House mouse: chipboard

For this weeks challenge on the house mouse & friends blog you have to use chipboard. A very hard challenge for me, because I don't have any chipboard. Heather told me that I also could use cardboard, so I was thinking what kind of card I was going to make. Suddenly I thought about a note box that I bought at Action (a dutch store). I wanted to decorate it and that made the perfect project for this weeks challenge. I removed the inside box very carefully and removed the original paper. I decorated the inside with black papicolor paper. For the cover I printed black dots on a sheet of red papicolor paper. I have gotten this cute image from Jennifer Woodward ( and a whole pile with lots and lots of other images! :):):):) Thanks again!!!). I colored it with derwent pencilsI cut the image with my rectangle nestabilities. I added a black scalloped rectangle.

And this is a picture from the inside.

At the side of the box I made the word notes with the moxie alpabet from quickutz.
