Creative inspirations challenge - Anything goes

Goedemorgen, vandaag mag ik gast zijn bij de Creative inspirations challenge, want Stampfairy sponsort hun challenge. De challenge is heel makkelijk, namelijk Anything goes, dus je mag doen wat je wil. 

Ik heb een halloweenkaartje gemaakt met één van de afbeeldingen uit de Halloween kids 1 collectie van Stampfairy. Ik heb de afbeelding gekleurd met mijn potloden en voor de ogen en de neus van het kindje heb ik een zwarte glaze pen gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Voor mijn kaart heb ik allemaal cirkels in verschillende maten uitgesneden uit verschillende zwarte en oranje design papiertjes. Op de oranje cirkels heb ik met een gelpen een stklijntje getekend. Op een aantal cirkels heb ik zwarte hotfix steentjes geplakt. Op de gestreepte cirkel rechts heb ik een spinnenweb gestempeld met een stempel uit de Bugs and hisses stempelset van There she goes clear stamps. De tekst is op de kaart geprint en ik heb langs de randen van de kaart stiklijntjes getekend.

I have made a halloween card with one of the images from the Halloween kids 1 collection from Stampfairy. I have coloured the image with my pencils and I used a black glaze pen for her eyes and nose. The image is cut out. I cut a lot of circles in different sizes from orange and black design paper. I have drawn faux stitching lines on the orange circles. I adhered a couple of black hotfix gems on the circles. On the striped cirle I stamped a spiderweb from the Bugs and hisses stampset from There she goes clear stamps. The sentiment is printed on a white card.

Tiddly Inks - Monstrous party and Trick or treat Wryns

Goedemorgen, vandaag worden er weer een aantal nieuwe Tiddly Inks stempels uitgebracht en daar heb ik twee kaartjes mee gemaakt. De afbeeldingen zijn Monstrous party en Trick or treat Wryns.

Goodmorning, today a couple of new Tiddly inks digital stamps will be released and I made two cards with them. The images are Monstrous party and Trick or treat Wryns.

Het eerste kaartje is gemaakt met Monstrous party, echt perfect voor een heel vrolijk verjaardagskaartje. Ik wilde er een heel fleurig kaartje van maken. Ik heb de afbeelding geprint en daarna heb ik de afbeelding op wat design papier geprint. Ik heb daarna de monsters allemaal uitgeknipt en weer op elkaar geplakt. Toen vond ik nog wat leuke wiebeloogjes en die heb ik op de monsters geplakt. Op de ballon heb ik eerst glossy accents gedaan en daarna heb ik er glitter op gestrooid. De zwarte achtergrond is van Pink petticoat van de Sprinkled with twinkles collectie. Met de silhouette heb ik een heuveltje gesneden waar de monster op kunnen staan. Met een fineliner heb ik een stiklijntje op de heuvel getekend. De tekst is gestempeld met de Big greetings stempelset van My favorite things.

The first card is made with the image Monstrous party, so perfect for a birthdaycard. I wanted to make a colorfullcard. I printed the image and then I printed the image on some different design papers. I cut all off them out and adhered them on top of each other. I added glossy accents on the balloon and then sprayed some glitter on it. I found some cute wobbly eyes and glued them on the monsters. The black background is from Pink petticoat from the Sprinkled with twinkles collection. I have cut a little hill with the silhouette. With a black pen I added some faux stitching. The sentiment is stamped with a sentiment from the Big greetings stamp set from My favorite things.

Het tweede kaartje is gemaakt met de afbeelding Trick or treat Wryns. Zoals gewoonlijk heb ik de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn potloden. Rondom de afbeelding heb ik gekleurd met panpastel in de kleur Phtalo blue tint. Langs de randen van de afbeelding heb ik een stiklijntje getekend. De tekst is geprint en daarna gestanst met de Mini tabs foursome dienamic die van My favorite things. Als basis heb ik een kraft kaart genomen en daar heb ik stiklijntjes op getekend. 

The second card is made with the inage Trick or treat Wryns. As usual I colored the image with my pencils. I colored around the image with the Phtalo blue tint panpastel. I have added some lines with faux stitching. The sentiment is printed and then I diecut it with the Mini tabs foursome dienamic die from My favorite things. I used a kraft card and I have drawn some faux stitching lines on it.

Saturated canary whitchkeys

Goedemorgen, hier ben ik weer met nog een Saturated canary kaartje. Deze keer heb ik een clean en simpel kaartje gemaakt met de afbeelding Witchkeys van Saturated canary. Omdat de afbeelding uit 3 meisjes bestaat, wilde ik hem niet te klein maken, zodat de details allemaal wegvallen dus ik heb hem vrij groot gelaten en direct op mijn kaart geprint. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn potloden. Ik wilde eens niet alleen maar traditionele halloween kleuren gebruiken, dus ik heb gekozen voor een blauw en roze heksje. De Onder de heksen heb ik gekleurd met grijs panpastel krijt in de kleur Neutral grey tint. De tekst is ook op de kaart geprint. Ik heb met een fineliner een kader rondom de kaart getekend. Daarna heb ik nog een aantal zwarte hotfix steentjes in de hoek van de kaart geplakt.

Goodmorning, here I am again with a Saturated canary card. This time a very clean and simple card with the image Witchkeys from Saturated canary. Because the image has 3 girls on it, I didn't want to make the image  very small, because then you will loss some of the details. So I decided to use a quite large image and print it direct on my card. I have colored the image with my pencils. I decided to used some non-traditional halloween colors, so I colored a blue and pink witch. Under the image I colored with a grey panpastel, in the color Neutral grey tint. The sentiment is also printed on the card. I used a fineliner to draw a frame on the card. Then I added a couple of hotfix gems in the corner.

Annette's birthday card

Goedemorgen, gisteren was mijn Stampfairy  DT vriendin Annette jarig en natuurlijk heb ik haar een kaartje gestuurd. Nadat zij laatst op haar blog een kaartje met een afbeelding van Saturated canary had geplaatst, gaf ik toe dat ik ook wat van deze afbeeldingen heb, maar dat ik een beetje geïntimideerd ben door de afbeeldingen. Ze hebben zoveel details! Ik kreeg van Annette het bevel om er een kaartje mee te maken, dus  dat heb ik toen maar gedaan. Ik zou niet willen dat ze boos wordt op me. ;)

Op mijn kaartje heb ik de afbeelding Ellie's birthday van Saturated canary gebruikt, de perfecte afbeelding voor een kaartje voor Annette. ;) Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn potloden en rondom de afbeelding heb ik gekleurd met blauw krijt. Op de ballonnen heb ik gekleurd met een clear glitter pen van Sakura. Daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgesneden met de nestabilities labels 8. Op de afbeelding heb ik daarna nog een aantal mini kristallen hotfix steentjes geplakt. De tekst heb ik geprint op geel papier en daarna heb ik er een kader omheen getekend met een zwarte pen. Ik heb ze uitgeknipt en met foamtape op mijn kaart geplakt. Het designpapier komt uit de Springtime paperpad van Echo Park. Ik heb er een wit lintje omheen gebonden. Daarna heb ik nog een aantal zwarte hotfix steentjes opgeplakt. 

Goodmorning, yesterday it was my Stampfairy DT friend Annette's birthday and I have sent her this card. She posted a card a while ago with a Saturated canary image and then I told her that I also have some of these images, but that I am intimidated by the images. There are so many details on them, I am just scared to color them. Annette told me I had to make a card with them, so I did. I wouldn't want her to get angry with me! ;)

On my card I used the image Ellie's birthday from Saturated canary, the perfect image for a card for Annette. ;) I have colored the image with my pencils and I colored around the image with clue chalk. The balloons are colored with a clear glitter pen from Sakura. Then I cut the image out with the nestabilities labels 8. I adhered a couple of mini hotx chrystal gems on the image. The sentiment is printed on yellow paper. I have drawn a frame around the words with a black pen and cut them out and adhered them on the card with foamtape. The design paper I used is from the Sprintime paperpad from Echo Park. I wrapped a white ribbon around it.  Then I added some more black hotfix gems.

Stampfairy - Donny winter 2

Goedemorgen! Het is vrijdag en dat betekent dat er weer een nieuwe Stampfairy collectie is! Deze week wordt de Donny winter 2 collectie uitgebracht. Je kunt DAAR meteen ook een hele leuke freebie van een sneeuwster vinden. Toen ik deze sneeuwster zag staan, wist ik meteen dat ik daar wat mee wilde doen. Ik heb de afbeelding gebruikt om met de silhouette een grote sneeuwster uit te snijden waar ik de afbeelding op kon plakken. Voor de sneeuwster heb ik papier gebruikt uit de collectie Tis the season van Pink Petticoat. Daarna heb ik met een zwarte fineliner een stiklijn langs de randen van de sneeuwster getekend. Ik heb een gaatje geponst in de sneeuwster en daar heb ik een wit lintje doorheen gebonden, zodat de sneeuwster ook opgehangen kan worden. 

Goodmorning! It is friday again and that means that it is time for a new Stampfairy collection. This week the Donny winter 2 collection will be released. You can find a lovely freebie together with the COLLECTION. When I saw the snowflake I knew I wanted to create something with it. I loaded the image in the Silhouette design program and used it to cut a giant snowflake. I used paper from the Tis the season collection from Pink Petticoat. I added a stich line on the sides of the snowflake with a black fineliner. I punched a little hole in the top of the snowflake and threaded a white ribbon through it. This way you can hang the snowflake.

De afbeelding heb ik ingekleurd met mijn potloden. Barry's ogen en neus zijn eerst gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik er ook nog glossy accents op aangebracht. Verder heb ik heel veel glitter gebruikt. Ik heb met een wit draadje ook nog een klein strikje op de muts van Donny aangebracht.

The image is colored with pencils. Barry's eyes and nose are first colored with the black glaze pen and then I added glossy accents. I used lots of glitter on the image. And as a little finishing touch I added a tiny bow on Dony's hat.

Als versiering heb ik twee witte knoopjes gebruikt, ik heb hier rood scrappersfloss doorheen gebonden.

I decorated the snowflake with some white buttons, I threaded them with red scrappersfloss.

De tekst is gestempeld met een stempel uit de Merry & bright stempelset van CC. Designs. Ik heb de afbeelding op rood papier geplakt.

The sentiment is stamped with a stamp from the Merry & bright collection from CC. Designs. I adhered the sentiment on red paper.

Bovenaan de sneeuwster waar het lint is bevestigd, heb ik nog een strik van wit lint en een strik van het rode scrappersfloss geplakt.

On top of the snowflake where I adhered the ribbon, I added two bow from the white ribbon and the red scrappersfloss.

Fab 'n funky challenge - No designer papers

Goedemorgen, vandaag ben ik gast bij de Fab 'n funky challenge, omdat hun challenge deze week wordt gesponsord door Stampfairy. De challenge deze week is om geen design papier te gebruiken. 

Ik heb een kaartje gemaakt voor de verjaardag van een klein jongetje. Voorop de kaart heb ik een plastic cup gebruikt en daarin zitten een aantal chocolade voetballetjes. Ik kon dan natuurlijk niets anders doen dan afbeeldingen uit de Barry soccer collectie gebruiken. Ik heb de afbeelding gekleurd met mijn potloden en voor de ogen en neus van Barry heb ik een zwarte glaze pen gebruikt. Daarna heb ik glossy accents aangebracht op Barry's neus en ook op zijn voetbal. Ik heb als basis een blauwe kaart gebruikt en daarop heb ik een wit paneel geplakt. Rondom het gat voor de plastic cup heb ik nog een randje blauw papier geplakt. De tekst is geprint en daarna geponst met de scalloped tag punch van Martha Stewart. Langs de randen van de kaart heb ik een stiklijntje getekend met een zwarte fineliner.

Goodmorning, today I am a guest at the Fab 'n funky challenge, because Stampfairy is sponsoring their challenge this week. For this weeks challenges you are not allowed to use designer papers. 

I decided to make a birthdaycard for a little boy. I used a plastic cup and filled it with chocolate footballs. So I had to use images from the Barry soccer collection. I have colored the image with my pencils and I used a black glaze pen for the eyes and nose. I added glossy accents on Barry's nose and ball. I used a blue card and adhered a panel of white paper on top of it. Around the cup I added a tiny blue circle frame. The sentiment is printed and punched with the scalloped tag punch from Martha Stewart. I have used a black pen to add faux stitching.

Ik wilde voorkomen dat de kaart helemaal vernield moest worden om bij de chocolaatjes te komen. Dus ik heb een gat in de voorkant van de kaart gemaakt. Ik heb de witte laag papier met foamtape opgeplakt en ik heb een ruimte vrijgehouden voor een tag, die je van de zijkant voor het vak kunt schuiven. Op deze manier kan het vakje afgesloten worden en ook heel makkelijk geopend.

I wanted to prevent that the whole card had to be ruined, if you wanted to eat the choccies. So I made an aperture in the front of the card. The white panel is adhered on the card with foamtape and I left some place where you could slide a tag between the two layers. This way the cup can easily be closed and opened up.

Ik heb de tag versierd met een andere afbeelding uit de Barry soccer collectie van Stampfairy. Deze heb ik op de blauwe tag geprint en daarna heb ik wat accentjes aangebracht met een versamark pen, zodat delen van die afbeelding wat donkerder worden. 

I decorated the tag with another image from the Barry soccer collection from Stampfairy. I printed it on a blue tag and then I added some accents to the image with a versamark pen. That way some parts of the image are a bit darker.

Ik heb de afbeelding zodanig geplaatst dat hij recht achter de cup zit, zodat je hem mooi kunt zien als de cup leeg is.

I printed the image, so that is placed in the middle of the cup. That way you can see it when the cup is empty.

Tiddly Inks challenge - Fall and new Wryn images!!!

Goedemorgen, het is weer tijd voor een nieuwe Tiddly Inks challenge en deze week is de challenge om een herfstkaartje te maken. Aangezien Halloween ook in de herfst valt heb ik besloten om een halloween kaartje te maken. Gewoon omdat ik het zo leuk vind en omdat Christy zulke leuke halloween afbeeldingen heeft in de Tiddly Inks shop. ;)

Ik heb op mijn kaartje gewerkt met de afbeelding Candy avenger. Ik heb haar ingekleurd met potloden en haar ogen zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Voor de achtergrond van de kaart werd ik geïnspireerd door deze kaart van Vicky. De achtergrond met de paarse en rode inkt is zo lekker spookachtig, dus dat effect wilde ik ook. Aangezien ik niet in het bezit ben van de herfstkleuren van distress inkt, heb ik maar wat kleuren uit mijn eigen inktvoorraad genomen. Voor het rood heb ik de kleur chili powder van Jenni Bowlin gebruikt. Voor het paars heb ik purple van Vivid gebruikt, maar omdat die kleur wat te licht werd ben ik daar ook nog eens overheen gegaan met smokey gray van versafine. En toen was het de perfecte achtergrond voor een halloween kaartje, wat mij betreft. Het haunted house is uitgesneden met de silhouette. De tekst heb ik geprint. Daarna heb ik met een zwarte fineliner kadertjes rondom de woorden getekend en daarna heb ik ze allemaal uitgeknipt en met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. 

Goodmorning, it is time again for a new Tiddly Inks challenge and this week we have a fall challenge. Since halloween  is celebrated in the fall season, I decided to make a halloween card. Because I love to make them and because Christy has so many awesome halloween images in the Tiddly Inks shop. ;)

I have used the image Candy avenger on my card. I have colored her with my pencils and her eyes are colored with a black glaze pen. The image was cut out. I was inspired by this card from Vicky for the background of my card. The background with the red and purple is so spooky, the effect I wanted. I don't own the fall colors distress ink, so I had to use colors from my own stash. For the red I used Chili powder ink from Jenni Bowlin, the purple is Vivid purple. Because I didn't like that color I went over it with smokey gray from Versafine. And then I had the perfect background for my halloween card. The haunted house is cut with the silhouette. I printed the sentiment. I have drawn frames around the words and then I cut them out and adhered them on the card with foamtape.

Mijn tweede kaartje van vandaag is gemaakt met één van de nieuwe Tiddly Inks stempels. Ze zijn allemaal weer zo leuk! Ik heb op mijn kaartje Winter Wryn and snowman gebruikt. Ik wilde een kaartje maken zonder laagjes en daarbij wilde ik dan een blauwe achtergrond op de kaart maken met inkt. Ik heb op een vel print papier een stuk zelfklevend papier van de V&D geplakt. Dit is net zoiets als masking paper, maar dan een stukje goedkoper. Daarna heb ik met de silhouette een masker voor de voorkant van de kaart uitgesneden. Dit heb ik op de voorkant van mijn kaart geplakt. Daarna heb ik de afbeelding ook op het maskerpapier geprint en de afbeelding daarna uitgeknipt en over de afbeelding op de kaart geplakt. Met de distress tool van Ranger en Soap powder inkt van Jenni Bowlin heb ik daarna de blauwe achtergrond gemaakt. Omdat kerstkaartjes altijd lekker mogen glimmen en glinsteren van mij, heb ik daarna de kaart bespoten met dazzling diamonds glimmermist. Ik heb met een witte gelpen een aantal eenvoudige sneeuwvlokjes getekend en daarna heb ik de maskers weggehaald. De afbeelding is gekleurd met potloden en voor de ogen en knopen van de sneeuwman en Wryn heb ik de zwarte glaze pen gebruikt. Daarna heb ik nog heel veel glitter aangebracht op de sneeuwman en op de kleren van Wryn. Als je op de foto klikt wordt de foto vergroot en is de glitter beter te zien. 

My second card of today is made with one of the snew Tiddly Inks stamps. They are all so cute! I have used the image Winter Wryn and snowman. I wanted to make a one layer card with a blue background. I adhered a sheet of maskingpaper on top of normal print paper. Then I used the silhouette to cut a mask for the front of my card. I also printed the image on the masking paper and cut it out. I adhered the mask and image mask on my card and then I used the distress tool from Ranger together with soap powder blue ink from Jenni Bowlin to make the background. Because I love lots of shimmer and glitter on a christmas cards I decided to use my dazzling diamonds glimmermist while I still had the masks on my card. I have drawn a few simple snowflakes with a white gelpen. Then I removed all the masks and colored the image with my pencils. I used a black glaze pen to color Wryn'eyes and the eyes and buttons on the snowman. Then I added lots of glitter on the snowman and Wryn. You can see it really well when you click on the picture to enlarge it.

Incy wincy challenge - Bears, bears, bears

Goedemorgen, vandaag mocht ik als gast een kaartje maken voor de laatste Incy wincy challenge. Deze week wordt hun challenge gesponsord door Stampfairy. De challenge is heel toepasselijk, want die is bears, bears, bears. Een vrij makkelijke challenge dus, want je hoeft alleen maar een beer op je kaartje te gebruiken. 

Ik heb een kaartje gemaakt met een afbeelding uit de Toby - Love notes collectie. Ik Toby extra groot geprint op mijn kaart zodat die goed opvalt. Ik heb net zoals ik op mijn kaartje voor HJ 91 heb gedaan. een stuk van de voorkant van de kaart afgesneden.Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik een kader op de voorkant van de kaart getekend. De tekst is gemaakt met quickutz phoebe alfabet.

Goodmorning, today I was allowed to be a guest at the Incy wincy challenge. Their challenge is this week sponsored by Stampfairy. It is a perfect challenge, with the theme Bears, bears, bears. Really easy, because the only thing you have to do, is use a bear on your card. 

I made a card with an image from the Toby Love notes collection. I printed Toby in the front of the card . I cut part of the front of the card of, just like I did on one of my cards in this post. I added a frame with a black fineliner. The sentiment is made with the phoebe alphabet from quickutz.

Ik heb hamerslag papier gebruikt voor mijn kaart en daardoor kreeg Toby een hele mooi vacht nadat ik hem had ingekleurd met mijn potloden. De neus en ogen zijn eerst gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik glossy accents op Toby's neus aangebracht. Ik heb de stropdas van Toby gepaperpieced. 

I used hammered paper and that gave a real nice effect  on Toby's fur when I was done coloring him with my pencils. The eyes and nose are colored with a black glaze pen and then I added glossy accents on Toby's nose. I paperpieced Toby's tie

Penny Black halloween kaartje

Goedemorgen, vandaag laat ik een simpel halloween kaartje zien dat ik afgelopen week heb gemaakt. Ik heb hiervoor de stempelset Spooky van Penny Black gebruikt. Op een wit paneel heb ik het vleermuisje uit die set een aantal keer gestempeld. Ik heb de vleermuisjes ingekleurd met mijn potloden. Daarna heb ik een stiklijntje rondom getekend met een zwarte fineliner. De afbeelding heb ik op zwart papier geplakt en dit geheel heb ik op een oranje kaart geplakt. Op een strip oranje papier heb ik de tekst gestempeld en heb ik weer stiklijntjes getekend. Daarna heb ik de kaart afgemaakt met 2 zwarte knopen.

Goodmorning, today I am showing you a simple halloween card, that I made last week. I used the Penny Black clear stamp set Spooky on my card. I stamped the little bat from the set several times on a white panel. I colored the bats with my pencils. Then I added faux stitching with a black pen. The white panel is adhered on black paper and then I adhered everything on an orange card. I stamped the sentiment on a strip of orange paper. I finished the card with 2 black buttons.

Kaartjes uit HJ 91

Hallo! Ook deze maand mocht ik weer een aantal kaartjes voor de nieuwe Hobbyjournaal maken en deze keer werd me gevraagd om met de kerstcollectie van Boofle te werken. De stempels zijn erg leuk en er zitten ook leuke kleinere stempels bij. Ik vind ze alleen best groot, normaal maak ik nooit zulke grote kaarten, maar toch is het gelukt om er een aantal kaartjes mee te maken. :) Het design papier is ook erg leuk, hele leuke motiefjes, echt een aanrader dus!

Hello! I was asked again to make a couple of cards for the Dutch magazine Hobbyjournaal and this time I was send a package with the Boofle christmas collection. I love  the stamps, there are a lot of nice small accessory stamps. I was only intimedated with the size of the stamps, they are quite large. Normally my cards aren't that large, but I managed to make some cards wiht them. :) The design paper is really fabulous, lots of great patterns!

Ik ben helemaal gek van deze schotse ruit. die gaan jullie zeker nog terugzien! De pinguins zijn erg schattig, ik heb hun mutsjes gepaperpieced. Het randje van Crealies is zo leuk

En als laatste mijn favoriete kaart uit deze serie. Ik vind de gepaperpiecede boompjes zo leuk overkomen en ook de sjaal van het rendier is leuk geworden.
