op de kaart stikken. Het stikken mag echt zijn met naald en draad, maar ook een getekend stiklijntje is goed. Mijn collega's uit het design team hebben ook allemaal geweldige creaties gemaakt, dus hopelijk kom je ook nog even kijken op het Dare U 2 Digi stamp challenge blog.

Ik heb ervoor gekozen om nu eens echt met naald en draad aan de slag te gaan en wow dat was wel even een werkje. :) Ik heb voor mijn kaart het mooie whipped cream cardstock van Elzybells gebruikt. Ik heb de geweldige afbeelding Poppies van Chris Dark (Sketchingstamper) op de kaart zelf geprint en daarna ingekleurd met mijn potloden. Ik heb in word een tekstcirkel gemaakt en deze heb ik met de hand uitgeknipt langs de randen. Daarna heb ik langs de randen met naald en draad een stiklijntje gemaakt. Onder deze cirkel heb ik nog een cirkel geplakt die ik heb uitgesneden uit het strawberry fool cardstock van Elzybells. Het lijkt op de foto alsof hij scheef zit, maar dat is in het echt niet zo. ;)

Goodmorning everyone! Two weeks already past and that means it is time for a new challenge from DU2DS. This time we would love to see stitching somewhere on your card. It can be real stitching with needle and thread or faux stitching with a fineliner. My colleagues from the design team have made some fabulous cards, so please pop over to the Dare U 2 Digi Stamp challenge blog.

I decided to use a real thread and needle to create the stitching on my card and wow what a job it was. :) I have used the gorgeous whipped cream cardstock for my card. I printed the amazing image Poppies from Chris Dark (sketching stamper) on the card and coloured it with my pencils. I created a text circle in word with the sentiment (happy birthday) and I cut it out. With needle and thread I created the stitching on the edges of the circle. I added another circle that I cut out of strawberry fool cardstock from Elzybells and placed it under the circle with the sentiment. . On the picture ot looks like the pink circle wasn't places straight under the other circle , but in real like it is good. :)

DU2DS 037 - Anything goes

Goedemorgen allemaal! Het is weer vrijdag en dat betekent dat het weer tijd is voor de nieuwe challenge van Dare U 2 Digi Stamp en deze week hebben we een heel makkelijke challenge, namelijk Anything goes, oftewel alles mag. Je mag dus helemaal zelf bepalen wat je maakt, de enige voorwaarde is dat er een digitale stempel wordt gebruikt. Voor mijn kaartje heb ik de geweldige sketch van de Tuesday Morning sketchers gebruikt. De mooie vrolijke afbeelding van de zonnebloemen is van Chris (sketchingstamper). Ik heb de Sunflowers gekleurd met derwent potloden en rondom de afbeelding heb ik gekleurd met blauwe chalk. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met de deckled nestabilities. De tekst is een stempel van Hobbystempels.nl en ook deze heb ik uitgesneden met de deckled nestabilities. Op een gele linnenkaart heb ik een achtergrond met gele strippen gebruikt. Boven de afbeelding heb ik 3 hotfix steentjes geplakt.

Goodmorning everyone!. It is friday again and that means that it is time for a new challenge from Dare U 2 Digi Stamp and this week we have a really easy challenge, as it is Anything goes. So can you can decide what you want to make, the only thing we want you to use is a digital image. Sounds really easy doesn't it? I have used the great sketch from the Tuesday Morning sketchers for my card. The lovely image is from Chris (Sketchingstamper). I have colored the image Sunflowers with my derwent pencils and blue chalk. I have used the deckled nestabilities to cut the image out. The sentiment (congratulations) is a stamp from Hobbystempels.nl and I cut it also out with the deckled nestabilities. I have added a striped background on my yellow linen card and I added 3 hotfix stones above the image.

DU2DS 036 - Flowers

Goedemorgen allemaal. Het is weer vrijdag en dat betekent dat we weer een nieuwe challenge voor jullie hebben van Dare U 2 Digi Stamp. Deze week willen we bloemen op je kaart zien. Ik heb ervoor gekozen om een digitale bloemenstempel te gebruiken, namelijk de Sweet peas van Chris - Sketchingstamper. Nadat ik mijn afbeelding had geprint kwam ik erachter dat ik heel raar papier had gebruikt voor mijn kaart waar je met je potloden niet goed op kunt kleuren. Het lukte wel om de afbeelding te kleuren met derwent inktense aquarel potloden, dus dat heb ik maar gedaan. De afbeelding is uitgesneden met de ovalen nestabilities. Op mijn kaart heb ik de rose achtergrond geprint. In de hoekjes heb ik driehoekjes geplakt die ik heb geponst. Daarna heb ik onder de rechthoek nog een witte rechthoek geplakt die geëmbost is met de swiss dots embossing folder van cuttlebug. De tekst is gestempeld met de nederlandse tekststempels van Stamping Bella.

Goodmorning everyone. It is friday again and that means that we have a new challenge for you from Dare U 2 Digi Stamp. This week we want to see flowers on your cards. I have chosen to use a flower image, sweet peas from Chris - Sketchingstamper. After I printed my image I found that it was printed on weird paper. couldn't colour on it with my pencils. So I tried my Derwent inktense water colour pencils and that worked out perfect! The image was cut out with the oval nestabilities. On the card I printed the pink background. In the corners I placed traingles that I made with a punch. Under the oval I added a white rectangle that was embossed with the swiss dots embossing folder from cuttlebug. The sentiment (with love) is a dutch Stamping Bella.sentiment.

Kaartje en cadeau-envelopje

Afgelopen weekend heb ik dit setje gemaakt: Een kaart met een bijpassende cadeau envelop. Ik heb op mijn kaart en de envelop deze geweldige digitale stempel van Chris Dark (sketchingstamper) gebruikt. Fuchsia sketch komt uit de set summer flowers. Ik heb de afbeelding op ecru papier geprint en daarna ingekleurd met derwent en caran d'ache potloden. De kaart is ook gemaakt van hetzelfde ecru cardstock. Hierop heb ik een rechthoek geplakt van purper cardstock van papicolor. Ik heb een randpons gebruikt om de sneetjes te maken en hierdoor heb ik het ecru lint geweven.

Last weekend I have made this set: A card with a matching money wallet. On the card and the money wallet I have used this amazing digital stamp from Chris Dark (sketchingstamper). Fuchsia sketch is a digital stamp from the summer flowers. I have printed the image on cream paper and coloured it with derwent and caran d'ache pencils. The card is from the same cream paper. I have used an edge punch to create the holes for the ribbon and threaded a cream ribbon through it.

Het envelopje heb ik gemaakt van papicolor cardstock. Hierop heb ik een stukje ecru papier geplakt dat ik eerst heb geëmbost met de diamonds and dots embossing folder van quickutz. Op de hoekjes van de afbeelding heb ik hotfix steentjes geplakt die perfect bij de kleuren van de afbeelding passen. Op de flap zit een klein strikje van ecru lint. De envelop sluit met een stukje klitteband.

The money wallet was made from papicolor paper. I have added a piece of cream cardstock. I embossed it with the diamonds and dots embossing folder from quickutz. I used hotfix stones in the corner of the image. The color is a perfect match with the colors of the image. I have added a little bow from cream ribbon. I used a piece of velcro to close the wallet.

DU2DS 28 - Christmas card crisis

Goedemorgen allemaal. Vandaag is het weer tijd voor de laatste Dare U 2 Digi Stamp challenge van dit jaar en deze keer hebben we weer een toepasselijke uitdaging voor de tijd van het jaar, namelijk Christmas card crisis. Voor mij een heel toepasselijke challenge want ik moet nog steeds een paar kerstkaarten maken (ja ik weet....ik ben erg laat:) ). Toen ik deze afbeelding van Chris (Sketchingstamper) zag wist ik meteen voor wie ik hem wilde gebruiken. Dit leuke hondje lijkt op de hond die mijn neven en tante vroeger hadden. Smurf was een hele eigenwijze hond met een sterke eigen wil en ik was helemaal gek van hem. Hij luisterde naar niemand behalve naar mij en mijn opa. ;) Deze kaart is dan ook voor mijn neef. Ik heb de afbeelding een beetje veranderd en de strik weggegumd en daarvoor in de plaats heb ik een echte strik gebruikt. De hond heb ik ingekleurd met mijn derwent potloden. Het bot heb ik groen gekleurd en op het bot heb ik het sterretje gestempeld, zodat het net lijkt alsof het bot in een mooi papiertje is verpakt. De tekst heb ik zelf geprint en die vond ik wel passen bij de afbeelding. Ik heb nog een strip rood-wit gestreept papier achter de afbeelding geplakt en daarop heb ik een paar zwarte hotfix stenen geplakt.

Goodmorning everyone. It is time again for our last Dare U 2 Digi Stamp challenge of this year and we have the perfect challenge for this time of the year: Christmas card Crisis. It is the perfect challenge for me, because I still need to make some christmas cards ( I know... I am so behind with everything). When I saw this cute dog from Chris (Sketching Stamper), I knew immediately for who I wanted to use it. This nice dog looks exactly like the dog my aunt and cousins used to have. Smurf was a real pigheaded dog with a strong mind of his own and I was crazy about him. He didn't listen to anyone except to me and my grandfather. ;) So this card will be for my cousin. I changed the image a little bit, because I removed a bit of the bow and used a real ribbon bow insted of it. I have coloured the image with my derwent pencils. I have coloured the big bone in green and stamped some stars on it, so it would look like a nice wrapped present. I have printed the sentiment and I thought it was perfect for this image. I have added a strip of red and white striped paper behind the image and decorated that strip with some black hotfix stones.

Mijn kaarten uit het Hobbyjournaal jaarboek

Hallo allemaal! Dit zijn mijn projectjes die dit jaar in het Hobbyjournaal jaarboek hebben gestaan. Er staan 3 dingen van mij in, dus pas op er volgen veel foto's en veel tekst. lol. Het zijn 3 totaal verschillende dingen geworden. De enige overeenkomst is dat ze allemaal geschikt zijn om geld of een cadeau pasje te geven.

Hi everyone! These are the projects that were published in the yearbook from Hobbyjournaal ( a dutch craft magazine). I made 3 projects for it, so be prepared for a lot of pictures and lots of text. lol My 3 projects are all very different. They have only one thing in common, they are all suitable to gove some money or perfect for a gift card.

Het eerste projectje is een geld envelopje geworden. Met de beschrijving is iets fout gegaan, de tekening die bij pagina 12 hoort is op pagina 64 terechtgekomen. Het envelopje is gemaakt van purper papicolor papier. Daarop heb ik stippenpapier van Nel van Veen geplakt. Ik heb van groen papicolor papier 4 stroken van verschillende breedtes geknipt en langs de onderkant daarvan heb ik geknipt met een scallop schaar. Na het knippen heb ik de scallop randjes beinkt met witte inkt, zodat het sneeuw lijkt. De stroken heb ik aan elkaar geplakt en daarna heb ik er een kerstboompje van gemaakt. De boom is daarna versierd met hotfix steentjes. De tekst komt uit een stempel set van Doe Maar creatief en is uitgesneden met nestabilities.

The first project is a money wallet. The wallet was made from purple papicolor paper. On top of that I used some dotted design paper from Nel van Veen. I cut 4 strips of the green paper. I have cut one edge with scalloped scissors. I inked that edge with white ink so it looks like snow. I glued these strips together and cut a little christmas tree. I decorated my tree with hotfix stones. The sentiment (happy holidays) is from Doe Maar Creatief. I cut it out with the circle nestabilities.

Mijn tweede project is een kaart geworden met binnenin een flap waarin een cadeaupasje kan worden gedaan. De kaart is gemaakt van een hele lange strook papier. Ik heb deze strook beprint met het blauwe design. De geweldige afbeelding die ik heb gebruikt is van mijn blogvriendin Chris Dark (Sketchingstamper). Chris tekent de meest geweldige digitale stempels! Echt de moeite waard om eens een kijkje te nemen! Ik heb de afbeelding in een blauw kader geplaatst en ook de tekst is er in het blauw bij geprint. De afbeelding bluebells heb ik gekleurd met caran d'ache potloden. Met een figuurschaar heb ik een sierrandje aan de blauwe kaart geknipt en daarna heb ik er nog een randje van wit papier tegenaan geplakt. Van wit lint heb ik een klein strikje gemaakt en onder de flap heb ik zelfklevend klitteband geplakt dat dient als sluiting.

My second project is a card/gift wallet. On the inside is room for a gift card. I made the card from a really long strip of white paper. I printed the blue design on it. The amazing image I used is from my blog friend Chris Dark (sketchingstamper). Chris draws really amazing digital stamps! You really must visit her blog! I have printed the image in a blue frame and I added the blue sentiment (congratulations) also. I have coloured the image bluebells with caran d'ache pencils. I used my scalloped scissors again and I also added a white scalloped strip of paper. I made a little bow from white ribbon and I added some velcro, so you can close the gift wallet.

On the inside I made a pocket for a gift card.

En dit is het laatste projectje. Een kaartje met een magnoliaatje erop. Mijn magnoliaatje heb ik gekleurd met distress inkt en peerless paint. Nadat ik haar had ingekleurd heb Ik tilda uitgeknipt. Haar oogjes heb ik gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Op haar wangen heb ik stipjes gezet met een witte gelpen. De basis van mijn kaart is gesneden uit rose doodlebug cs. Hierbovenop heb ik designpapier van doodlebug geplakt. Ik heb twee ovalen gesneden met mijn nestabilities. Onderin de ovalen heb ik een klein gaatje gemaakt met een tang. Uit het rose cardstock heb ik twee mini labeltjes gestanst met de quickutz. Op deze labeltjes heb ik de tekst (van stamping bella) gestempeld. De labeltjes zijn met een zilveren brad aan de ovalen vastgemaakt. Ook heb ik nog wat hotfix steentjes gebruikt als decoratie.

And this is the last project. A card with a magnolia. My magnolia was coloured with distress ink and peerless paint. After I coloured Tilda I cut her out. I coloured her eyes with a black glaze pen and added some dots with a white gelpen. The base of my card is doodlebug cs. On top of it I added doodlebug design paper. I cut the two ovals with my nestabilities. I made a tiny hole in my ovals. The little tags were made with a die from quickutz. I stamped my Stamping Bella sentiment (congratulations) on top of them. I have used a tiny silver brad to attach them to my ovals. I have decorated the ovals with black hotfix stones.

Binnenin de kaart heb ik een klein envelopje geplaatst waarin geld of een cadeau pasje gedaan kan worden. De flap van het envelopje is weer bekleed met het doodlebug design paper. Op de onderkant heb ik een tekst van Doe Maar Creatief geplaatst. Uit het design papier heb ik twee cupcakes geknipt en deze heb ik naast de tekst geplaatst. Ook heb ik een vlak wit papier geplakt met aan de boven- en onderkant een stripje design papier.

On the inside of my card I added a little envelope. I used the doodlebug designpaper again to decorate the envelope. The sentiment (congratulations) was stamped and I cut two cupcakes out and placed the next to the image.

Eén sketch, twee verschillende kaarten.

Gisteravond heb ik deze twee kaartjes gemaakt voor de Sketch Saturday blog. Debbie heeft een geweldige sketch gemaakt en ik vond hem zo leuk dat ik er meteen 2 verschillende kaartjes mee heb gemaakt. Op mijn eerste kaartje heb ik weer een lief gnoompje gebruikt van Norma fickel van Whiff of Joy. Uru and candycane is ingekleurd met derwent potloden. Omdat de afbeelding net iets te groot was voor de ovaal, heb ik haar arm en de candycane nog een keer gestempeld. Ik heb deze ook ingekleurd en daarna heb ik het uitgeknipt en met foamtape bovenop de afbeelding geplakt. Het streepjespapier is van Nel van Veen. Eroverheen heb ik een strip rose papicolor papier geplakt dat ik eerst heb geëmbost met de snowflakes embossingfolder van cuttlebug. Ik heb nog twee randjes groen papier toegevoegd die eerst zijn geknipt met een figgurschaar. Als laatste heb ik nog wat rose hotfix steentjes toegevoegd.

Yesterday I made these two cards for the Sketch Saturday challenge blog. Debbie has designed a great sketch and I loved it so much that I decided to make two different cards. On my first card I used a sweet little gnome from Norma Fickel from Whiff of Joy. Uru and candycane was coloured with derwent pencils. My oval was too little for the image, so I stamped the candycane and Uru's arm again and coloured them. After that cut them out and used foamtape to mount them on the original image. The striped paper is from Nel van Veen. The pink papicolor paper was embossed with the snowflakes embossing folder from cuttlebug. I added two green strips taht were cut with scalloped scissors. The last thing I did was add a few pink hotfix stones.

Mijn tweede kaartje is ondanks dat ik dezelfde sketch heb gebruikt, toch heel anders geworden. Op deze kaart heb ik een afbeelding van mijn vriendin Chris Dark (Sketchingstamper) gebruikt. Ik heb de sweetpeas ingekleurd met caran d'ache potloden. De afbeelding heb ik daarna uitgesneden met de ovalen nestabilities. Op mijn kaart heb ik de blauwe ruitjes achtergrond geprint. Ook hier heb ik weer wat hotfix steentjes gebruikt om de kaart af te maken.

My second card is although I used the same sketch, very different than the first one. On this card I used an image from my friend Chris Dark (sketchingstamper) I have coloured the sweetpeas with caran d'ache pencils. After that I cut the image out with the oval nestabilities. I printed the blue gingham background on my card. And again I used some hotfix stones to finish off the card.

DU2DS - Sketch

Hallo allemaal! Het is weer tijd voor een nieuwe uitdaging van Dare U 2 Digi stamp. Deze week hebben we een sketch en ik heb hem verzonnen. Het was geloof ik niet de makkelijkste sketch, maar toch hebben de anderen van het design team weer geweldige kaarten gemaakt. Kijk maar op het blog! Ik heb mijn kaart gemaakt voor een vriendin om haar uit te nodigen voor een gezellig dagje uit. De leuke afbeelding die ik heb gebruikt is van Chris Dark (Sketching Stamper Digi Stamps) en het is Vicky shops. Vicky is ingekleurd met derwent potloden en na het kleuren heb ik haar uitgeknipt. Ze is met foamtape op het witte vlak geplakt waar ook nog een laagje oranje en zwart papier onder zit. Ik heb van oranje geruit papier dat ik zelf geprint heb 6 vierkantjes gemaakt. Op 2 van de vierkantjes heb ik de tekst geprint. Op de andere vierkantjes heb ik een strikje van zwart satijn lint geplakt. Onder alle vierkantjes heb ik nog een iets groter zwart vierkantje geplakt.

Hi everyone! It is time again for a new challenge from Dare U 2 Digi Stamp. This week we have a sketch that was designed by me. I don't think it was really easy, but my design team buddies made somegreat cards! Please take a look at the blog! I made a card for a friend to invite her for a nice day out. The cute image that I used is from Chris Dark (Sketching Stamper Digi Stamps) and it is called Vicky shops. Vicky was coloured with derwent pencils and after I coloured her I cut her out. I used foamtape to mount her on the white rectangle. I also added an orange and black layer. I cut 6 squares from orange gingham paper that I printed myself. I have printed the sentiment on 2 of the squares. On the 4 other squares I have added a bow from black satin ribbon.

DU2DS 24 - Shaped card

Het is weer vrijdag en dat betekent dat het weer tijd is voor een nieuwe uitdaging op het Dare U 2 Digi stamp blog. Deze week is het de bedoeling om eens een keer geen vierkante of rechthoekige kaart te maken, maar een kaart in een andere vorm. Alles mag zolang er maar een digitale stempel op zit. Ik heb gekozen voor een ronde kaart. De kaart is uitgesneden uit Coredinations papier met de grootste scallop cirkel van de nestabilities. Ik heb de stempel geprint en deze met een kleine cirkel uitgesneden en de zwarte rand is met twee grotere cirkels uitgesneden. De afbeelding die ik heb gebruikt is On the phone van Chris van Sketchingstamper digi-stamps. Op haar blog heeft ze veel geweldige afbeeldingen staan, dus neem vooral eens een kijkje! Ik heb gekleurd met derwent en caran d'ache potloden. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik de streepjeslijnen gezet. De tekst is gemaakt met letterstickers. Met een witte gelpen heb ik langs de randen van de cirkel de streepjes gezet. Ik heb nog twee strikjes van zwart-wit geruit lint toegevoegd. De zwarte cirkel is met foamtape op de kaart geplakt.

It is friday again and that means that we have a new challenge for you at the Dare U 2 Digi Stamp blog. This week we want you to make a shaped card, so that means no squares. Everything else is allowed as long as you use a digital stamp. I have chosen to make a round card. The card was cut out with my largest scallop circle from the nestabilities out if coredinations paper. I printed the image and cut it out with a smaller circle and the black circle was also cut with the nestabilities. The image I used is On the Phone from Chris (Sketching stamper Digi-stamps). Please take a look at her blog, because you find some amazing digi stamps! I coloured the image with derwent and caran d'ache pencils. I added the faux stitching with a black fineliner. The sentiment was written with letter peel offs. I used a white gelpen for some faux stitching on the black circle. I made two bows from black and white gingham ribbon.

DU2DSD 019 - Colourcombo

Het is weer vrijdag en dus weer tijd voor een nieuwe challenge van Dare U 2 Digi Stamp. Deze week hebben we een kleurencombinatie die je moet gebruiken op je kaart en natuurlijk moet er ook een digitale stempel worden gebruikt. De kleuren zijn blauw, groen en wit of ecru. Hopelijk krijgen we weer net zoveel fantastische creaties als vorige week. :) Op mijn kaartje heb ik weer een geweldige afbeelding van Chris Dark gebruikt: Garden anemone. Via zoeken op google kwam ik erachter dat er blauwe anemonen zijn, dus ik heb ze blauw gekleurd. :) Ik heb gekleurd met caran d'ache potloden. Ik heb uit lichtblauw papier een rechthoek gesneden en daar de afbeelding op geplakt. Op een witte kaart heb ik de strepen achtergrond geprint. De tekst is uitgesneden met een ribbon tag van spellbinders. Ik heb een wit satijnen lintje gebruikt om de tag aan te hangen. It is friday again and so it is time for another challenge from Dare U 2 Digi Stamp. This week we have a colourcombination that you have ot use on your card next to a digi stamp. The colours are blue, green and white or cream. . Hopefully we will have as many lovely entries as we had last week! :) On my card I used another lovely image from Chris Dark: Garden anemone. I found out after looking it up on google that there are blue anemones, so I decided to colour mine blue. I used caran d'ache pencils to colour them. I cut a rectangle out of blue paper and attached the image to it. I printed the blue striped background on a white card. The sentiment was cut out with a ribbon tag from Spellbinders. I used a white satin ribbon to attach it to my card. Please come take a look at the blog and see what stunning cards my other design team mates have made.

Cadeautasje

Dit tasje heb ik afgelopen weekend samen met mijn moeder gemaakt. Zij heeft het tasje zelf ontworpen! en ik heb het kleurwerk en de tekstcirkel verzorgd. :) Het tasje is gemaakt van het onwijs leuke stipjes cardstock van Bazzil. Op mijn tasje heb ik een geweldige digitale afbeelding van mijn vriendin Chris Dark gebruikt. Ik heb gekleurd met derwent en caran d'ache potloden. De hoekjes zijn afgerond met een ponsje. De tekstcirkel is in word gemaakt. Ik heb één van de bloemen uit de afbeelding van Chris vergroot. Na het kleuren heb ik hem uitgeknipt en midden in de tekstcirkel geplakt. De tekstcirkel heb ik met nestabilities uitgesneden. Het hengsel van de tas is gemaakt van koordjes die aan een vliegengordijn zaten die ik bij de Xenos heb gekocht. We hebben een paar draadjes genomen en daar een vlechtje van gemaakt. Deze is aan de zijkant van de tas vastgenaaid, zodat hij goed vast blijft zitten.

I made this bag last weekend together with my mum. She designed the bag herself! and I took care of the colouring and the sentiment in the circle. The bag was made of the supercute dotted swiss cardstock from Bazzil. On tha bag I used a very lovely digital image from my friend Chris Dark. I coloured it with derwent and caran d'ache pencils. I used a corner rounder punch for the corners. The sentiment was made in Word. I enlarged one of the flowers from the image of Chris and after I coloured it I cut it out and attached it in the middle of the circle. The sentiment was cut out with the circle nestabilties. I made the handle out of cord. I used a few threads. It was stitched on the side of the bag.

DU2DS 18 - Distressing

Goedemorgen allemaal. Het is weer vrijdag en dus weer tijd voor de nieuwste challenge van Dare U 2 Digi Stamp. Deze week is het de bedoeling dat iets met distressing doet op je kaart. Aangezien ik dit normaal niet zo snel doe. was het dus weer een echte uitdaging voor me, maar het is me toch gelukt. :) Op mijn kaartje heb ik een vrij nieuwe digi van Chris Dark (Sketchingstamper) gebruikt: Butterfly caller. Ik heb de geweldige afbeelding ingekleurd met derwent potloden. De randjes van de afbeelding heb ik bewerkt met een distresser van Heidi Swapp. Daarna heb ik ze ook nog bewerkt met zwart krijt en een sponsje, maar dat is nauwelijks te zien op de foto. In de haren van de fairy en op haar jurk heb ik een paar kristallen hotfix steentjes geplakt. Het donker rose papier is Bazzil bling papier. Daarna heb ik de kaart afgemaakt met wit organza lint.

Goodmorning everyone. It is friday again and so it is time for a new challenge from Dare U 2 Digi Stamp. This week you have to use distressing somewhere on your card. It was a real challenge for me, but I did manage to do some distressing on my card. :) On my card I used a pretty new image from Chris Dark (Sketchingstamper): Butterfly caller. I coloured this amazing image with derwent pencils. I did some distressing on the edges of the image with a distresser from Heidi Swapp. Then I went over the edges with a spunch and black chalk, but you can't see it in the picture. I added some chrystal hotfix stones in the hair and on the dress of the fairy. The dark pink paper is Bazzil bling cardstock. I also used some white organza ribbon on the card.

DU2DS 17 - Sketch

Goedemorgen allemaal! Het is weer vrijdag en dus hebben we weer een nieuwe challenge voor iedereen van Dare U 2 Digi Stamp. Deze week is het een sketch en die heb ik gemaakt. :) Mijn teamgenootjes hebben weer geweldige kaarten gemaakt, dus neem vooral een kijkje op het blog. Ik heb voor mijn kaart een gedeelte van de hele mooie afbeelding poppies van Christine Dark (sketchingstamper) gebruikt. Ik heb de klaprozen ingekleurd met derwent en caran d'ache potloden en daarna heb ik hem uitgesneden met de cirkel nestabilities. Ik wilde op mijn kaart graag stipjes embossen met de swiss dots embossingfolder, maar dat werd een beetje te breed. Dus heb ik de swiss dots al op mijn oude lichtbakje gelegd en toen heb ik de stippen met de hand geëmbost, zodat ik slechts een gedeelte van de mal kon embossen. Het was even een flink karweitje, maar uiteindelijk is het gelukt. :) Het organza lintje past qua kleur perfect bij de rest van de kaart.

This week we have a sketch that I designed. :) My teamies have made some lovely cards, so please take a look at the blog. I used for my card a part of the Poppies image from Christine Dark (Sketchingtamper). I colored the poppies with derwent and caran d'ache pencils and then I cut it out with the circle nestabilities. I wanted to have some embossed dots on my card, but I could not use the swiss dots embossingfolder because it was too large for my card. I used my old light box and the swiss dots folder and embossed them with my stylus by hand. That way I could use part of the folder. It were a lot of dots, but I like the result. The organza ribbon matches really well with the colors of the card.

DU2DS 15 - Pink, black and white.

Hallo allemaal. Het is alweer tijd voor de 15e challenge van DU2DS. Deze keer hebben we een kleurencombinatie die je moet gebruiken op je kaart en natuurlijk een digitale stempel. De kleuren zijn rose, zwart en wit. Een geweldige kleurencombinatie, dus leuk om te doen! Ik heb op mijn kaartje de afbeelding van Vicky van Chris Dark (sketchingstamper) gebruikt. Vicky is gekleurd met potloden. Op haar jurk heb ik met een witte souffle pen de stippen getekend. Daarna is de afbeelding uitgesneden met ovalen nestabilities. Op een witte kaart heb ik de zwarte stippen geprint. Ik heb nog een strip van het rose papier gebruikt en daar de tekst op gestempeld. Deze komt uit de ellie set van stamposaurus. De 3 bloemetjes zijn geponst. In de hartjes heb ik zwarte hotfix steentjes gebruikt.

Hi everyone. Today it is time for the 15th challenge from DU2DS. This time we have a lovely color combination you have to use on your card and a digi stamp offcourse. The colors are pink, black and white. I love these colors, so it was a fun challenge. On my card I used the image of Vicky from Chris Dark (sketchingstamper). I colored Vicky with my pencils. I colored the dots on her dress with a white souffle pen. After that I cut the image out with the oval nestabilities. On a white card I printed the black dots. I used a strip of the pink paper to stamp my sentiment on. This is from the ellie set from stamposaurus. The 3 flowers were made with punches. I used black hotfix stones in the hearts.

DU2DS 14 - Embossing

Goedemorgen allemaal! Vandaag hebben we weer een nieuwe challenge voor jullie bedacht op het DU2DS blog. Deze week is het de bedoeling om ergens op je kaartje te embossen. Voor mijn kaartje heb ik gekozen voor een geweldige afbeelding van Chris Dark (Sketchingstamper): Bluebells. Ik heb de bluebells ingekleurd met derwent en caran d'ache potloden. Omdat ik de afbeelding op zich zelf al heel mooi vind, heb ik mijn kaart verder heel simpel gehouden. Ik heb met de vierkante nestabilities uit stevig papier 3 grote vierkanten gesneden. Deze heb ik als embossing mallen voor het kader gebruikt op de kaart. De kaart is daarna afgemaakt met 4 blauwe cabochons. Goodmorning everyone! Today we have a new challenge for you on the DU2DS blog. This week you have to use embossing (dry or wet) somewhere on your card. I have chosen an amzing image from Chris Dark (Sketchingstamper) for on my card: Bluebells. I have colored the bluebells with derwent and caran d'ache pencils. Because the image is so beautiful, I wanted to keep my card very simple.I cut 3 squares out of cardstock with nestabilities and used them as my embossingtemplate to create the frame. Some blue cabochons were added as decoration. Please take a look at the blog and see all the great creations from the others from the design team!

DU2DS 13 - Kim's sketch

Goedemorgen allemaal. Het is weer tijd voor een nieuwe uitdaging op het Dare U 2 Digi Stamp blog. Deze week heeft Kim een geweldige sketch gemaakt die je moet gebruiken voor je kaartje. Kijk alsjeblieft ook op het blog om de andere geweldige creaties van de rest van het design team te zien. Ik heb een kaart gemaakt waarin je in de binnenkant een cadeaupasje kunt stoppen. Voor mijn kaart heb ik weer de geweldige afbeelding oriental blossom van Chris Dark - Sketchingstamper gebruikt. Ik blijf hem mooi vinden. Ik heb gekleurd met derwent potloden. Ik heb kristallen htofix steentjes geplakt in de hartjes van de bloemen. Deze keer heb ik er paarse bloesem van gemaakt. Ik weet niet of het echt bestaat, maar het staat op mijn kaartje wel mooi. :0 Ik heb op een lange strip wit papier de paarse streepjes geprint. Daarna heb ik de kaart in 3-en gevouwen. Eén stuk is naar binnen gevouwen, nadat ik eerst met een pons de hoeken rond had gemaakt en met dubbelzijdig tape vastgeplakt, zodat er een vakje ontstaat. In dit flapje had ik twee gaten gemaakt waardoor een wit satijn lintje gaat om het kaartje te sluiten. De tekst is gestempeld en is van de Nederlandse Stamping Bella teksten.

Good morning everyone. It is time again for another new challenge on the Dare U 2 Digi Stamp blog. This week we have a fabulous sketch from Kim. Please take a look at the blog to see all the great creations that have been made by the rest of the design team. I made a gift card holder. For my card I used again the Oriental blossom image from Chris Dark – Sketchingstamper. I can’t help it, I just like it very much. I have colored with derwent pencils. I added chrystal hotfix stones to the hearts of the blossoms. This time I made a lilac blossom. I don’t know if there is a lilac blossom, but I do like it on my card. :0 I printed the lilac stripes on a long strip of white paper. Then I folded the strip of paper in 3 parts. One part was folded to the inside of the card. I made the corners round with a punch and after that I used double sided tape to make a pocket. I made some holes and used a white satin ribbon to close the card with a little bow. I stamped the sentiment (congratulations) and it is a Dutch sentiment stamp from Stamping Bella.
