Hallo, voor dag 22 van de advents kalender (klik op het linkje voor alle posts) voor mijn moeder heb ik met mijn Silhouette cameo een leuk doosje gemaakt. Ik heb de Reindeer small candy bar treat box (391541) van Pebbles in my pocket uit kraft papier gesneden. Ik heb het gewei gekleurd met Vintage photo en Ground espresso Distress inkt. Ik heb rode en zwarte enamel dots gebruikt voor de ogen en neus van mijn rendier. Ik heb het getal 22 uit rood papier gestanst met het Classic alphabet (D181201) van Gummiapan en op mijn doosje geplakt.

Hallo, vandaag is dag 19 voor de advents kalender (klik op het linkje voor alle posts) voor mijn moeder. Voor vandaag heb ik met mijn Silhouette cameo het doosje 3D Holly favor bag (71881) van Jamie Lane Designs uit rood en wit gesneden. Het hulstblad heb ik uit wit karton gesneden en daarna heb ik deze gekleurd met Peeled paint en Forest moss Distress inkt. De besjes had ik uit rood karton gesneden en ik heb ze wat extra schaduw gegeven met Aged mahogany Distress inkt. Het label heb ik uit wit karton gesneden en hierop heb ik een tekst gestempeld met de stempelset Christmas sentiment (retired) van Lili of the valley. Ik heb het label op het doosje geplakt en daarna heb ik het hulstblad en de besjes met foamtape op het doosje geplakt. Het getal 19 is uit wit karton gestanst met het Thin alphabet (D190603) van Gummiapan.

Hallo, vandaag op dag 17 heb ik met mijn Silhouette cameo een doosje gesneden voor de advents kalender (klik op het linkje voor alle posts) voor mijn moeder. Ik heb het doosje Box merry christmas window (280895) van Lori Whitlock uit rood karton gesneden. Ik heb achter het venster een plastic sheet geplakt. Met de Holly & pine branches small dies van Leane creatief heb ik vier hulstblaadjes uit wit karton gestanst. Ik heb de blaadjes gekleurd met Twisted citron en Mowed lawn Distress inkt en daarna heb ik ze op het doosje geplakt. Ik heb witte hotfix steentjes als besjes gebruikt. Mijn cadeautje heb ik ingepakt in kraft inpakpapier en daarna heb ik het getal 17 uit zwart karton gestanst met het Classic alphabet (D181201) van Gummiapan en op het cadeautje geplakt.

I have cut the box Box merry christmas window (280895) from Lori Whitlock from red cardstock and I glued a mica sheet behind the window. With the Holly & pine branches small dies from Leane creatief I have cut four holly leaves from white cardstock. I have coloured the holly with Twisted citron and Mowed lawn Distress ink and then I glued them on the box. I used white hotfix gems as berries on the box. I have wrapped my present in kraft wrapping paper. With the Classic alphabet (D181201) from Gummiapan I have cut the number 17 from black cardstock and glued it on the present.

Hallo, voor dag 9 van de advents kalender (klik op het linkje voor alle posts) voor mijn moeder heb ik een leuk rendier doosje gemaakt met de Silhouette cameo. Ik heb de Reindeer treat box (22927) van Pebbles in my pocket uit kraft karton gesneden. Het gewei en de randen van het doosje heb ik extra gekleurd met Walnut stain en Ground espresso Distress inkt. Op de oren en wangen heb ik Kitsch flamingo Distress inkt aangebracht. Uit wit karton heb ik 2 hulstblaadjes gestanst met de Holly & pine branches small dies van Leane creatief en daarna heb ik deze gekleurd met Twisted citron, Mowed lawn en Rustic wilderness Distress inkt. Voor de ogen van het rendier heb ik zwarte hotfix steentjes gebruikt en als besjes heb ik witte hotfix steentjes gebruikt. Met een witte gelpen heb ik wat accentjes op het doosje getekend. Ik heb het getal 9 uit rood karton gestanst met het Thin alphabet (D190603) van Gummiapan.

For the eyes I have used black hotfix gems and for the berries I used white hotfix gems. With a white gelpen I added some details on the box. I have die cut the number 9 from red cardstock with the Thin alphabet (D190603) from Gummiapan and glued it on the box.

Hallo, vandaag post ik weer 2 nieuwe tags die ik heb gemaakt voor mijn december project 24 days of Christmas tags. Deze keer heb ik 2 tags gemaakt met de Silhouette cameo. Ik heb hiervoor het bestand Snowman rosette ornament from Hearthsewn gebruikt. Ik heb dit patroon 2 keer uit wit papier gesneden. Ik heb de hoed, ogen en wortel gekleurd met Distress inkt. Ik heb hiervoor de kleuren Black soot, Candied apple, Lumberjack plaid, Aged mahogany, Bundled sage, Peeled paint, Squeezed lemonade, Dried marigold, Carved pumpkin, Riper persimmon Distress inkt gebruikt. Met mijn Tombow ABT Dual brush markers heb ik nog wat extra details op de wortel en hulstblaadjes getekend. Met witte sticker letters heb ik de namen van mijn neefjes op de rand van de hoed geplakt.  

Hello, today I am posting 2 new tags that I have made for my december project 24 days of Christmas tags. This time I have made my 2 tags with the Silhouette cameo. I have used the file Snowman rosette ornament from Hearthsewn. I have cut all the parts from white cardstock. I have coloured the hat, eyes and carrot with Distress inks. I have used Black soot, Candied apple, Lumberjack plaid, Aged mahogany, Bundled sage, Peeled paint, Squeezed lemonade, Dried marigold, Carved pumpkin, Riper persimmon Distress ink for those. With my Tombow ABT Dual brush markers I added some extra details on the carrot and holly leaves. I have added the names from my nephews on the hat with white sticker letters.

Hallo, vandaag is dag 7 van de advents kalender (klik op het linkje voor alle posts) voor mijn moeder. Vandaag heb ik mijn cadeau dat in een grote doos zit eerst ingepakt in kraft inpakpapier. Met mijn silhouette heb ik daarna het gewei en de neus van een rendier uitgesneden uit wit en rood karton. Ik heb hiervoor het bestand Reindeer with ornaments (167824) van Sarah Bailey gebruikt. Ik heb het gewei gekleurd met Vintage photo, Walnut stain en Ground espresso Distress inkt en de neus heb ik wat extra schaduw gegeven met Aged mahogany Distress inkt. Ik heb de ogen uit wit en zwart karton gestanst met de Crea-nest-lies XXl 41 van Crealies. Ik heb de ogen direct op mijn pakje geplakt en het gewei en de neus heb ik met foamtape op de doos geplakt. De mond is getekend met een zwarte fineliner Het getal 7 is uit wit karton gestanst met de Journaling number dies van Neat and tangled (no longer in business).

With my silhouette I have then cut the antlers and nose from a reindeer from white and red cardstock.  I have used the file Reindeer with ornaments (167824) from Sarah Bailey. I have coloured the antlers with Vintage photo, Walnut stain and Ground espresso Distress ink. I added some extra shadow on the nose with Aged mahogany Distress ink. I have cut the eyes from black and white cardstock with the Crea-nest-lies XXl 41 from Crealies. I have glued the eyes straight on the box and for the antlers and nose I have sed foamtape. The mouth is drawn with a black fineliner. I have cut the number 7 with the Journaling number dies from Neat and tangled (no longer in business).

Ik heb de digitale stempel Holly bear van Amanda Jayne designs geprint en daarna heb ik deze afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Black glaze pen van Sakura en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb de afbeelding met foamtape op het doosje geplakt. Ik heb het doosje versierd met witte stipjes stickers. Het getal 6 is met het Classic alphabet (D181201) van Gummiapan uit wit karton gestanst en op het doosje geplakt.

Daarna heb ik alle onderdelen ingekleurd met Distress inkt en blending kwasten. Ik heb de kleuren Black soot, Twisted citron, Mowed lawn, Rustic wilderness, Barn door, Lumberjack plaid, Aged mahogany, Scattered straw, Wild honey en Spiced marmalade Distress inkt gebruikt. Ik heb de boom daarna in elkaar geplakt en met foamtape op mijn cadeautje geplakt. De nummer 5 is met de Journaling number dies van Neat and tangled (no longer in business) uit wit karton gestanst

Then I have used the Silhouette cameo to cut a cute christmas tree from white cardstock. I have used the file Cute christmas tree (33449) from Studio-ilustrado for the tree. I have coloured the parts of the christmas tree with Distress inks. Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer worden we gesponsord door Rachelle Anne Miller stamps. We willen graag weten of je kaarten met veel of juist weinig lagen maakt. Ik hou niet van hele drukke kaarten, ik probeer juist zo weinig mogelijk lagen te gebruiken, en daarom heb ik voor vandaag zelfs een kaartje met maar één laag gemaakt. Door mijn afbeelding rechtstreeks op de voorkant van de kaart te stempelen en daarna de afbeelding te maskeren, kon ik de kaart toch versieren met behulp van stencils zonder heel veel lagen op mijn kaart te hebben.

Ik heb het grappige katje van de stempelset Party time (2437-CLEM-E) van Impronte d'Autore op de voorkant van een klein wit kaartje gestempeld. Ik heb de afbeelding ook op maskerpapier gestempeld en deze afbeelding heb ik uitgeknipt. Ik heb het katje ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Black glaze pen van Sakura en een witte gelpen. Daarna heb ik een zelfgemaakt cirkel stencil over de afbeelding gelegd nadat ik hier mijn masker overheen heb geplakt. Ik heb de cirkel licht gekleurd met Spun sugar en Picked raspberry Distress inkt. Vervolgens heb ik het Basic spots stencil (retired) van Clearly besotted stamps over mijn cirkel stencil gelegd en daarna heb ik de stippen gekleurd met Picked raspberry Distress inkt. Ik heb een tekst uit de set Party time (2437-CLEM-E) van Impronte d'Autore op mijn kaartje gestempeld. Daarna heb ik de kaart versierd met zwarte hotfix steentjes.

We would love to know if you prefer making flat cards or cards with many layers. I love making simple cards and almost never add many layers on a card. So for today I decided to stamp my image straight on the front of the card, masked it and added some stenciling with distress ink, so I was able to decorate my card without adding many layers. 

I have stamped the funny cat from the stamp set Party time (2437-CLEM-E) from Impronte d'Autore on the front of a little white card. I also stamped the image on masking paper and then I have fussy cut it. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the Black glaze pen from Sakura and a white gelpen. I have masked the image and then I added a handmade circle mask. I ink blended the circle on the card with Spun sugar and Picked raspberry Distress ink. Then I added the Basic spots stencil (retired) from Clearly besotted stamps over the circle mask and ink blended the dots with Picked raspberry Distress ink. I have stamped a sentiment from the set Party time (2437-CLEM-E) from Impronte d'Autore on the card. The card is decorated with black hotfix gems.

A little present for Anja

Hallo, vandaag post ik een cadeautje dat ik heb gemaakt voor mijn inmiddels ex-collega Anja. Met de Silhouette cameo heb ik de Bow sliding box (392630) van Nilmara Quintela gesneden uit wit karton. Het is shadow box waar je 3 Ferrero rocher ballen in kunt doen.  

Hello, today I am posting a present that I have made for my former colleague Anja. With the Silhouette cameo I have cut the Bow sliding box (392630) from Nilmara Quintela from white cardstock. It is a shadowbox that holds three Ferrero rochers balls. 

Ik heb het doosje versierd met een bloem en de naam van Anja. Hiervoor heb ik een vel Florence watercolour paper smooth van Vaessen creative gekleurd met Peeled paint, Shabby shutters, Faded jeans en Prize ribbon Distress inkt dat ik heb vermengd met Iridescent medium van Winsor & Newton. Het papier glittert heel mooi hierdoor. Met de Florals 15 van Elizabeth Craft designs heb ik een mooie bloem met bloemblaadjes uit de verschillende kleuren papier gestanst. Ik heb de bloem op het doosje geplakt en in het midden van de bloem heb ik een witte parel geplakt. Met de Journaling alpha dies van Neat and tangled (no longer in business) heb ik de naam van Anja uit het blauwe glitterpapier gestanst en deze heb ik naast de bloem op het doosje geplakt. 

I have decorated the box with a flower and the name Anja. I have coloured a sheet of Florence watercolour paper smooth from Vaessen creative with Peeled paint, Shabby shutters, Faded jeans and Prize ribbon Distress ink mixed with Iridescent medium from Winsor & Newton. It gives the paper a really glittery look and I love it. With the Florals 15 from Elizabeth Craft designs I have cut the pretty flower and leaves from the different coloured papers. I have glued the flower on the box and added a white pearl in the center. With the Journaling alpha dies from Neat and tangled (no longer in business) I have cut the name Anja and I glued it on the box. 

Bij het doosje heb ik ook een envelopje gemaakt voor een cadeau kaart. Ik heb hiervoor de Graduation gift card holder with belly band (409802) van Paper closet designs uit wit karton gesneden met de Silhouette cameo. Ik heb nog een bloem uit het blauwe en groene glitterpapier gestanst met de Florals 15 van Elizabeth Craft designs en die heb ik op de voorkant van het envelopje geplakt. Ik heb de naam van Anja nogmaals uit het blauwe papier gestanst, maar deze keer met het Lowercase alphabet (retired) van My favorite things. Ik heb de naam binnen in het envelopje geplakt. Het envelopje sluit met een magneet. 

Together with the box I have made a little envelope for a gift card. I have cut the Graduation gift card holder with belly band (409802) from Paper closet designs from white cardstock with the Silhouette cameo. I have cut another from from the blue and green glitter paper with the Florals 15 from Elizabeth Craft designs and glued it on the front of the envelope. I have cut the name Anja again from the blue paper, but this time I used the Lowercase alphabet (retired) from My favorite things. I glued the name on the inside of the envelope. The envelope closes with a little magnet.

Hallo, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog en deze keer wordt onze challenge gesponsord door Rachelle Anne Miller. Deze keer willen we graag weten of je wel of juist niet een tekst op je kaart of project gebruikt. Ik gebruik bijna altijd een tekst op mijn kaarten, omdat ik vind dat een tekst de kaart echt af maakt. Soms als ik nog niet weet voor wie een kaart is, wacht ik nog even met het toevoegen van een tekst en zodra ik weet voor wie en voor welke gelegenheid de kaart is, voeg ik pas dan de tekst toe. 

Deze keer heb ik een doosje gemaakt met mijn Silhouette cameo. Het is de Bow sliding box (392630) van Nilmara Quintela.  Ik heb het doosje gemaakt van rood en wit karton. Ik heb het doosje versierd met een grote tag van de set Tall tags die-namics van My favorite things, die ik uit rood karton heb gestanst. Ik heb witte seam binding aan de tag vastgemaakt en met wit borduurgaren heb ik een strikje rondom het witte seam binding gemaakt. Ik heb de tekst met de Many sentiments coverplate van The ton stamps uit wit karton gestanst en deze heb ik op de tag geplakt. Ik heb de tag met foamtape op het doosje geplakt.

I hardly make any card without a sentiment, because I think my card isn't finished without a sentiment. Sometimes when I don't know for which person I have made my card, I don't add it at that moment, but I wait until I know for which person it is and for what occasion. 

This time I have made a box with the Silhouette cameo. It is the Bow sliding box (392630) from Nilmara Quintela. I have made the box from white and red cardstock. I have decorated the box with a large tag that I have cut from red cardstock with the set Tall tags die-namics from My favorite things. I attached white seambinding on the tag with a little bow from white embroidery thread around it. I have glued a sentiment from the set Many sentiments coverplate from The ton stamps that I have cut from white cardstock. I glued the tag with foamtape on the box. 

Op mijn doosje heb ik de digitale stempel Anniversary bunnies van the Bunny digital stamp bundle van Amanda Jayne designs gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de Black glaze pen van Sakura en een witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt en ik heb deze met foamtape op het doosje geplakt. 

On the box I have used the digital stamp Anniversary bunnies from the Bunny digital stamp bundle from Amanda Jayne designs. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils, the Black glaze pen from Sakura and a white gelpen. I have fussy cut the image and glued it on the box with foamtape.

Clearly besotted - Best fishes

Hallo, ik heb weer een nieuwe kaart gemaakt met mijn Silhouette cameo. Ik heb de kaart versierd met visjes van de stempelset Best fishes (retired) van Clearly besotted. Ik heb de hele kaart gemaakt van parelmoer karton en daar heb ik de afbeeldingen ook op gestempeld. Het papier is niet gemaakt voor alcoholmarkers, maar ik heb er toch voor gekozen om de afbeeldingen in te kleuren met mijn Ohuhu alcohol markers en de Black glaze pen van Sakura. Je kunt nog steeds goed zien dat het parelmoer papier is, zelfs als er overheen is gekleurd. Ik heb de afbeeldingen daarna uitgeknipt. Met de Silhouette cameo heb ik de Pop up card fish (296775) van Lori Whitlock uit het parelmoer karton gesneden. Ik heb de verschillende onderdelen gekleurd met Salvaged patina, Peacock feathers, Bundled sage, Peeled paint, Old paper en Gathered twigs Distress inkt en daarna heb ik de kaart in elkaar geplakt. Ik heb de visjes met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. De luchtbelletjes zitten ook in de stempelset Best fishes (retired) van Clearly besotted en die heb ik op de kaart gestempeld met Distress inkt. Binnen in de kaart heb ik een tekst van de set Best fishes (retired) van Clearly besotted gestempeld. 

Hello, I have made a new card with my Silhouette cameo. I have decorated the card with a couple of fish from the stamp set Best fishes (retired) from Clearly besotted. I have made the whole card from shimmer cardstock and also stamped the images on the shimmer cardstock. The paper is not especially suited for alcohol markers, but I decided to colour the image with my Ohuhu alcohol markers and the Black glaze pen from Sakura. You can see really well that I have used shimmer cardstock even on the coloured parts. I have fussy cut the images. With the Silhouette cameo I have cut the Pop up card fish (296775) from Lori Whitlock from shimmer cardstock. I coloured all the different parts with Salvaged patina, Peacock feathers, Bundled sage, Peeled paint, Old paper and Gathered twigs Distress ink and then I glued them on the card. The little air bubbles are also part of the stamp set Best fishes (retired) from Clearly besotted and I stamped those on the card with Distress inks. Inside the card I have stamped a sentiment from the set Best fishes (retired) from Clearly besotted.

Easter breakfast eggholders

Hallo, vandaag laat ik een leuk projectje zien dat perfect geschikt is voor de ontbijt/lunch tafel tijdens pasen. Ik heb leuke doosjes gemaakt voor een gekookt eitje. Ik heb de doosjes versierd met de schattige kuikentjes van de stempelset Joyful easter van Create a smile stamps. Ik heb de afbeeldingen ingekleurd met mijn Prismacolor premier potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen en daarna heb ik de afbeeldingen uitgeknipt. 

Hello, today I am showing a nice project that I have made for a easter breakfast or lunch. I made nice little boxes that will hold a boiled egg. I have decorated the boxes with the very adorable chicks from the set Joyful easter from Create a smile stamps. I have coloured the images with my Prismacolor premier pencils, the black glaze pen and white gelpen and then I have fussy cut the images. 

Ik heb de doosjes gemaakt met de Silhouette cameo van groen karton. Ik heb nog een grasrandje van groen karton toegevoegd.

I have made the boxes with the Silhouette cameo from green cardstock. I added an extra grass border from green cardstock.

Ik heb uit wit karton een ei gestanst met de Nellie's multi frame dies - Straight easter egg (MFD089) van Nellie Snellen voor de voorkant van de doosjes. Ik heb hierop met het Micro cloud edges stencil (retired) van My favorite things en Peacock feathers Distress inkt een wolkenachtergrond gemaakt. Ik heb voor het gras nog een keer de stansen uit de set Nellie's multi frame dies - Straight easter egg (MFD089) van Nellie Snellen gebruikt. Het gras is gekleurd met Twisted citron en Mowed lawn Distress inkt. Ik heb de afbeeldingen met foamtape op de eieren geplakt en daarna heb ik de eieren op de voorkanten van de doosjes geplakt. 

I have cut a couple of eggs from white cardstock with the Nellie's multi frame dies - Straight easter egg (MFD089) from Nellie Snellen for the front of the boxes. I made a background on them with the Micro cloud edges stencil (retired) from My favorite things and Peacock feathers Distress ink. For the grass I used the Nellie's multi frame dies - Straight easter egg (MFD089) from Nellie Snellen again. I have coloured the grass with Twisted citron and Mowed lawn Distress ink. I glued the images with foamtape on the eggs and then I glued them on the front of the boxes.
