Tiddly Inks challenge - Goodbye summer

Goedemorgen allemaal! Vandaag hebben we weer een nieuwe Tiddly Inks challenge voor jullie en deze week nemen we afscheid van de zomer. :( Volgens mij hebben wij al eind juli afscheid van de zomer genomen met al die regen in augustus. LOL. Ik heb gekozen voor deze leuke digi Fun in the sun nap omdat deze voor mij echt voor de zomer staat: heerlijk lezen in de tuin in de zomer. Ik heb de afbeelding geprint zodat hij net zo breed is als mijn kaart. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn derwent potloden en de hangmat heb ik gepaperpieced met doodlebug papier. Ik heb een paar van de bloemen nog eens extra geprint en deze heb ik met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding op een stukje donkerblauw papier geplakt en met een witte gelpen heb ik stiklijntjes getekend op de donkerblauwe randen. Daaronder zit weer een stuke rose papier. De randen daarvan zijn geknipt met een figuurschaar. Als basis heb ik een donkerblauwe kaart genomen en langs de randen heb ik met een witte gelpen een stiklijntje getekend. De tekst is gestempeld met een tekststempel van Stamping Bella en daarna heb ik de tekst uitgeponst met de Stampin Up word window punch. De bloem is gemaakt met een retro punch en daarop heb ik een wit knoopje geplakt waar ik rose scrappersflos doorheen heb gedaan. Als laatste heb ik nog wat witte hotfixjes onder de afbeelding geplakt en twee zwarte hotfixjes op de afbeelding. Met dit kaartje wil ik meedoen aan een challenge: Bij de Cupcake craft challenge willen ze dat je iets digitaals op je kaartje gebruikt.

Goodmorning everyone! Today we have a new Tiddly Inks challenge for you and this week we are saying goodbye to summer. :( I think us dutchies already said goodbye to the summer at the end of july, after that we had a lot of rain. LOL I have chosen for this really fun digi Fun in the sun nap because it is so typical for summer: Reading in the garden with a great book. I have coloured the image with derwent pencils and the hammock was paperpieced with doodlebug paper. I printed a couple of the flowers extra and cut them all out and used foamtape to attach them to the image. I glued the image on a piece of darkblue paper and I used a white gelpen to draw faux stitching on the edges. The pink paper was cut with shaped scissors to create a scallop border. I used a dark blue card and on the edges I made the faux stitching with my white fineliner. The sentiment (big hug) is a stamp from Stamping Bella and I punched it with the Stampin Up word window punch. The flower was made with a retro punch and I added a white button with pink scrappers floss. The last thing I did was add a couple of white hotfixes under the image and a couple of black ones on the image. I want to enter this card in a challenge: At Cupcake craft challenges they want you to go digital.

Mijn kaarten uit HJ 66

Ook deze maand heb ik weer 2 kaartjes gemaakt voor de nieuwe HJ 66 en aangezien hij sinds volgende week al weer te koop is, kan ik nu ook de foto's plaatsen op mijn blog.

This month I was asked again to make some cards for the new Hobbyjournaal 66 and because the magazine is for sale since last week, I can post my cards here.

De eerste kaart is een clean and simple kaart die is gemaakt met de vlinder mal van Joy crafts. Van wit papier heb ik 3 vierkantjes gesneden en daar heb ik de vlinder 3 keer uit gestanst en deze vierkantjes zijn daarna geëmbost met de swiss dots embossing folder van cuttlebug. Het blauwe papier is een digitale download van Pink Petticoat. Met kristallen hotfix steentjes heb ik lijfjes gemaakt voor de vlinders.

The first card is a clean and simple card that was made with the butterfly die from Joy crafts. I have cut 3 squares from white cardstock and I have cut the butterfly out of them and then I embossed the squares with the swiss dots embossing folder. The blue paper is a download from Pink Petticoat. I used chrystal hotfix stones to give the butterflies a body.

Het tweede kaartje is een swing kaartje. De beschrijving hiervan kun je in de HJ vinden of op Splitcoaststampers. :) Hij was niet makkelijk om te fotograveren, dus ik heb maar een aantal foto's geplaatst, zodat het hopelijk duidelijk wordt. Als de kaart dicht is zie je de afbeelding op de voorkant en zodra je hem open vouwt draait de afbeelding om en verschijnt het vlak waar je je persoonlijke boodschap op kunt schrijven.

The second card is a swing card. If you want to know how you make this card you have to buy the new HJ or you can find it on Splitcoaststampers. :) It wasn't easy to make a picture of this card, so I made a couple of them and I hope this way it will become clear what kind of card it is. If the card is closed the image is on the front of the card and when you open the card, the image turns around and you find a space to write your personal message.

Zo ziet de kaart er dus uit als hij helemaal dicht gevouwen is. De afbeeldingen die ik heb gebruikt zijn van Stampendous van de clear stempelset Changito baker. Ik heb de afbeeldingen gekleurd met derwent potloden. De ogen van Changito zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Het design papier is van Doodlebug. De tekst is een stempeltje van Papermania en ik heb het geponst met de scalloped tag pons van Martha Stewart. De knoopjes zijn gemaakt met een die van Quickutz.

This is what de card looks likes when it completely closed. The images that I used are from Stampendous from the clear stamp set Changito baker. I have coloured the images with my derwent pencils. I have coloured Changito's eyes with a black glaze pen. The design paper is from Doodlebug. The sentiment is from a clear stamp set from Papermania and I punched it with the scalloped tag punch from Martha Stewart. The buttons were made with a die from quickutz.

Zo ziet de kaart eruit als hij is opgevouwen. Op de rand van het vlak heb ik een taartje gestempeld en deze heb ik ook nog eens los gestempeld en ter hoogte van  het halve taartje geplakt op het voorvlak van de kaart. Zo is het taartje altijd helemaal zichtbaar ook al is de kaart open of dicht.

This is what the card looks like when it is opened completely. I stamped a pie on the edge of the message side and stamped another pie on a seperate piece of paper. I placed the pie on the same place on the front panel of the card. That way the pie is always visible.

 

En ziet het eruit als de kaart helemaal opengevouwen is.

Softpencil - Michu and the big flowers

Goedemorgen allemaal, vandaag weer een Softpencil kaartje. Deze week moest het design team werken met de afbeelding Michu and the big flowers en daar heb ik dit kaartje mee gemaakt. Ik heb Michu ingekleurd met derwent potloden en met blauwe chalk en een eigengemaakt wolken patroon heb ik de wolkjes op de achtergrond gemaakt. De sketch die ik gevolgd heb is een "oudje" van de Tuesday Morning sketchers. Het papier voor mijn kaart komt uit een cardkit die ik een tijd geleden van mijn vriendin Angela heb gekregen. Echt heerlijke zomerse kleurtjes. Uit de strip streepjes papier heb ik met de cirkel nestabilities een scallop cirkel gesneden. Onder het streepjes papier zit een laag van het ruby red papier en hieruit heb ik de rechte cirkel gesneden. Langs de randen van het rode karton heb ik ook nog geknipt met een scalloped figuurschaar. De tekst komt uit een setje van Elzybells en ik vond hem perfect bij de afbeelding passen. Ik heb de strik gemaakt van So saffron twill van Stampin up, echt heerlijk lint om mee te werken! Bovenin de kaart heb ik nog 2 rode brads gebruikt die ook in de cardkit van Angela zaten.

Goodmorning everyone, today a new softpencil card for you. This week the design team had to work with the image Michu and the big flowers and this is my card. I have coloured Michu with my derwent pencils and I used blue chalk and a selfmade cloud pattern to create the clouds in his background.  I followed an "old" sketch from the Tuesday morning sketchers. The paper I used on my card is from a cardkit that I got from my friend Angela. Really lovely summer colours! I used the circle nestabilities to cut a scallopped circle out of the striped paper. I cut a straight circle out of the ruby red paper that is under the striped paper. With scallopd scissors I cut the scallops on the top and bottom of the red paper. The sentiment is from a clear stamp set from Elzybells and it matches perfect with this image. I made the big bow from So saffron twill from Stampin up, really gorgeous ribbon to work with! I also added 2 red brads that were also in Angela's cardkit.

Softpencil halloween projecten

Goedemiddag! Vorige week zijn er weer allemaal nieuwe halloween afbeeldingen in de Softpencil shop geplaatst en Elizabeth heeft verder ook nog een aantal nieuwe producten geplaatst, zoals Halloween clipart (al gekleurde halloween afbeeldingen) en ook nog halloween printable papers, ofwel design papier wat je zelf kunt printen. Vandaag laat ik wat projectjes zien die ik er mee gemaakt heb.

Hello! Last week a lot of new halloween images were posted in the Softpencil shop and Elizabeth also added a couple of new products, like a halloween clipart set and printable halloween papers. Today I am going to show you some projects that I made with these new products.

Dit kaartje is gemaakt met één van de afbeeldingen uit de Halloween clipart set en dit is Michu and his enchanted house. Ik heb de afbeelding 2 keer geprint. De eerste afbeelding heb ik helemaal uitgeknipt en op een stukje wit linnen papier geplakt waar ik eerst de tekst op heb geprint. Langs de randen van het witte vlak heb ik met een zwarte fineliner een stiklijntje getekend. Van de tweede afbeelding heb ik alleen het spookje uitgeknipt en dit heb ik met foamtape bovenop het eerste spookje geplakt.

This card is made with one of the images from the Halloween clipart set and this is Michu and his enchanted house. I have printed the image twice. The first image was cut out totally and I glued it on a piece of linen paper. I made some faux stitching with a black fineliner. From the second image I cut the ghost out and I used foamtape to adhere it on top of the other ghost.

Dit tweede kaartje is gemaakt met de halloween digital papers en clipart set. Ik heb een stuk van het geruite papier geprint en dit op een zwarte kaart geplakt. Hier bovenop heb ik weer een stukje zwart papier geplakt. Langs de randen heb ik met een witte fineliner een stiklijntje getekend. Het zwarte vlak is geëmbost met de snowflakes embossing folder van cuttlebug. De tekst heb ik geprint en met de stampin up word window punch uitgeponst en toen heb ik één van de ronde kanten er af gesneden. Ik heb 2 vleermuisjes geprint in verschillende maten en deze heb ik met foamtape op het zwarte vlak geplakt.

This is the second card and I made it with the halloween digital paper en clipart set. I printed the plaid paper and adhered it on a black card. On top of that I adhered another piece of black paper. I did faux stitching on the edges with a white fineliner. The black piece was embossed with the snowflake embossing folder from cuttlebug. The sentiment was printed and I used the Stampin Up word window punch ot punch it out. I cut one of the round sides off. I printed the little bats in 2 different sizes and I used foamtape to adhere them on the card.

Als laatste heb ik een klein tasje gemaakt waar ik lekker snoepjes in heb gedaan. Het tasje is gemaakt van zwart karton en uit de voorkant heb ik met de nestabilities labels one een gat gesneden. Rondom dit gat heb ik gedoodled met een witte gelpen. Ik heb achter het gat een stukje mica geplakt. De afbeelding komt uit de Halloween clipart set en dit is Michu is flying on a broomstick. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgeknipt en op het tasje geplakt. In de zijkanten van het tasje heb ik twee gaten gemaakt en daar heb ik een zwart-wit gestreept lintje doorheen gedaan. Het tasje is verder nog versierd met witte sterretjes.

The last thing I made is a little bag for some nice candy. The bag was made from black cardstock. I cut a hole out of the front with the nestabilities labels one. I doodled with a white fineliner on the edges of the hole. Behind it I adhered a piece of mica. The image is from the Halloween clipart set and this is Michu is flying on a broomstick. I cut the image out and attached it to the bag. I made two holes in the sides of the bag and used a black and white striped ribbon for the handle. The bag was decorated with little white stars.

Tiddly Inks 18 - Back to school

Goedemorgen! Vandaag hebben we alweer de 18e challenge voor jullie van Tiddly Inks en deze week is het thema Back to school. Christy is héél druk geweest en heeft heel veel geweldige afbeeldingen aan de Tiddly Inks shop toegevoegd. Dus neem een kijkje en we zouden het helemaal geweldig vinden als je gezellig mee zou doen aan deze challenge! Goodmorning! Today we are starting with already the 18th challenge of Tiddly Inks and this week the theme is Back to school. Christy has been very busy and added lots and lots of cute new images in the Tiddly Inks shop. So please take a look and we would love it if you would join our challenge! En dit is dan mijn projectje voor deze week. Ik vond het leuk om een klein back to school cadeautje te maken voor een iets ouder meisje en daar vond ik deze afbeelding Stand out in a crowd perfect voor. Ik heb een pakje kauwgom ingepakt en zo heb je een leuk klein cadeautje. Ik heb het mapje gemaakt van wit karton waarop ik zwart-wit gestipt papier heb geplakt. Het zwarte papier glanst een beetje, maar dat is helaas niet goed te zien op de foto. Ik heb het meisje ingekleurd met mijn potloden. Op de afbeelding heb ik met een fineliner wimpers getekend en haar ogen zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgeknipt en met foamtape heb ik de afbeelding op het mapje geplakt. De tekst komt uit een clear stempelset van Elzybells: Every day greetings. Ik heb de tekst uitgestanst met de ronde nestabilities en ik heb een randje van de cirkel afgesneden. Ik heb twee kleine bloemetjes geponst met de retro ponsen en in het hart heb ik zwarte hotfix steentjes geplakt.

And this is my project for this week. I thought it would be fun to make a little back to school present for a bit older girl and I think this new image: Stand out in a crowd is perfect for it. I made a chewing gum holder and that way you have a nice present. I made the gum holder from white cardstock and on top of that I added black and white dotted paper. It has a little shine, but unfortunately you can't see that on the picture. I have coloured the girl with my pencils. I gave her eye lashes with a black fineliner and I coloured her eyes with a black glaze pen. I have cut the image out and I used foamtape to adhere it on the gum holder. The sentiment is a stamp from a clear stamp set from Elzybells: Every day greetings. I used the circle nestabilities to cut it out and I cut one edge of the circle. I punched 2 flowers with the retropunches and added a black hotfix stone in the heart.

Ik heb rose lintjes onder het stippen papier geplakt en zo kan het mapje aan de zijkant gesloten worden met een strikje.

I glued two pieces of pink ribbon under the dotted paper and that wat you can close the gumholder on the side with a bow.

Ik heb het pakje kauwgom verpakt in zwart papier en hierop heb ik zwart-wit gestreept papier geplakt. Met het Olivia alfabet van quickutz heb ik de tekst just for you gemaakt. Aan de linkerzijde heb ik ook nog het zwart-wit gestipte papier geplakt en hierop heb ik ook weer 3 bloemen geplakt. Ik heb de afbeelding ook nog eens geprint in een iets groter formaat, zodat alleen het hoofd uitgesneden kon worden met de ronde nestabilities.

I wrapped my package of chewing gum in black paper and added some black and white striped paper on top of it. I made the sentiment with the olivia alphabet from quickutz. On the left side of the gum holder I used the black and white dotted paper again and again I added a couple of pink flowers. I printed the image again and I cut it out with the circle nestabilities after I coloured it.

Verjaardagskaartjes voor Ashley en Quinty.

Morgen wordt de tweeling van een vriendin van mij alweer 2 kaar en natuurlijk heb ik voor beide dames een kaartje gemaakt. Ik heb ervoor gekozen om verschillende soorten kaartjes te maken, namelijk een easelcard en een stepcard. De afbeeldingen die ik heb gebruikt zijn van Pink Cat Studio, Itty bitty Betty ladybug en butterfly. Het easelkaartje is voor Quinty gemaakt. Hier zit zit de digi Itty bitty betty ladybug op. Ik heb de sketch van de Lili of the Valley challenge gevolgd voor mijn kaartje.

Tomorrow will my friend's twins celebrate their second birthday and I had to make a card for both of them. I have chosen to make two different kinds of cards, an easelcard and a stepcard. The images I used are from Pink Cat Studio, Itty bitty betty ladybug and butterfly. I made the easelcard for Quinty and Itty bitty betty ladybug was added on it. I followed the sketch of Lili of the valley for my card.

Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn potloden. Met blauwe chalk heb ik een wolkjesachtergrond getekend. De ogen van het meisje zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen en met een witte souffle pen heb ik de witte stippen op de wangen getekend. De zwarte stippen zijn ingekleurd met een pitch black copic spica pen. De afbeelding is uitgesneden met de rechthoekige nestabilities. Onder de afbeelding heb ik een dubbele strik van wit lint gehangen en daar hangt een klein labeltje aan.

I have coloured the image with my pencils. I used blue chalk to add the clouds in the backgorund. The eyes of the girl are coloured with a black glaze pen and I used a white souffle pen to draw the dots on the cheeks of the girl. The black dots on her clothes are coloured with a pitch black spica glitter pen. The image is cut out with the rectangle nestabilities. I added a double bow from white ribbon under the image and I attached a little tag to the bow.

Met de Nellie Snellen floral ponsen 1 heb ik de grote bloem gemaakt en deze is bespoten met pearl glimmer mist. Ik heb het stukje rose papier met de 2 geprint en deze 2 is met een klein bloemetje uitgeponst en midden op de bloem gehangen. De naam Quinty is met het phoebe alfabet van quickutz gemaakt.

I used the Nellie Snellie floral punches 1 for the large flower and I sprayed on it with pearl glimmermist. I printed the piece of pink paper with the 2 and punched it out with a small flower punch. I added this flower in the middle of the large flower. The name Quinty was made with the phoebe alphabet from quickutz.

Het stepkaartje is gemaakt voor Ashley en ik heb hiervoor dezelfde kleuren als voor de kaart van Quinty gebruikt. Ik moest deze foto alleen binnen nemen en dus ziet hij er niet hetzelfde uit. Ik heb grotendeels dezelfde materialen gebruikt. Het rose bloemetjes papier is van Pink Petticoat.

The stepcard was made for Ashley and I used the same colours as on the card for Quinty. I had to take my picture unside so the colours look different. I used the same materials as I used on the first card. The pink flower paper is from Pink Petticoat.

Tiddly Inks 17 - Movie madness

Goedemorgen allemaal! Er is alweer een week voorbij en we zijn alweer toe aan een nieuwe challenge van Tiddly Inks. Deze week willen graag dat je je laat inspireren door een (zomer)film. Ik heb niet zo lang geleden de film PS I love you gekeken en door deze film heb ik mij laten inspireren. Ik heb de titel van de film een beetje verwerkt in mijn kaartje, ik heb hem alleen iets aangepast in een titel die ik perfect bij deze afbeelding vond passen. Ik heb één van de nieuwe afbeeldingen uit de Tiddly Inks shop gebruikt. Dit is één van de geweldige Lilly beans en om precies te zijn, is dit All my heart - Lilly Bean. Ik heb Lilly eerst geprint en ingekleurd en daarna heb ik het hart nog eens geprint op rood stipjes papier en het armpje heb ik ook nog eens extra geprint. Het hart heb ik ds gepaperpiect en daarna heb ik het armpje er weer bovenop geplakt, dat was nog een lekker prutswerkje want het is een heeeeeeeeel dun armpje. :) Ik heb de afbeelding daarna helemaal uitgeknipt en ze is met foamtape op een zwarte kaart geplakt. Ik heb Lilly's ogen gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Op de voorkant van de kaart heb ik met het phoebe alfabet van quickutz de tekst pssst gemaakt. Met een ponsje heb ik allemaal kleine rode hartjes gemaakt en deze heb ik rondom Lilly op de kaart geplakt. Op alle hartjes en achter de tekst heb ik kleine chrystallen hotfix steentjes geplakt. Met een witte gelpen heb ik onder alle hartjes een stipjessliertje getekend.

Goodmorning everyone! Another week has past and it is already time for a new challenge from Tiddly Inks. This week we want you to get inspired by your favorite (summer)movie. I watched the fabulous movie PS I love you not so long ago and that was the movie I used for my inspiration. I have used the title of the movie on my card, the only thing is that I changed it a bit because I thought this was perfect for my image. I have used one of the new images from the Tiddly Inks shop. This is one of the new amazing Lilly bean images and to be exact this is All my heart - Lilly Bean. I first Printed Lilly and coloured her with my derwent pencils. Then I printed the heart again on red dotted paper and I also printed the arm again. After the paper piecing I cut the image out and I used foamtape to mount it on my black card. I coloured Lilly's eyes with a black glaze pen. I added the first part of the sentiment on the front of the card. I used a little heart punch to create all the tiny red hearts and I added a chrystal hotfix stone on each of them and after the sentiment. I used a white gelpen to to draw the white dotted swirls under each heart.

En dit is de binnenkant van mijn kaartje. Op de een of andere manier wilde die foto niet goed lukken en lijkt hij heel grijs terwijl de kaart aan de binnenkant net zo zwart is als aan de buitenkant. Binnenin heb ik de rest van de tekst geplakt. Deze is gemaakt met het phoebe alfabet van quickutz. En ook hier heb ik weer een paar hartjes geplakt.

Hopelijk worden jullie net zo geinspireerd door een film en doe je gezellig mee, want dan maak je kans op een tegoedbon voor de Tiddly Inks shop!

And this is the inside of my card. My picture is really horrible. The card looks so grey, but in real it is the same black colour as the outside. I added the last part of the sentiment on the inside. I used the phoebe alphabet from quickutz for it. And again I added a couple of the hearts.

A birthday card for Lissa

Dit is een kaartje en cadeautje dat ik al een hele tijd geleden heb gemaakt voor de verjaardag van Lissa, één van de Tiddly Inkers. Ik kwam er achter dat ik hem nooit op mijn blog heb gepost en daarom doe ik dat vandaag. :)

This is a card and a little present that I made a while ago for my friend Lissa, she is also a Tiddly Inker. I found out that I never posted it on my blog, so I am going to show it now. :)

Dit is het kaartje. De lieve stempel die ik heb gebruikt is een hanglar meisje en ik heb haar ingekleurd met mijn potloden. Haar ogen zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Daarna heb ik de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Met behulp van Word heb ik de tekstcirkel gemaakt en deze heb ik daarna uitgesneden met mijn nestabilities. Langs de randjes heb ik met een zwarte fineliner een stiklijntje getekend. Ook op de cirkel middenin heb ik dit stiklijntje getekend. Het strawberry fool cardstock van Elzybells is geëmbost met een vierkante swiss dots embossing folder van Crafts-too. Met de floral punches 1 van Nellie Snellen heb ik de bloemen gemaakt. Ik heb ze bespoten met pearl glimmermist en in het midden heb ik een pareltje geplakt.

This is the card that I made . The sweet stamp I used is a girl from Hanglar and I coloured her with my pencils. Her eyes were coloured with a black glaze pen and then I cut the image out. I made the text circle with the help of the program Word and then I cut it out with the circle nestabilities. I used a black fineliner to draw faux stitching on the edges of the circle. The strawberry fool cardstock from Elzybells was embossed with a square swiss dots embossing folder from Crafts-too. I used the floral punches1 from Nellie Snellen to create the flowers. I sprayed on them with pearl glimmermist and I added a pearl.

Samen met de kaart heb ik een zakje met stempelafdrukjes gegeven. Ik heb hiervoor een cellofaan zakje genomen en met de nestabilities labels eight heb ik een label voor bovenaan het zakje gemaakt, Langs de randen heb ik een stiklijntje getekend met een witte fineliner. Ik heb nog een ander Hanlgar meisje gestempeld en ingekleurd met derwent potloden. De ogen van het meisje zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen.

Together with the card I have given her a big with stamped images. I used a plastic bag for it and I made a label for it with the nestabilities labels eight. I have added faux stitching on the edge of the label with a white fineliner. I stamped another Hanglar girl and coloured her with derwent pencils. I coloured her eyes with a black glaze pen.

Tiddly Inks - Owl always love you

Hallo! Gisteravond heb ik dit kaartje gemaakt met deze geinige digi Who loves you uit de Tiddly Inks shop. Toen ik hem zag wist ik al meteen wat ik met de stempel wilde doen, want ik vond de layout van dit geweldige kaartje van mijn vriendin Angela perfect voor dit kaartje! Ik heb de digi gekleurd met mijn derwent potloden en de pupillen van de uil zijn gekleurd met een zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding op uitgesneden en daarna gemat op een stukje rood karton. De tekst heb geprint en daarna uitgesneden met mijn ronde nestabilities. Rondom de afbeelding heb ik een zwart-wit gestreept lintje gedaan. Om de kaart af te maken heb ik 2 witte hotfix steentjes opgeplakt. 

Hello! Yesterday evening I made this card with the funny digi Who loves you from the Tiddly Inks shop. When I saw it, I immediately knew what I was going to do with this digi. I thought the layout of this fabulous card from my friend Angela was perfect for this image! I have coloured the image with derwent pencils and the pupils of the owl were coloured with a black glaze pen. Then I cut the image out and matted it on a piece of red cs. The sentiment was printed and cut out with the circle nestabilities. I added a black and white striped ribbon and to finish my card off I added 2 white hotfix stones.

Omdat ik een zwarte kaart heb gebruikt heb ik de binnenkant van mijn kaart ook versierd zodat je er gewoon in kunt schrijven. Ik heb de uil en een hartje uit de boom gehaald en deze samen met een zwart kader geprint en dat binnenin de kaart geplakt. Ook hier heb ik de afbeelding weer gekleurd met derwent potloden en een zwarte glaze pen.

Because I used a black card, I decorated the inside of my card, so you can write in it. I used the owl and one of the hearts from the tree and printed those on a black frame that I made and glued this inside my card. I coloured the image again with derwent pencils and a black glaze pen.

DU2DS 44 - Blooms and charms

Goedemiddag! Ik ben behoorlijk vergeetachtig geloof ik, want nu ben ik weer bijna mijn kaartje voor de nieuwste challenge  van Dare U 2 Digi stamp vergeten te posten op mijn blog. :( Deze keer hebben we weer een erg leuke challenge, we willen namelijk graag bloemetjes en een charm op je kaart zien. De anderen van het design team hebben weer geweldige kaarten gemaakt, dus kom even kijken op het blog en we zouden het erg leuk vinden als je meedoet!

Op mijn kaart heb ik deze geweldige lieve afbeelding van Mo Manning: Strawberry girl gebruikt. Het meisje heb ik ingekleurd met mijn derwent potloden. Ze is geprint op het witte vierkant. Rondom het meisje heb ik gestempeld met de petit strawberry stempel van Elzybells. Met mijn nestabilities heb ik uit groen papier het kader gesneden en dit is met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb met een witte gelpen stipjes getekend op het kader. De charm die ik heb gebruitk is een aardbei die ik bij Whiff of Joy heb gekocht, zo perfect voor deze afbeelding! Ik heb de charm aan het kader gehangen met een strikje van wit lint. Langs de randen van het witte vierkant heb ik een stiklijntje getekend met een zwarte fineliner. De kaart zelf is gemaakt van rood karton.

I think I am a a bit forgetful, because again I almost forgot to post a card, this time it is my card for the Dare U 2 Digistamp challenge. :( This week we have a really fun challenge, we want you to use blooms and charms on your card or other porject that you are making. The others from the design team have made amazing creations, so please come take a look at the challenge blog and we would love it if you joined our challenge!

I have use this very sweet image from Mo Manning: strawberry girl on my card. I have coloured the girl with my derwent pencils. She was printed on the white square. Around the image I have stamped with the petit strawberry stamp from Elzybells. I made the green frame with the my nestabilities. I used a white gelpen to draw te dots on it. The charm I used is a cute strawberry from Whiff of joy. The charm was attached to the frame with a white ribbon. I used a black fineliner to do the faux stitching on the edges of the white square. The card is made from red cardstock.
