Di's digi stamps - Happy easter

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik weer een nieuw paasdoosje op mijn blog. Deze keer heb ik met de silhouette uit paars karton de Scalloped top tie box van Lori Whitlock gesneden. Echt een leuk doosje om een klein cadeautje in te geven zoals lekker chocolade paaseitjes. ;). Ik heb het doosje gesloten met gele bakerstwine. Uit wit karton heb ik een kleine tag gestanst met de Stitched tiny tags van My favorite things en hierop heb ik een tekst van de stempelset Cottontail cuties van Neat & tangled gestempeld. Ik heb aan de tag een strikje van gele bakerstwine gebonden en daarna heb ik deze op het doosje geplakt.

Goodmorning, today I am posting a new easter box on my blog. This time I used the silhouette to cut the Scalloped top tie box from Lori Whitlock from purple cardstock. It is a really lovely box to give a little present like these chocolate eggs. ;) I have closed the box with yellow bakerstwine. From white cardstock I cut a little tag with the Stitched tiny tags from My favorite things. I stamped a sentiment from the stamp set Cottontail cuties from Neat & tangled on the tag and tied a bow from yellow bakerstwine and then I adhered the tag on the box.

Op het doosje heb ik de afbeelding Chicks in a basket van Di's digi stamps gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Op de paarse strikken heb ik stippen getekend met een witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeelding vervolgens uitgeknipt. Op het witte karton heb ik met Blue breeze inkt van My favorite things een achtergrond gemaakt en daarna heb ik de afbeelding op het doosje geplakt.

On the box I used the image Chicks in a basket from Di's digi stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I coloured little dots on the purple bows with a white gelpen. Then I fussy cut the image. On the white cardstock I made abackground for the image with Blue breeze ink from My favorite things and then I adhered the image on the box.

Christmas card - A cupboard full of seasonal cuties

Goedemorgen, eigenlijk had ik afgelopen zondag alweer een nieuw kerstkaartje willen plaatsen, maar ik had er geen gemaakt. Gisteren had ik wel tijd om een nieuw kerstkaartje te maken, zodat ik in december al een lekker voorraadje heb.
Deze keer heb ik een kaartje gemaakt met de stempel A cupboard full of seasonal cuties van Your next stamp. Ik heb de afbeelding samen met de tekst op wit linnen karton gestempeld en daarna heb ik de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb rondom de afbeelding gekleurd met een lichtblauw en bruin Derwent aquatone potlood. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 50 van Crealies. Uit wit linnen karton heb ik een scalloped vierkant gesneden met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 54 van Crealies. Deze vierkanten heb ik daarna samen op een witte kaart geplakt.

Goodmorning, I actually wanted to post on last Sunday a new christmas card on my blog, but I hadn't made one. Yesterday I did have time to make a christmas card, so I hope I will have a nice stash in december. 
This time I made a card with the stamp A cupboard full of seasonal cuties from Your next stamp. I stamped this image together with the sentiment on white cardstock with a linen structure. I coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I coloured around the image with a blue and brown Derwent aquatone pencil. I have cut the image out with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 50 from Crealies. I have cut a scalloped square with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 54 from Crealies from white cardstock. I adhered both squares together on a white card.

Goedemorgen, vandaag post ik een paasprojectje. Ik heb met de silhouette een doosje uitgesneden voor pasen. Op het doosje heb ik de afbeelding Easter bunnies wagon van Di's digi stamps. Zoals altijd heb ik de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden, de zwarte glaze pen en een witte gelpen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgeknipt. Ik heb met de silhouette uit wit karton de Gable box with bow van Lori Whitlock gesneden. Uit roze streepjes papier van het Proper pinstripes paperpack van My favorite things heb ik de strik gesneden. Ik heb verder de versiering van het doosje heel simpel gehouden. Ik heb alleen onder op het doosje nog een stripje van het roze design papier geplakt.

With the silhouette I cut the Gable box with bow from Lori Whitlock from white cardstock. I have cut the bow from pink striped design paper from the Proper pinstripes paperpack from My favorite things. I didn't add much decoration on my box. The only thing I did was add a little strip of the striped design paper on the bottom of the box.

Goodmorning, this is day 30 from the 30-day colouring challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin. It is already the last day from the 30-day colouring challenge. It has been really fun and although the challenge is over now: I will keep colouring. ;)

Op deze donderdag begint er alweer een nieuwe challenge op het In the pink challenge blog. Deze keer willen we graag lentebloemen op je kaartje zien. Ik heb niet zoveel verstand van bloemen en planten en weet dus niet of dit wel een echte lente bloem is. ;)
De afbeelding die ik heb gebruikt is Hey ho, hey mice van Di's digi stamps. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en deze daarna uitgeknipt. Het gele hartje van de bloem is ook nog gekleurd met de Clear Spectrum noir sparkle pen. Uit roze stipjespapier uit het Hearts & stripes valentines paperpad van Echo park heb ik een rechthoek gesneden met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 44 van Crealies. Ik heb hier een wit lintje omheen gebonden en het daarna op een witte kaart geplakt. De tekst komt uit de set Geniet (KJ1701) van Marianne design. De set is helaas uitverkocht waar ik hem heb gekocht en ik kan dus geen linkje plaatsen. 

On this Thursday a new challenge starts on the In the pink challenge blog and this time we want to see Spring flowers. I don't know much about plants and flowers, so I am not sure if this is a real Spring flower. ;)

I coloured the yellow heart of the flower with a Clear Spectrum noir sparkle pen. From pink dotted paper from the Hearts & stripes valentines paperpad from Echo park I cut a rectangle with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 44 from Crealies. I tied a white ribbon around it and then I adhered it on a white card. The sentiment (Flowers for you) is from the stamp set Geniet (KJ1701) from Marianne design. The set is sold out at the moment, so I don't have a link.

Fairytale challenge 165 - Cards with animals

Goodmorning, this is day 28 from the 30-day colouring challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin.

Vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het Fairytale challenge blog en deze keer willen we graag kaartjes met dieren erop zien. Nou daar houd ik wel van, dus ik vind de challenge leuk!
Vandaag post ik een paaskaart die ik vorig jaar al heb gemaakt. Ik wilde toen nog perse deze afbeelding van Teddy bo inkleuren, maar dat was al op tweede paasdag, dus ik heb de kaart toen niet meer gepost en dat doe ik dus maar nu. :o).
De afbeelding die ik heb gebruikt is Teddy Bea 028 from Teddy bo. Inmiddels is de afbeelding iets aangepast ten opzichte die van mij. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn potloden en de zwarte glaze pen en daarna heb ik deze uitgeknipt. Op een kraft kaart heb ik een stukje paars chevron papier geplakt en daarna heb ik hierop een stuk kraft papier geplakt met foamtape. Op het kraft papier heb ik een stiklijntje getekend met een witte gelpen. Ik heb er een wit lintje omheen gebonden. De tekst Happy easter komt uit de set Cool chick van Clearly besotted. Ik heb deze gestempeld met versamark inkt en hem daarna geëmbost met witte embossingspoeder.

Today I am posting an easter card that I made last year. I really wanted to color this image, but since it was already second easter day, I didn't post the card that I made with the image. So I am posting it right now. ;o)
The image that I used is Teddy Bea 028 from Teddy bo. The artist behind Teddy Bo has redrawn the image, so my version is a bit different than the one in the shop. I colored the image with my pencils and the black glaze pen and then I fussy cut the image. On a kraft card I adhered a piece of purple chevron paper and then I added another layer of kraft cardstock. I have drawn faux stitching with a white gelpen on the kraft cardstock and tied a white ribbon around it. The sentiment Happy easter is from the set Cool chick from Clearly besotted. I stamped it with versamark ink and then I embossed it with white embossingpowder.

Vandaag begint er een nieuwe challenge op het Di's digi designs challenge blog. Deze keer is onze challenge: Add some texture, je moet dus wat textuur/structuur op je kaartje gebruiken.

Ik heb deze keer met de afbeelding March of the tiger van Di's digi stamps gewerkt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden. De ballon en delen van de hoedjes heb ik ook nog gekleurd met de clear Spectrum noir sparkle pen en daarna heb ik glossy accents aangebracht. Vooral het stippen hoedje krijgt daardoor een leuke structuur. Uit zwart papier met een streepjes structuur heb ik een rechthoek gesneden met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 44 van Crealies en hier heb ik met een witte acrylverf wat verfspatten op aangebracht. Op een witte kaart heb ik een vierkant gesneden uit geel design papier van het Graphic grid paperpack van My favorite things geplakt. Ik heb hiet vierkant uitgesneden met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 50 van Crealies. Op wit papier heb ik een tekst van de set 'T is je verjaardag van Els Brigé design gestempeld en deze heb ik daarna uitgesneden met de 'T is je verjaardag stansset van Els Brigé design. Ik heb de tekst met foamtape op de kaart geplakt. Ik heb de kaart daarna nog versierd met zwarte en zilveren hotfix sterretjes. 

Today a new challenge starts on the Di's digi designs challenge blog. This time our challenge is Add some texture.

This time I used the image March of the tiger from Di's digi stamps on my card. I coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils. I coloured the balloon and parts of the hats with the clear Spectrum noir sparkle pen and then I applied glossy accents on those parts. Especially the hat with the dots gets a great structure. I cut a rectangle from black cardstock with a striped texture with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 44 from Crealies. I made some paint splatters on it with white acrylic paint. On a white card I adhered a square from yellow design paper from the Graphic grid paperpack from My favorite things. I have cut the sqaure with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 50 from Crealies. On white cardstock I stamped a sentiment (congratulations) from the set 'T is je verjaardag from Els Brigé design and then I cut the sentiment out with the 'T is je verjaardag die set from Els Brigé design. Then I decorated the card with a couple of black and silver hotfix stars.

Goodmorning, this is day 20 from the 30-day colouring challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin.

Vandaag begint er weer een nieuwe challenge op het As you like it challenge blog. Deze keer willen we graag je favoriete kleur medium zien. Nou dat was natuurlijk heel moeilijk kiezen voor mij. ;) Mijn absolute favoriet zijn natuurlijk mijn potloden. Waarom zijn ze zo favoriet? Mijn potloden waren mijn eerste kleurmiddel waar ik mee ben begonnen te kleuren. Ik heb in die jaren veel bijgeleerd en ik denk dat mijn niveau best veel beter is geworden in die tijd. Ik kan er gewoon heel fijn mee werken. Kleuren met potloden is gewoon heel ontspannend voor me.

Vandaag post ik een paas tag. Tags zijn altijd leuk om aan cadeautje te hangen of een tasje/zakje met eitjes. Voor de paastag heb ik de digitale stempel Hoppy happy easter bunny van Just me digital stamps gebruikt. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met de Classic tag 2 dies van Neat and tangled. Boven- en onderaan de tag heb ik paars ruitjespapier van de Tiny check brights paperpad van My favorite things geplakt. Ik heb een wit lintje aan de tag gebonden. De bloem heb ik gekleurd met de clear Spectrum noir sparkle pen.

Today a new challenge starts on the As you like it challenge blog. This time we want you to use your favourite colouring medium. I don't think you can guess which medium I have picked. ;) My absolute favourite medium are my pencils. Why are they my favourite? My pencils were my first colouring medium ever. I learned a lot the last couple of years and I think I improved a lot. I really love working with them. Colouring with pencils is really relaxing for me.

Today I am posting an easter tag. Tags are always fun to hang on presents or a basket/bag with chocolate eggs. On my easter tag I used the digital stamp Hoppy happy easter bunny from Just me digital stamps. I have coloured the image with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I have cut the image with the Classic tag 2 dies from Neat and tangled. On the top and botto of the tag I adhered purple gingham paper from the Tiny check brights paperpad from My favorite things. I tied a white ribbon onto the tag. I coloured the flower with the clear Spectrum noir sparkle pen.

Vandaag heb ik een kleine verrassing op mijn blog voor mijn oude Tiddly inks teamgenootje Lou. Lou gaat door een moeilijke periode en daarom heeft Christy van Tiddly inks speciaal voor haar deze afbeelding ontworpen. Vandaag plaatsen we onze kaartjes met de afbeelding die vanaf vandaag als FREEBIE verkrijgbaar is!
Dit is Fight like a girl van Tiddly inks. Ik heb de afbeelding ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden. Ik heb de afbeelding uitgesneden met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 49 van Crealies. Uit zwart karton heb ik een grotere cirkel gesneden met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 41 van Crealies. Uit roze papier heb een scallop cirkel gesneden met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 53 van Crealies. Op een witte kaart heb ik zwart papier geplakt dat ik heb uitgesneden met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 50 van Crealies. Hierop heb ik een vierkant van roze streepjes papier geplakt die ik heb uitgesneden met de Crea-nest-lies XXL 42 van Crealies. Uit roze en zwarte karton heb ik een strip gesneden en door met de stans te spelen hebben die nu ook een stipjesrandje net zoals alle andere onderdelen van mijn kaart. Ik heb hier een wit lintje omheen gebonden. Nadat ik alle onderdelen op de kaart heb geplakt heb ik in de hoek een tekst van de set Cool tag banner sentiments van Your next stamp gestempeld. Uit roze en zwart papier heb ik wat takjes en bloemetjes gestanst en deze heb ik in de hoeken geplakt. Ik heb de bloemen versierd met een kristallen hotfix steentje. 

Today I am posting a little surprise for my sweet former dt friend from Tiddly inks: Lou. Lou is going through a difficult time and that is why Christy from Tiddly inks designed this image especially for Lou. Today we are all posting our cards with that image that is available as a FREEBIE!
This is Fight like a girl from Tiddly inks. I have colourd the image with my Polychromos pencils. I have cut the image out with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 49 from Crealies. From black cardstock I cut a larger circle with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 41 from Crealies. From pink cardstock I cut a scalloped circle with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 53 from Crealies. On a white card I adhered a black square that I cut with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 50 from Crealies. On top of it I adhered a square cut from pink striped paper with the Crea-nest-lies XXL 42 from Crealies. I made a strip from black and pink cardstock and I used my dies to give it the dotted edge like every other part on my card. In the corner I stamped a sentiment from the set  Cool tag banner sentiments from Your next stamp. I die-cut and punched a couple of flowers and leaves and adhered those on my card. I decorated the flowerd with a crystal hotfix gem.

Christmas card - Have a very merry christmas!

Goodmorning, this is day 19 from the 30-day colouring challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin.

Vandaag is het weer tijd voor een nieuw kerstkaartje op mijn blog. Deze keer heb ik een kaartje gemaakt met de stempelset Beary merry van Neat & tangled. Ik heb op een witte kaart met sierrand eerst het sneeuwpopje gestempeld, deze heb ik daarna gemaskerd en vervolgens heb ik de beer gestempeld. Ik heb daarna de tekst uit de set gestempeld en vervolgens heb ik sneeuwvlokjes rondom de afbeelding gestempeld. Ik heb daarna de beer ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Met een witte gelpen heb ik stippen op de sjaal van de beer getekend.

Today it is time again for a new christmas card on my blog. This time I made a card with the stamp set Beary merry from Neat & tangled. On a white card with a pretty decorative edge I first stamped the little snowman, then I masked it and then I stamped the bear. I stamped a sentiment from the set next to the image and then I stamped a couple of snowflakes around the image. I coloured the bear with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I used a white gelpen to draw dots on the scarf of the bear.

Guest designer Gerda Steiner designs - Hoppiness

Goedemorgen, dit is dag 17 van de 30-day colouring challenge van Kathy Racoosin.

Goodmorning, this is day 17 from the 30-day colouring challenge hosted by Kathy Racoosin.

Vandaag is de tweede keer dat ik guestdesigner bij Gerda Steiner designs ben, net zoals vorige week al. Ik heb de set Hoppiness van Gerda gekregen om mee te werken. Deze keer heb ik ervoor gekozen om niet met de konijntjes te werken maar het schattige vogeltje dat in de set zit.
Dit grappige vogeltje komt dus uit de set Hoppiness van Gerda Steiner designs. Ik heb het vogeltje 6 keer gestempeld en daarna ingekleurd met mijn Polychromos potloden en de zwarte glaze pen. Uit kraft papier heb ik 6 rondjes gestanst met de Stans X-tra no. 7 die van Crealies. Ik heb het kraft papier met foamtape op een stuk zwart karton geplakt en daarna heb ik de vogels in de cirkels geplaatst. De tekst komt uit de set Happy hoppy van Gerda Steiner designs. Met een zwarte fineliner heb ik een lijntje langs de randen van het kraft karton gedoodled. Onder op een kraft kaart heb ik een strip regenboog streepjespapier van het Sweet celebrations paperpack van My favorite things geplakt en daarna heb ik de afbeelding op de kaart geplakt.

Today is the second time that I am guestdesigner at Gerda Steiner designs, just like last week. I got the set Hoppiness from Gerda to make some cards with. This time I decided to use the cute bird instead of one of the bunnies on the set. 
This funny bird is from the set Hoppiness from Gerda Steiner designs. I stamped the bird 6 times and then I colouored them with my Polychromos pencils and the black glaze pen. I have cut 6 circles out of a piece of kraft cardstock with the Stans X-tra no. 7 die from Crealies. I adhered the kraft cardstock with foamtape on black cardstock and then I adhered the birds inside the circles. The sentiment is from the set Happy hoppy from Gerda Steiner designs. With a black fineliner I doodled a line on the kraft cardstock. On a kraft card I adhered a stripf of rainbow striped design paper from the Sweet celebrations paperpack from My favorite things and then I adhered the cardstock with the images on my card.
