Fairytale challenge 153 - Monsters

Goedemorgen, vandaag begint de nieuwe challenge op het Fairytale challenge blog. Deze keer is de challenge Monsters. De perfecte kans om eens een foto van mezelf te gebruiken toen ik mijn vleermuis vliegles aan het geven was. ;) Hihi Ben ik ontzettend knap? ;)
Dit grappige monstertje is de afbeelding Little monster & bat van Dilly beans designs. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik glossy accents op de ogen aangebracht. Daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Op een witte kaart heb ik een laag oranje papier geplakt en daarna zwart Honeycomb papier van Pink petticoat. Daarna heb ik nog een strip oranje papier opgeplakt en daarop heb ik stiklijntjes getekend met een zwarte pen. De tekst van de set Gone batty van Taylored expressions heb ik op oranje papier gestempeld en daarna in een bannervorm uitgesneden. Ook hier heb ik stiklijntjes op gemaakt met de zwarte pen.

Goodmorning, today the new challenge starts on the Fairytale challenge blog. This time our challenge is Monsters. The perfect oppurtunity to use my own photo from when I was learning my bat to fly. ;) Hihi. Aren't I really pretty? ;)
This cute monster is the image Little monster & bat from Dilly beans designs. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I have fussy cut the image. On a white card I adhered a layer of orange cardstock and then some black Honeycomb paper from Pink petticoat. I added a strip of orange cardstock and I added faux stitching on it with a black pen. The sentiment from the set Gone batty from Taylored expressions is stamped on orange cardstock and then I cut it into a bannershape. Again I added faux stitching. 

Binnen in de kaart heb ik nog een stukje zwart Honeycomb papier van Pink petticoat geplakt. Ik heb nog een andere tekst van de Gone batty set van Taylored expressions op oranje papier gestempeld en deze heb ik op het design papier geplakt.

Inside the card I glued another piece of the black Honeycomb paper from Pink petticoat. On top of it I adhered orange cardstock on which I stamped another sentiment from the set Gone batty from Taylored expressions

Fairytale challenge - Use bookpaper or newspaper

Goedemorgen, vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het Fairytale challenge blog. Deze keer is de challenge om ergens op je kaartje papier uit een krant of een boek te verwerken. 

Ik heb op mijn kaartje de afbeelding Cinnamon set van Dilly Beans stamps gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Op de strik van het meisje heb ik stippen getekend met een witte molotov marker. Met zwarte enamel van Ranger heb ik het pareltje op de strik gemaakt. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgeknipt en daarna heb ik haar op een stuk boekenpapier geplakt. Ik heb het boekenpapier uitgesneden met de rechthoekige nestabilities. Uit rood papier heb ik nog een rechthoekig frame gesneden dat ik boven op het boekenpapier heb geplakt. op het frame en rondom de afbeelding heb ik nog een aantal zwarte pareltjes geplakt. Met de layered rose dienamic die van My favorite things heb ik 2 bloemen gemaakt. De randen van de bloemen heb ik bewerkt met zwarte inkt en in het midden van de bloem. In het midden van de bloem heb ik een rode brad gebruikt. De tekst krijg je samen met nog wat andere teksten bij de afbeelding.

Goodmorning, today a new challenge begins on the Fairytale challenge blog. This week the challenge is to use a newspaper or a page from a book on your card. 

On my card I have used the image Cinnamon set from Dillys Bean stamps. I have coloured the girl with my pencils and a black glaze pen. I have added dots with a white molotov marker on the bow and the black pearl was made with black enamel from Ranger. I have cut the image out and then I adhered on a page of a book. I have cut the bookpaper with the rectangle nestabilities. I have cut a frame from red paper with the rectangle nestabilities and adhered that on top of the bookpaper. I decorated the frame with a few pearls and I also added a couple of pearls next to the image. I have cut 2 flowers from the bookpaper with the Layered rose dienamic die from My favorite things. I inked the edges of the flower with black ink and I added a red brad to the centre of the flower. . The sentiment comes together with a couple of other sentiments when yiu buy the image.

Fairytale challenge - Banners

Goedemorgen, vandaag is het weer tijd voor een nieuwe challenge van het Fairytale challenge blog. De challenge deze week is vlaggetjes, gebruik een afbeelding met vlaggetjes of maak een vlaggetjes, wat je maar wil.
Eigenlijk was ik van plan om een serie echte vlaggetjes te maken, maar toen ik op zoek was naar een geschikte afbeelding hiervoor kwam ik deze afbeelding van Dilly beans stamps tegen en die was natuurlijk ook perfect voor de challenge. Deze afbeelding is 508- Amalia's joy banner van Dilly beans stamps. Het is eigenlijk een kerststempel en dus heb ik dan ook meteen mijn eerste kerstkaart van dit jaar gemaakt. Het is wat...begint het eindelijk een beetje lekker weer te worden, ga ik een kerstkaart maken. ;) Ik heb Amalia ingekleurd met mijn potloden en haar ogen heb ik gekleurd met de zwarte glaze pen. Haar jurkje heb ik daarna ook nog eens gekleurd met een clear glitter pen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met de deckled nestabilities en daarna heb ik nog een kader rondom de afbeelding getekend met een zwarte fineliner. Op een witte kaart heb ik rood-wit stipjes papier geplakt, nadat ik er eerst een wit lintje omheen gebonden heb. De tekst heb ik op de computer gemaakt. Als laatste heb ik de kaart versierd met wat witte hotfix steentjes.

Goodmorning, today a new challenge starts at the Fairytale challenge blog. The challenge this week is banners, use an image with a banner on it or make a large banner or whatever you want. 
I was actually planning to make a large banner and when I was looking for a perfect image in my files when I found this cute image from Dilly beans stamps and it is perfect for this challenge. The image is 508 - Amalia's joy banner from Dilly beans stamps. It is a christmas image, so I decided to make my first christmas card this year. At the moment we finally get some sunny days over here, I decided to start making christmas cards..lol ;) I have coloured Amalia with my pencils and her eyes are coloured with a black glaze pen. I also coloured her dress with a clear glitter pen. I have cut the image out with the deckled nestabilities and then I added a frame with a black pen. I added red and white dotted paper on a white card after I wrapped a white ribbon around it. The sentimen is made with the computer. Then I decorated the card with a couple of hotfix gems.
