Tiddly Inks challenge - Inchies and Tuesday morning sketches.

Hallo!

Hello! Today I am showing you 2 projects in my post. It is Tuesday and I amde something for the new challenge from Tiddly Inks and Gerda from Stampfairy is sponsoring the Tuesday morning sketches blog and  the Stampfairy design team was invited to also make a card for the challenge.

The Tiddly Inks challenge from this week is all about Inchies. Inchies are little pieces of artwork that have the size of 1 by 1 inch. Really small! I immediately thought about a little gift package that I had made a while ago, but I never had decorated the box. I had made a little box for just 1 ferrero rocher choclate and it is the perfect size for this challenge.  I used the image By royal decree from Tiddly Inks. I resized the image and then I cut part of it out to the seize of an inchie. I have coloured the image with my pencils and I used a black glaze pen for the eyes of the girl. I coloured the dots on her dress with a white gelpen. I pnunched 4 little flowers from white papers and adhered them in the corners. I added a black hotfix to their centres.

I made a little insert for the inside of the box for the ferrero chocolate.

ACCESSORIES: Pencils, black gaze pen, white gelpen, flower punch, hotfix, silhouette.

And this is the card that I made for the challenge from the Tuesday morning sketches blog. I made a christmascard with the very sweet Barry image from the Barry winter collection from Stampfairy. Barry is coloured with pencils and I used the black glaze pen to give him a shiney nose. I cut the image out and ahered it with foamtape on a rectangle that I cut with my nestabilities. Before I added the image I first stamped a couple of snowflakes with versamark ink and then I embossed them with white embossingpowder, which I also did on the card. I added stickles on the image of the snowman. The sentiment is on the inside of the card, but I forgot to take a picture of it.

  1. Wonderful inchie project. I love the little insert that can hold the chocolate in place. This is fab. I will have to find a template for this, what a great little gift it would make.

Love your bear and snowman too. The snow man is deliciously sparkly. And I am a HUGE fan of versamark/EP'd snowflakes, I love how they just pop off the paper.
